It was Sunday ,Drake and I were prepared to go back home and we just had breakfast with Elena and Khalil.

We were all seated in the living room conversing while James got the car ready,Elena didn't want us to go so soon.

"Couldn't you stay a little longer ?" She pleaded as held Drake's hand who was sitting beside her.

"Oh Mom, I wish we could but we have other things to get to." He said as he hugged her slightly.

I smiled at them, it was really adorable to see how close a son and a mother could be irrespective of the challenges they've both faced.

"Oh well I gotta go get ready for school too." Khalil rolled his eyes as he got up from the couch.

"Hey, why don't you do that quickly so we could drop you off at school." Drake suggested as he gestured for Khalil to go get ready.

"Oh yeah that'd be great but wait why are you offering to help me ?" He gave Drake a suspicious look with a finger pointing at him.

"So we could both see Sekani."Drake wiggled his brows at me as he spoke. I froze at what he said,I haven't planned for him to meet Sekani anytime soon.

"Oh man ! That's gonna be lit. I'd be ready in 5 minutes." Khalil said in a high pitch as he raced up the stairs while I gave Drake deadly glares.

"Oh let me pack some cookies for you guys to eat on the long ride." Elena smiled as she got up from the couch and walked into the kitchen.

I watched her get into the kitchen and waited for her to be out of sight before lashing Drake.

"What is your problem ? Why do you want to see Sekani ?" I threw questions at him alongside the ugly scowl I had on my face.

"What's bad if I want to see my babe's brother ?" I squeezed my face in confusion at his question.

"Babe ?!" I got up from the couch as I shook my head at him.

"Okay chill, I'm just kidding. You talk about your brother a lot and I felt I should see your second most valued person." He said as he held my arm trying to stop me from walking towards the door.

"Who's the first ?" I asked him with my brows furrowed.

"Me of course !"He said with a broad smile as he chuckled.

"What ?! No you're no way near the first." I slapped his hands off my hands and walked outside of the door.

"Well that proves I'm on the list." He said as he trailed behind me as I walked out of the house.

"Shut up! Good morning James." I shouted at Drake as I greeted James who chuckled at our little fight.

"What has Drake done this time ?" James asked me with a smile as I walked towards him.

"Don't mind that psycho." I smirked at him as I gave him a side hug.

In no time Khalil rushed out wearing his school's customized jacket with a jean and a duffel bag over his shoulder.

"Okay I'm ready !" He said as he walked over to the car where James and I stood.

"Okay here's the snacks." Elena melodiously said as she walked out of the house with a food bag in her hands.

"Oh mom,thanks." Khalil said as he put his bag into the car's trunk.

"Thanks Mom, this would really come in handy."Drake said as he kissed his mom on her cheek while giving her a side hug.

I walked over to where she stood and took the bag from her before she put me in a quick hug.

"Don't forget what we talked about."She whispered into my ears before she broke the hug.

I nodded slightly and smiled warmly at her,we waited for Khalil to bid his mom goodbye before we got into the car.

We waved at her as we drove on the drive way leading out of the house. I decided to dial Becky's number to see if she's still mad at me.

I dialed her number once and there was no response,as I was about to dial it the second time I got her message.

I had mixed emotions,I was unsure if she was still mad at me or she was calm because her text gave me double thoughts.

"Still having troubles with Becky ?"Drake said as he looked over at me from where he sat.

"Were you peeking into my phone ?" I chuckled as I slapped his elbow.

"Whatever. Just give her time." He smirked as he relaxed back into his seat.

Khalil who sat in the front seat, connected his phone to the car stereo with an auxiliary cord.

"Hey Skai, do you know Drake loves RnB ?" He asked me as he looked over at me from where he sat.

"Oh really ?!" I laughed as I turned to Drake who had his teeth clenched as he gave Khalil sharp glares from the rear view mirror.

"Don't do anything stupid else you'd walk to school." He said coldly as he brought out his phone from his pocket.

"What's the harm in playing music ?" Khalil wiggled his brows as he began playing a song from his phone.

The sweet voice of the singer filled the car as Khalil nodded his head to the beat and James also tapped the steering.

"I love this song too !" I exclaimed as I gestured Khalil to increase the volume of the song.

I moved my body with style to the rhythm of the song, my eyes caught Drake who was staring at me but he quickly returned his gaze to his phone when our eyes met.

"What are you doing on that phone ?" I asked him while I still moved my body to the song.

"Trying to stop himself from dancing, he's such a Grinch." Khalil teased as he tapped his fingers on his thighs.

Drake wasn't bothered as he looked seriously at his phone,I was going to let him be but I remembered what I promised Elena so I grabbed his phone from his hands.

"Give it back." He stretched his hand to get it back from me but I put it in my back pocket.

