"did you hear?" a student murmured, catching aizawa's attention as he stared at them from the front of the classroom, his eyes closed and seemingly asleep.
"no, what happened?" their hushed whispers woke aizawa, but the homeroom teacher pretended he was asleep anyway, wanting to hear whatever they were talking about.
"ulta got hurt while on a mission today."
at this, aizawa snapped his eyes open and stood up quickly, worry filling his senses and thoughts of his wife bleeding made it even worse. "i'll be right back."
he exited the classroom, leaving his students confused about his sudden reaction. todoroki noticed that it only happened when ulta being hurt was mentioned, and couldn't help but think that maybe ulta was aizawa's wife.
he waved away the thoughts as soon as it came. there's now way such a beauty and a bright soul like ulta would be married to an emo like aizawa.

coincidentally, because of her being hurt, eunji was brought to UA high school, where recovery girl was quick to scold her on her wounds.

but to others around her, man, was it a sight to see three large scratch marks on her side.
"it will take quite a few sessions to heal. i don't want to drain you by helsing them all right now, and your quirk is a bit unstable because you're hurt." recovery girl listed off, reading from her clipboard. "seriously, eunji, what were you doing that you got hurt this bad?"
"got distracted. my fault really. the villain was some kind of wolf - werewolf thing and there was a child bear him that was about to get hurt." eunji said, recalling what had happened. "hero instincts took over and voila, i got myself these wounds."

"i don't know if i should be proud that you saved the child or be extremely angry that you got yourself hurt." aizawa said from the doorway. it was obvious that he had been worrying quite a lot, from his slightly bloodshot eyes and darker circles than usual.
"you can be both. though, i'd rather if you chose the first option." eunji smiled cheekily at her husband.
"i'll leave you two alone," recovery girl said and leaving the room, but not before calling out, "tell me when you two are done talking so i can finish you up eunji!"
