"OH MY GOSH, THEY'RE FINALLY TOGETHER AAAAGGHHH! HOLD MY TEA, MY UWUS ARE SPILLING EVERYWHERE AND I NEED TO PICK THEM UP!" Jaemin was being as extra as ever, fangirling about Chensung finally sailing.
"We're in public Nana-hyung, can you not?" Jisung face palmed, trying to comprehend why in his right mind would he tell Jaemin.
Chenle just stood besides Jisung, holding the taller's hand, kind of shying away from the other five's gazes.
The seven were meeting up that morning, or afternoon to be exact, for some brunch, because they were fancy lads.
"You know, I would be joining Jaemin right now, but your queen pulled an all nighter studying. So she needs caffeine like, right now." Donghyuck said, his eyes lidded as he yawned every five seconds or so.
"You guys can go ahead, I need to take a moment." Jaemin said, fanning himself.
"Are you sure Nana?" Jeno asked, placing a hand on the younger's shoulder.
The pink haired male just nodded.
"Well, you know who to call when you need help picking up your uwus." Jeno quickly placed a kiss on Jaemin's forehead and went back to holding hands with Renjun, who looked back and sent the younger a flying kiss.
Jaemin was then left outside with both Jisung and Chenle, as the elder male had held them back. He claimed to have a surprise for them.
"So, I might or might not have had Hyuck's sister take a few photos from last night, and I stopped you guys because I wanted to give you this." Jaemin pulled out a photo of the two of them.
It was when the hyungs had thrown flower petals at them. The image was absolutely gorgeous though. Shot wise, it was quite close, but it was close enough.
Jisung and Chenle were staring at each other in the photo, as the flower petals rained down on them. It was an innocent moment that would be remembered by the both of them. A memory that would make their cheeks color rose and hearts soar.

Jaemin only smiled knowingly at the two. He was happy for the both of them, especially Jisung.
The elder male remembered when he first met him. Both of them ranted for hours about their crushes, and from that sprung a beautiful friendship.
Jaemin took Jisung's hand and placed the picture on it, "Consider this picture number one for that project of yours."

After the meet up, everyone had went on their own ways. Bidding each other goodbye, the boys left with their significant others.
Hand in hand, Chenle and Jisung walked down the semi crowded sidewalks, just talking about random things like they always did. Their talk was interrupted when Chenle's eyes lit up and he dragged Jisung into a store that caught his attention.
It was a little fortune cookie store, that let you make you own fortune cookies and messages that went inside the cookies. They were hit with a wave of the sweet scent of cookies once the entered the store.
"Welcome C.J's, and how may I help you two?" a short black haired male in a blue apron asked, approaching the two males.
"Uh, I saw that you were able to make your own fortune cookies so...um yeah." Chenle responded, feeling quite awkward after his lame response.
"Oh! Follow me this way you two." They started to follow the short male through the bright pastel yellow, blue, pink, and white building.
Whilst following the worker, Jisung turned to Chenle and poked his cheek, "You're so cute when you're shy like that."
Looking away from Jisung, Chenle replied with a blush and a small 'shut up'.
Chuckling happily, Jisung leaned down and planted a kiss on the elder's cheek without warning.
The owner, or the short male they were following, turned around to announce their arrival but was met with the most precious scene. He smiled at the younger couple.

They reminded him of him and his own lover.
He let out a cough, gaining the two boy's attention. With slight blushes, the laughed awkwardly.
"Sorry--"
"No need for that. You two are really cute, no joke." The owner complimented. "So here is where you'll make your messages first. Once you're done, just place them in this tray and hand them over to me at the counter."
"Yes...Um..."
"Call me Ten. I'm the owner of CJ's if you were wondering." The man spoke, giving them a friendly smile.
"Well, thank you Ten." The two said in unison.
Ten left them at the table full of colorful strips of paper, markers, and pens. They sat themselves down at the pristine white table and took out three strips of paper for each of them.
"What are you going to write, Ji?" Chenle asked, scanning through the variety of colored pens.
"It's a secret." Jisung replied, picking out a red pen.
"Awe, but I'm curious!" The elder whined, pouting at Jisung.
"Welp, you just have to wait Lele."
"But--"
"I'll let you pick out which movie we watch later."
"Deal!"
The boys both wrote out their messages then place them in the small tray as Ten instructed. Jisung took the honor of taking it over to Ten, who was texting somebody one his phone.
After a couple of seconds, Ten looked up and greeted the tall male. "Done?"
The latter nodded, placing the tray onto Ten's hands. "I'll be right back you two."
Ten disappeared into the kitchen as Jisung returned back to Chenle making paper stars out of the strips of paper.
"Look, I made stars! They aren't perfect but their kind of cool right?" Chenle held up five miniature stars in his cupped hands, and adorable smile plastered on his lips.
Jisung couldn't help but internally squeal at how cute his boyfriend was. It was just like anything he had imagined, but a million times better.
"No, they're perfect. Just like you."
"Cheesy." The elder male scrunched up his nose.
"But you like it though." Jisung retorted.
"As if."
A bit of playful quarreling later, Ten walked over to them with a clear box that was decorated with colorful calligraphy and a thick pastel pink and white striped bow. Their gazed automatically went to the box, in awe of how pretty it was.
"Here you go, and don't worry, it's on the house you two. I included some samples of our other fortune cookies, like our matcha fortune cookie. I hope you two enjoy and have a wonderful day!" Ten handed the two the medium sized box.
Chenle and Jisung gratefully received it, and went on their way to Jisung's house. On their way, they opened the box to see it divided into three sections.
The center was filled with the free samples, and on the sides were their fortune cookies. They had previously told their names to the owner, and he has marked their sides with the first letter of their first name.
Chenle took one from Jisung's side and vice versa.
Cracking open their cookies, a sweet message from each other made the corners of their mouths raise in delight.

Heart of Cultivation
Book one is now available for purchase or download through Kindle Unlimited! Jian was a prodigy, at least until he discovered that his path of cultivation had hit a dead end almost as soon as it began. That was all years ago, though. He has long since resigned himself to his fate and prepared himself for a dull, ordinary, but happy life. Stunted cultivation or no, he's clever enough to carve out his own comfortable niche. Unfortunately, not all of the matters from his past have been settled. When a reckless mistake threatens to cost him everything, Jian will have to prove that he's desperate enough to rise to the occasion. Or that he's capable of avoiding the consequences. This is an affectionate reconstruction of the xianxia genre. I will be deploying the tropes from the genre that I enjoy in a framework that I think makes sense. The story updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and sometimes other days.

The Third Spire
It has been decades since the Wizardly Order rose and helped the Realm to banish the monstruos Elfey from its lands by building the Five Spires. The kingdom has prospered greatly in the time since, advancing both in the magical arts and the more mundane technology. The Wizards have grown too, gaining influence and spreading throught the Realm, Wizards' Towers dotting the landscape on many regions. But as the Realm grows and starts looking beyond its borders, the Wizards are faced with one insidious enemy inside its own borders. Master Garner, a wizard in the scarcely populated far West of the Realm, feels the situation getting out of hand, and a violent purge forces him out of his beloved Tower. The wizard takes his apprentices and allies in search of uncertain safety in the Third Spire. Some sources of inspiration for this story, for variable reasons: Riyria Chronicles, The Wandering Inn, Gentleman Bastard series. Note: First dedicated attempt at writing. I'm looking for feedback, and I will appreciate if you point out any mistakes. Updates: Tuesday, and every other Thursday, as life allows it.