"Please don't seat on my phone."He rolled his eyes as he tried to get it back from me.

"I'd give it back to you after you dance to this song." I said as I put out my hand to stop him.

"No chance besides do you want me to get the phone myself ?" He smirked naughtily as he leaned closer to me.

"You wouldn't dare."I narrowed my eyes at him as I shook my head at him.

He laughed and held my two hands tightly in his grip and pulled me forward making me powerless,he took out his phone from my pocket without making contact with my body.

Khalil and James laughed loud at how Drake easily overpowered me,I frowned and crossed my arms over my chest.

"Weakling." He waved his phone at my face as he relaxed back into his seat. I rolled my eyes and decided to text Sekani.

I stuffed the phone in my pocket and relaxed myself on the seat while humming to the sweet rhythm of the music.

I thought about how so much as happened in the past few months, it's been one hell of a ride with Drake and the unending drama Andre caused us, the thoughts faded away from my mind as the unconsciousness of sleep befell me.

"Skai,wake up we are here !"I heard a voice as someone was tugging on the sleeve of my jacket.

I opened my eyes to an excited Khalil who had a broad smile on his face as he tried to wake me up. I looked around and no one was inside the car.

"Okay I'm up." I said as I got down from the car,I spotted Drake and James talking at a distance.

"Wow you're one heck of a sleeper." He smirked at me as he helped me close the door.

"What do you mean ?" I asked him as I put my hands over my mouth while yawning.

"You slept all through the ride,and you missed when Drake decided to let go of his ego and dance." He rolled his eyes as he walked towards the trunk of the car.

"What ?! He eventually did it ?" I asked with an amused face.

"Yeah." He shrugged as he took out his duffel bag.

"Oh wow." I raised my eye brows and I took out my phone to call Sekani, he picked immediately on the first ring.

"We're at the parking lot." I said immediately into the phone.

"Oh I'm close by,hold on." He said before he ended call.

"You're a good influence on Drake." Khalil smiled as he looked over at Drake with a sense of pride.

"What do you mean ?" I furrowed my eyes at him as I tucked my hands into my pockets.

"Anytime Drake comes home,he cries and breakdown like a baby who lost his candy but he didn't even shed a tear this time." He chuckled as he dropped his duffel bag on the grass.

"Really ? Why does he cry so much at your mom's place ?" I was inquisitive as to why Drake only showed his vulnerable state to his mom and acts tough around everyone.

"Drake is living the life of Josh,his twin. He changed his lifestyle, haircut,way of dressing and everything about him to fit Josh's character, so living the life of his dead twin gets to him at times and he needs a place to let go of all emotions and be himself." He pursed his lips as he tilted his head to his side.

"And that place is your mom's home." I nodded my head as I finally understood his constant change of mood and character.

"But lately Drake has been showing bits of his true self and that's because of you, so keep up the good work." He pat me on the shoulder as he gave me a warm smile.

"Skaiiiiiiii." I heard the familiar voice shouting my name from afar. I turned around to see Sekani jogging towards me.

He stopped in front of the car and looked around it with his mouth opened in surprise.

"Damn, don't tell me you sat in this !" He exclaimed as he ran his hands over the body of the car.

"What's so special about it ?" I rolled my eyes at his over dramatic display. He stopped and walked towards me with an annoyed look.

"This is the freaking Rolls-Royce Phantom! This car is the bomb !" He jumped up in where he stood before he pulled me in a hug.

"Hello." Khalil said as he waved his hands slightly at Sekani.

"Oh hey, Drake's brother ?" He said as he stretched his hands out to shake his hand.

"Yeah, Khalil." He said as he shook hands with Sekani.

"Sekani." He smirked at him as he let go of his hands.

"You gat nice curls." Khalil complimented him as he admired Sekani's hair.

"It's all on the durag man." He shrugged as he brushed his hair with his hands. I smiled at them and looked over at Drake and James who were walking towards us.

"Is that the Drake Johnson ?" He whispered into my ears and he leaned towards me.

"Oh God, I'm gonna pass out." He said as he tugged the ends of his shirt while Khalil and I laughed at his statement.

"Bro,stop acting like a fan girl." I teased him as I hit him on his elbow.

"I thought you wouldn't end your conversation." I teased Drake as he stood in front of me. He rolled his eyes at me and tucked his hand into his pockets.

"And I thought you would never wake up from your sleep." I blinked my eyes repeatedly at him because I couldn't think of any come backs to end him.

"Hey you must be Sekani." Drake said as he gave Sekani a pound hug the way guys do.

"Yeah and you're the most talked about Drake. It's an honour." Sekani was smiling broadly and if he wouldn't calm down his head would blow off.

"Oh really that's nice, Skai gives endless talks about you too." He chuckled as he winked at me.

