"I suppose you guys have a name?" Shui Ju said quietly, like a trickling brook along an old forest.
"Though I can't hear you, I hope you're listening....
"By now...you know I'm not off this world, so I would like to go back. I'm well aware that there's nothing to gain though I would like to go home.
"There's a lot of things I have yet to do there and I'll need your help.
"Winds are fickle creatures....you guys enjoy talking, yes? Most spirits do. I'm guessing you guys aren't of this world either, but unlike you at least I can still go back."
Ah, this man is infuriating
Indeed, rather so
Ah, Ling An was it?
Yes...?
Stop your master from talking anymore....we'll help bring him home
Truly?
Naturally, but there is a price
Everything has a price
The best kind of person should always give a price
Yes indeed, giving out something free...
Well isn't that just cheating?
Naturally the price isn't something impossible
Indeed, we aren't that cruel
It's very simple
Very simple indeed
Just......
Help us remember our name...
"Shui Ju...remember their names.."
"Ah, their names? If it's like that, then naturally I'll find a way to remember. If you'd like, you guys can come in now."
Good good
What a straightforward man
Very honest indeed
Naturally it's good to make deals with an honest man, wouldn't you say so?
I would say so indeed

Let me tell you a story, a story of carefree spirits who wished for nothing.
As spirits, their lives were as long as they would like it to be, as wind spirits, they could go wherever they wanted to go. What else could they wish for? This life was beautiful, they were indeed very satisfied.

This is the story, the story of us, the winds.
We lived in a small world, a small and slow world called Earth.
We had bodies back then, and though we laughed a lot, we didn't talk much.....surprising isn't it?
Perhaps you'll be interested in this story, perhaps you won't. Nevertheless, it's time that it's been told.
Too bad I forgot the story I was going to tell, so on with the present ^-^

"You...guys...friends?" Silence asked in a very slow manner.
"Rather than friends, I'd say we're business partners," Keme rebuked, who wanted attachments with someone who could die anyways?
"Rather than business partners, I'd say we're friends," Shui Yu said with a teasing smile on his face. "You should know Keme by now, yes? His heart my seem to be covered in darkness, but surely your cool refreshing breeze can blow it away~"
'....saying it in a manner like that, it sounds like poetry' was all Silence thought
"Ah, shut up," Keme glowered.
"But you don't disagree, yes?"
"What kind of friend are you! Let's go find that last person quicker! I can't wait to get you off this world!"
"Ah, but your blushing~"
"Talk any more and I'll rip your tongue out."
"If you do, you'll surely regret-"
They've been stopped short by the sound of a person gasping for breath.
"Silence...." Keme whispered.
"Look at you, your face is burning, any more and you'll look like someone who just took a dive in a river of blood," A cheery laughed joined the silent one.
"Keep speaking like that and I won't be surprised if I find you taking a bath in a river of your own blood," by then, only Keme was able to keep his somber façade on. Even then, the continuous laughter made him smile.

It was long though, until the laughter turned to tears.
"Hey, Shui Yu, stop messing with us," Keme said, a serious face with red eyes....he really looked like a creep at this point. Perhaps someone that would show up in a horror movie and eat everyone.
"Keme," Shui Yu started," you need to sleep more, I can't stand seeing you like this, it's really too ugly-"
"Yes...for your..health," Silence said, a slight glimmer in her eyes.
"I think it's better if I remove your eyes," Keme responded, ignoring Silence for a moment.
"He has...good..eyes," Silence said.
"Indeed, how about I remove them to give them to you?" Keme said, "but seriously, stop it."
"Don't you think it's better like this though?" Shui Yu said, a curious look on his face.
"Some people prefer dying in truth than living in a lie," Keme responded.
"And you?" Shui Yu asked Silence.
"I think....living in a lie," Silence said with a sad smile, the only problem with living in a lie is waking up...
"Oh dear! Keme, your wife seems to disagree with you~"Shui Yu suddenly had the urge to tease Keme again, giving himself a free ticket out of his own house.
"Ah, even after ten years...you haven't changed in the least" Shui Yu said with a quiet laugh.
'Ah, ten years of hope...a hope that came before a hundred years of despair. How long until I can go home? Even if I do...will things still be as they were? How many things have already changed? How far have I been left behind...?'
A sudden heavy feeling gathered at the bottom of Shui Yu's heart, the longing to go home only grew stronger.

Passing Onto Fog
This is another attempt at the world travelling reincarnator. I dropped my other story because I didn't like where it was going and I felt trapped in the Narutoverse. This time, I'm going to have the main character travelling to more than just one world and they won't all be action based. Have fun and thank you! The first chapters are rough, but I believe I'm improving! Please stick around while I find the style I wish to write in!

Crafter's Passion (AKA Gleaners' Guild)
2038, California. Stan is doing his mandatory "volunteer" service years on a collective farm when he encounters Thousand Tales, a game that offers immortality to the super-rich. He can't afford to have his brain uploaded like those elite customers, but maybe he can turn a profit out of the game instead of just playing it. Not as a legendary swordsman or a brilliant wizard, but as a dealer in the junk no one else seems to want. If he plays his cards right, he can draw the attention of both the farm's supervisor and the game's ruling, meddling AI. Should he, though? LitRPG. Part of the world of "Thousand Tales", a novel series on Amazon, though no knowledge of it is expected. This story is around 12K words long. I'd appreciate feedback to help write a much longer version! Updates every few days. Cover art from game-icons.net, by Lorc, CC-BY. Update! This story was originally called "Gleaners' Guild". It came out on Amazon under the name "Crafter's Passion" and has many reviews there, thanks in part to the support of RR readers like you. Thanks! It even has a sequel, "Crafter's Heart".
