"PEE FASTER GODDAMNIT! MY ASIAN SQUAT GAME HASN'T BEEN THE BEST AND MY LEGS ARE BURNING!"
"I'M TRYING! IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT MY BLADDER HELD IN ALL THIS WATER!"
"I SWEAR TO GOD, I'M GOING TO KILL THOSE IDIOTS AFTER THEY UNLOCK THESE HANDCUFFS--"
Now, ladies and gents, let's rewind and see what has lead us to this very moment.
It was any other day for the young couple, waking up in each other's arms and just exchanging sweet nothings whilst still half asleep. Ah...romance am I right?
Yeah, it was all cute before they tried to get out of bed from the opposite sides of the bed, and fell right back onto the mattress due to their interlocked hands.
"What the--?"
"Handcuffs? Who--"
"There's a note on the lamp, Ji." Chenle said, pointing at the lamp on Jisung's side, still equally as baffled as the younger.
Jisung leaned over and snatched the sticky note from off of the lamp, then started to read it out loud, "So, I'm pretty sure you guys have seen the cuffs since you are reading this note. This is payback for pulling that prank on us last week, so have fun being handcuffed together for the rest of the day! From your favorite hyungs xoxo. P.S. This was solely Donghyuck and Jaemin's idea, everyone else should be spared because they were forcefully dragged into this."
"Are we really doing this?" Chenle asked in disbelief, feeling the dread creep through his system.
Jisung only sighed heavily and put the note back onto the nightstand, "I don't think we really have a choice, Lele."
"Oh this is going to be one heck of a day." The elder exclaimed before climbing over to Jisung's side to sit beside him.
"Does this mean we're taking a shower together?" Jisung peeped out, a slight blush coming across his cheeks.
"Welp, it's not I've never seen your dick before, so let's go and get this shit over with." And so with that, Chenle dragged a beet red Jisung to the bathroom to attend to their morning routine.

It was a whole miracle when the two emerged from their apartment fully clothed and perfectly fine. Either than the odd looks they received from strangers passing by them on the sidewalks, they were doing just fine and got to their first destination for the day; the bakery Jisung still worked at, cause they're hungry boys who can't cook without burning the house down.
"Welcome to--woah...Did y'all try something last night and lose the keys or...?" One of Jisung's co-workers, Yangyang, asked giving them a questioning look.
"N-No! W-We don't do that...stuff. It was Jaemin and Donghyuck." Chenle explained in a rush, embarrassed by Yangyang's assumption.
"Ah. Yeah, it has those two's names written all over it. Say, just take a seat and I'll get y'all something to munch on. I'm pretty sure waking up and getting ready wasn't an easy task in handcuffs, so I'll just get to it." Yangyang empathized before going into the kitchen to whip up something for the two.
"Sometimes I wonder how he's in a relationship with Hendery and Xiaojun. Bipolar opposites if you ask me." Chenle commented while he and Jisung walked over to an empty table.
"Tell me about it, but somehow, they make it work. Like Norenmin."
After taking a seat beside each other in the booth, the two continued to converse until Yangyang came out with their food.
Saying a quick 'enjoy', the male went back to tend to another customer in waiting.
Yangyang has brought out a plate of chocolate croissants with a side of tea for both males. He even added an extra small platter of fresh made macaroons from that morning.
Unconsciously, the two reached for a croissant with their cuffed hands then realized midway that they were still cuffed. They sighed in unison and switched to their other hand.
"Hey Ji?"
"Yeah?"
"Will you do me the utmost honor and be cheesy with me and feed me a piece of chocolate croissant?" Chenle asked in a dramatic manner.
Jisung just rolled his eyes and said, "Close your eyes then."
Chenle proceeded to do what Jisung asked and closed his eyes, whilst keeping his mouth agape.
Jisung will always Jisung, so the male smudged some extra chocolate on the croissant onto the male's cheek instead.

