The next morning at dawn. We all went to the rink and got on the ice. All of us were going in circles and warming up to kick Varsity's butt. We are going to win this. I mean we did beat Iceland right.

"They didn't tell me until it was too late." Adam skate up to me and Charlie.

"Yeah right preppy" Charlie reply and skate away. Adam look at me for my reply.

"Somehow I believe you" I said shakily.

"Okay guys concentrate now. Check, set" Riley yelled. Adam skate away.

After we start to play. Varsity wasn't even playing fair. I was getting mad. Plus they weren't even checking me. Only the rest. Somehow Adam and Charlie started to fight.

"We're gonna destroy you guys." Riley taunted us.

"Well, congratulations. You just forfeited whatever mental edge you might have had over the varsity. Now they know they own you. This isn't the Peewees. Your little Duck tricks are not gonna work at this level. Now, for the last time, stay away from the varsity. "Coach Orion yell

"And get those Duck jerseys off now. Let's go. Now. Come on, let's go. Take them off! The Ducks are dead." Coach Orion continue. Everyone just took their jersey to the floor. My stomach just drop. Charlie and Fulton didn't take out theirs

"You got two choices, Conway. Take off the jersey right now or you don't play." Coach Orion looked at Charlie

"You're breaking up the best thing any of us ever had." Charlie reply

"Well, it's time to grow up." Coach Orion said

"Grow up ? Like you, huh ? A washed-up pro who has to show off to a bunch of kids. Geez, that's real grown up." Charlie told him.

"Okay, good-bye, Conway. Anybody else ? " Coach Orion look around. Fulton follow Charlie

Coach Orion and the team looked at me. Since I haven't take mine. I just sigh.
