sighed as she went outside her room to the kitchen , she woke up suddenly but before she knew it she couldn't go back to sleep , Gyuri took a deep breath and started to cook breakfast early for herself , since her parents were still asleep . It was the first day of school and she couldn't help but smile to herself
" Let's meet again "
Gyuri couldn't quite remember the girl she met before the vending machine years ago , She exhaled deeply as she took some eggs by the refrigerator . After that she took a bowl and started whisking it with a fork and then seasoning with a bit of salt and pepper .
She went back to the refrigerator to get some butter , now all she needed to do ... Was to open the stove . She stared at the stove and the yellow pan on her right hand
" How do you open this ? " Gyuri mumbled to herself as she tried it for the 5th time , and suddenly it opened with fire igniting with it . She let the butter dry and poured the eggs in it . Afterwards she made herself some red bean tea which was good for swelling
Gyuri finished up eating and immediately took a bath , with a soft towel on her and her hair to the side , she brushed her hair and made it a bit dry , She wore her uniform as she began fixing herself up , with a little blush there and a little lotion here, she wore her uniform and dusted her skirt , afterwards she applied a little lip balm and went off to check if she foot anything in her luggage , since they were moving to their dorms , She wrote a long letter to her parents just as she was about to go out . Gyuri went to her parents room and smiled , she kissed their foreheads and went outside.

Gyuri was startled by the butler just outside of the house , they went inside the car and they started to drive to school , but then she realized something , she needed a drink to start her day , that red bean tea was just for the swelling that she had every single morning . Though it looked like there wasn't any vending machines near by and she sighed , she just hoped that there was a vending machine near her school . She started remembering if she had forgotten anything and it was good that she didn't , she had her lunch with her , her luggage and her school bag .
The car stopped in front of the school and Gyuri stared in awe and stepped out of it as she got her luggage out of the car . Outside was a massive gate with students already coming inside this early , She smiled excitedly as she spotted a vending machine beside the school as she walked to it as she suddenly passed by a girl with brown hair as they both bumped into each other going to the vending machine , the girl wore the same uniform as hers
They both mumbled a sorry as Gyuri let the girl order her drink first , The girl ordered some Sweet Rice Drink but she was distracted by what she was watching in her phone , Gyuri then ordered a Sweet Lemonade Drink , Gyuri was also distracted by her phone as she pulled it out
Both girls reached for their drinks and they sat down on the bench near it , Gyuri went out of her way to ask the name of the girl as she seemed very intriguing to her
" Are you from this school as well ? My name is Jang Gyuri ... I hope we could be friends-"
" I-I'm Noh Jisun ... It's nice to meet you too !"
Both girls put their drinks down as they laughed while doing so , just as they picked up their drinks , Gyuri tasted something sweet yet flavorful as the drink went over her throat , she thought as if it was a different drink and then it hit her
" T-That's my drink ! "
"W-What ?!"

The Legion of Nothing
Nick Klein is your average high school geek--if you can still count as average when your grandfather is a retired superhero, and you've been trained in the martial arts by his friend, a mysterious, immortal mercenary. After his grandfather dies, Nick inherits the last version of the Rocket suit, powered armor that allows him to shrug off bullets, smash through walls, and manipulate sound. Along with it comes the base of his grandfather's superhero team including the team's jet and trophies from forty years of fighting criminals and aliens. Together, Nick and his friends, descendants of his grandfather's teammates, attempt to bring back a superhero team that was originally formed during World War 2. Along the way they'll face the normal problems of high school (bullies, homework, and dating), and the less normal problems like supervillians and mysteries leftover from their grandparents' past. As a story, it uses the conventions of all eras of comics from the 1940s on, ranging from serious to silly. If you're hoping for a grim and gritty story, this isn't it. The Legion of Nothing first debuted on my website legionofnothing.com in 2007. In that period it's updated more than 900 times, is still running, and has had millions of pageviews. The first two years have been released as an ebook, receiving good reviews on Amazon and Goodreads. I hope you'll enjoy it, and that you'll review it and comment. Mistbound: Eternity
The world is said to be formed out of duality of man. Good and evil, right and wrong, light and dark. And with duality, comes conflict. A meaningless clash of ideals results in pointless wars. Azlan is wanderer who doesn't falls in either category. Tired and done with the redundant world, he lives his secluded life, hunting monstrosites for coin in the crumbling province of Mountaliya, situated in the land of Forsa. The premise follows Azlan as he explores the province, experiencing the culture and its people as they try to stand unshaken amidst a cold and unforgiving world. The story is a dark fantasy that is a balance of action and world building but most importantly, it follows the people going about their daily lives. The world has entered a state of stasis, there are no high stakes, no glory to be had, only a decaying realm of ice remains. Everyone awaits for Heaven's descent, an event prophesied to bring the world out of stasis, by granting the champion of the event a wish. Heaven Shall Descend. I wanted to write a high fantasy story that doesn't focuses too much on Magic and Swordfights, but rather interactions between people, a bit of politics and ideals. This is my first attempt at writing something this huge, please let me know if you see mistakes or any problems in general, so I can learn from them. (The cover picture is from the year 1818, "Wanderer Above the Mist" by Caspar David Friedrich). I also write Short stories set in the same shared universe.