"Jisung!" Chenle opened up his eyes and smacked a laughing Jisung across the arm. "You sneaky bitch."
"Fine fine, I'll get it off. Just close your eyes again." The male had a shit eating grin on his face and Chenle was ready to smack it off his face.
"No. I'm not closing my eyes Ji."
"Okay, if you say so." With that, Jisung leans in closer to Chenle and kisses the bit of chocolate off of his cheek.
No matter how many times they are reminded that they are indeed in a relationship, the butterflies and blushes never stopped. Like now, Chenle was beet red and a stuttering mess just burying his have into the younger's nape out of sheer embarrassment.
"You gotta stop doing that Ji. My heart can't take it." The elder cutely whines while Jisung sat there chuckling quietly.
For the rest of the time, the two enjoyed their remaining food before deciding to go to the mall. The trip was more to window shop more than anything, and maybe by a couple knick knacks here and there.
"You know what I've been dying to get?" Chenle asked eagerly, waiting for the younger's response.
"What?"
"A new deck of uno cards."
"What happened to the ones we have at home?" Jisung questioned, remembering them having a perfectly good deck sitting on their bookshelf.
"I kind brought them to one of my classes to play on our free time, and let's just say things got wilder than the wild card." The male looked as if he was traumatized but Jisung just assumed he was being dramatic.
"Alright, let's go find ourselves a deck."
Chenle cheered, lightly beaming at the taller male while Jisung smiled back.
While finding their way to that one stationary shop, he noticed how Jisung got obviously fidgety. And so, Chenle did the most evident thing he could think of and straight up asked what was wrong.
"I...uh...I kind of...have to use the restroom..." The younger's face flushed red from embarrassment as Chenle looked at him blankly.
"Then go...?" He insinuated, clearly forgetting one small detail; they were still handcuffed.
"We're still handcuffed remember?" Jisung raised up their cuffed hands and that only made Chenle mentally slap himself for being so dumb.
And that, is what has lead us to this very moment; with Chenle squatting in front of a stall facing the sink as his left hand hovered in the space under the stall door, connected to Jisung's right hand.
A long awaited flush was heard and the elder was practically jumping with joy, well, he can't at the moment since Jisung still had to get out of the stall and he had to maneuver his hand for that--you get the gist of it.
Finally getting out of the restroom, the two were ready to let the prank wars begin.
🐬
"Okay, if you lose this game, no kisses until the next morning."
"Wait! That's not fair! I've been losing every game and already have a load of punishments and now this? Oh why world? Why?!" Jisung cried, dramatically falling back onto the bed, which caused Chenle to get pulled forward and fall right on top of the younger's chest.
Jisung let out a wheezing sound when Chenle fell onto his chest and groaned in annoyance, remembering the cuffs, "I hate these freaking cuffs! Oh we're going to get them back so good!"
"You can say that again, Ji." Chenle sighed tiredly as he just let himself lay on Jisung's chest, listening to the calming beat of the younger's heart.
The taller male noticed Chenle becoming suddenly quiet so he asked, "Tired already, bubs?"
"Yeah. This whole day was tiring."
"Then sleep." He suggested, taking his free hand to card through Chenle's hair.
"Already...on it.."
Greeted by Chenle's soft breathing, Jisung relaxed himself, letting the fatigue catch up to himself and put himself to sleep. With his face now nuzzled into Chenle's hair and arm around his waist, he closed his eyes and gently laced his finger's with Chenle's. The cuffs kind of dug into their skin while holding hands, but they were too tired to do anything so they let themselves drift off into dreamland instead.

8 180Overseer
From the nothingness I appeared. Bodiless, voiceless, ageless, I have only thoughts and emotions to guide me. My one connection to the world lies in the hearts of a small colony of lizards, just on the cusp of maturing. I reach out to them without hands, inspiring them to be more than what they are, shaping their bodies from visions of lost memories. But where do the memories come from? I am always left with more questions than answers. In my lonely shapeless existence the lizards cannot hear my words, and they cannot feel my touch, and I must wonder, do I even really exist? --- Called emotional, abstract, and beautiful by readers, this story is an observational account of a disembodied entity that has the power to influence and change a race of mildly intelligent lizard creatures. Memories of a previous life often serve as inspiration, but also generate questions as to whom the entity might have been before it became an Overseer. (presented in short chapters) (Thank you readers for getting my story into the top 5 ;u; ~
