《I should care because?》Tutorial End? What?

I dropped out of school, no cared. Life was perfect, not really.
My sister found a new 'friend', but it was of the opposite gender and came nearly everyday. I don't have a problem with that, but I do have a problem with the fact that he encourages Angel to look for me. Ah, what you guys do have nothing to do with me, why look for me.
So it was a day just like any other day, I was reading one of the books on top of one of the gigantic shelves in the library. A library big enough to make me realize that it seemed to be in its own pocket dimensions. Perhaps not even part of this world, afterall, it can't possible fit in this little building.
That was the day the Angel's friend died, my sister cried for weeks, and stopped going to school. She refused to eat, or do anything except cry really, 'mother' and 'father' were distraught. Comforting her and pampering her, completely neglecting their duties and basically ruining the dukedom.
They all were being utter idiots. Or should I say, how intelligent of her. Indeed, so very subtle, if she is who I think she is, then this world will really come to an end soon.
As much as I don't care about the people in this dukedom, if they start to rebel because of my 'parents' idiocy and their negligence, then I could probably say goodbye to my comfortable bed, and the library. So I had to take things into my own hands, in other words, doing all my fathers work. It wasn't that bad actually, I rather liked it.
True I loved to read, but if you do something for too long continuously you get bored. So this was like a break from reading to me. Plus it exercised my mind, I did love brain problems and things like that. It also let me know a lot more about the state of our duchy .

For one, the whole duchy hates my father more than loves him. He doesn't do much anyway except for taxing the duchy.
Two, our duchy is known for the abundant forest and even more abundant magical beasts. Makes it a perfect place for adventurers to start at.
And three, Father was very wasteful. Although that may have something to do with trying to cheer Angel up. I'm going to somehow have to stop that or else we might go bankrupt in a few months.
There wasn't much paper work really, most of them were invitations to go to parties, some were also engagement proposals for Angel, and very few were for me. I simply declined all of mine and left Angel's.
I really don't want to get married. Unless of course he has an even bigger library than father, which would most likely be impossible unless it was of another duke or royalty, then again, I could always 'borrow' them.
Thinking like this, isn't the world dancing on her hand? Then, perhaps....
It would've been good of me to grab that hand that reached out.
One day, while I was heading to fathers study I overheard them talking (father, mother and Angel).
So I eavesdropped.
"Mother, I don't want to go to school anymore," Angel said holding back her sobs.
"We understand," I heard mother say.
'Great, now their going to get private tutors and the monthly expenses are going to go up! Ah, it seems like it was time for the duchy to go down in flames, if that's the case then I'll just let it go. I don't really care anyways' I thought to myself sighing. I headed to the library to get a book to relieve my stress.
A few minutes later
{Tutorial, Failed}
'.....failed, is that so?' I thought to myself.

The Alteric Empire was vast and powerful. Their borders reached to all coasts of the continent, and their banner swayed in the wind of every town. Their knowledge on magic was second to none, and their firm grasp of combat trained highly skilled warriors. Their enemies trembled at their approach, and their friends feasted their arrival. The Orcs, and the Dwarves, were conquered, and given equal rights as their Human Overlords. For thousands of years they reigned supreme, and peace and prosperity was abundant throughout the continent. The arrival of the Elves shattered that. Led by their so called "Great One", they invaded the empire. Elves fell in droves, hundreds, then thousands, then hundreds of thousands, but the empire lost ground. Without the prince, the Elves lost less and less soldiers with each attack, until the Empire crumbled. After thousands of years of occupation, Humanity is no more. There are only elves, orcs, and dwarves, and humans have been forgotten by most.