"Yeah she can't do without me." Everyone laughed at Sekani's remark while I rolled my eyes.

"I think we should all have lunch." Drake suggested which made Sekani's eyes lit up.

"C'mon let's all get in." Drake gestured for all of us to get in the car.

"You mean in this car ?" Sekani was a car freak and he acts unnecessarily weird around cars.

Everyone laughed at his remark while I slapped him on the back of his head as I got into the car. We drove out of the school to have lunch.

We were all seated in a fast food joint around a table,I could smell the sweet scent of fries that filled the room. James had gone to get our food while we waited for him.

"I'm not taking this clothes off." Sekani whispered into my ears and he put his arms around my shoulders.

"I'm seriously gonna hit you !" I shook his hands off me because of how embarrassing he was was acting.

He rolled his eyes and let out a little laugh as he turned his head over to khalil who was beside him.

"Whoa, that your girl ?!" Sekani pointed his hands at Khalil's phone. I looked over at his phone and it revealed the photo of a pretty blonde girl that Khalil used as his lock screen.

"Yeah, you know her ?" Khalil gave him an awkward look as he put his phone into his pocket.

"Who doesn't know Emily ! She's the queen of this school. Man I gotta give it to you, you have a rich elder bro who brought you to school with a Rolls-Royce and now you gat Emily as your girl, I need some of those goodies in my life." Khalil chuckled as Sekani shook his head while he spoke.

"You have an amazing sister, she's worth more."Khalil gestured his hands towards me as I sat upright to receive his praises.

"Nah,I could trade her for what you gat." Drake and Khalil laughed loud at Sekani's remark while I slapped him at the back of his head.

James finally brought our food and we all ate it in silence asides Sekani and Khalil who were talking about football and other random guy's stuff while James headed back to the car.

I was munching on my burger when I felt Drake's leg kicking me under the table. I frowned my face at him as I stepped on his foot hardly.

"Owww!" He exclaimed loudly which caught the boys attention as they stopped conversing.

"Are you okay ?" Sekani asked with his mouth filled with fries. Drake gave me a deadly glare before focusing on Sekani.

"I'm fine,I think I got stung by an ant."I rolled my eyes at him because he referred to me as an ant.

As time went by,we all finished our food and we headed back to the college,Khalil still played his music in the car and it seemed he and Sekani have the same taste in music.

I laughed as they danced awkwardly to the song, we pulled over in the parking lot and all of us except James got down from from the car.

"Khalil,come over here." Drake cut the discussion that was going on between Khalil and Sekani as Khalil walked over towards him.

"Skai and I would be leaving now,stay safe and anything you need , I'm one call away." He told Khalil as he pat his shoulders and gave him a pound hug.

"I'm so happy you have him." Sekani said as he stood beside me with his arms around my shoulder.

"Yeah he's a keeper." I smiled as I watched Drake and his brother.

"I'm glad you came around, I always long to see you." Sekani dug his head into my neck as he hugged me.

"Me too,I can't wait for you to have your break." I said as I wrapped my arms around him.

"Well that's where the good news come in, I'd be having my break in 2 weeks time!" I squealed for joy as I hugged him tightly which caught the attention of Drake and Khalil.

"What's going on ?" Drake asked as he walked over with Khalil.

"Sekani would be having his break in two weeks time and I'd get to spend time with him ." I smiled broadly at Drake as I explained the reason for my happiness.

"Yeah me too." Khalil said as he smiled because he was also having his break by that time.

He smiled slightly as he walked over to Sekani and put his hands around his shoulders.

"Since that'd be during the holidays we could all go for a vacation, what do you think ?" Our eyes widened at what Drake said as he chuckled at our expression.

"That'd be awesome !" Khalil leaped for joy as he walked over to Drake and hugged him around his torso because Drake was taller.

"And I'd have time to spend with Sekani and get to know him better." Drake smirked at me as he looked over at Sekani who was under his arms.

"How can I say no to that, I'm in ." Sekani said as he smiled broadly at Drake, they all looked at me with smiles on their faces waiting for my response.

I couldn't object it even if i wanted to because it's almost summer and I'd love to spend time around people who would make me happy and I deserve a vacation to relieve myself from stress.

"Okay I'm in, but can I bring Becky along ?" I wouldn't have a vacation without my best friend even if she's mad at me at the moment.

"Yeah everyone can bring a plus one." Drake said as he smiled at me alongside the others.

"Skai could you please take us a picture ?" Sekani asked me as he tilted his head repeatedly towards Drake indicating he wanted a picture with him.

I took out my phone and took a picture of the guys as they smiled broadly. They all looked handsome and cute in the picture.

I had a broad smile on my face and my cheek bones were hurting because I've smiled and laughed a lot today,I felt happy being around Sekani and now that Drake is here, it's double happiness, maybe I do feel something for him.
