The clock turned 1 and right at that moment there was a knock at the door. I answered.

"Hey, you look gorgeous." he said

"Aw thanks. Mom I'm leaving." I said

"Okay have fun." She yelled

We walked over to Q's car. He opened the door for me.

"Haha thank you." I sat down. He came around and sat at the driver's seat.

"I've been wondering, do you drive?"

"Yeah I just don't have a car. I sold it because I didn't really use it."

"Oh so we are going to head uptown and get a bite." said Q

"Okay but where are we exactly going? Like our destination?" I asked

"I don't even know. We are going to go to the mall. The farthest one."

"What if the car breaks down?"

"Well then we would just have to be together longer."

"I don't mind that."

We drove for an hour already and I was thinking, thinking about life and us. Was this going to lead somewhere? Or was Q just thinking of kissing me.

"Zoey? Are you okay? You've been quiet."

"Sorry. I have a question."

"Shoot."

"What is this? I mean us. What are we?" I asked

"What do you want us to be?"

"Q. I've had a crush on you for years. It's honestly for you to decide because I know what I want."

"I think I want the same thing."

"Then why don't you do something about it? Kissing isn't going to last, I want to know if this is going to lead anywhere."

"I just don't want to be bugged by the guys and some fans are harsh about us dating people."

"Yeah but that's life. I can deal with it and so can you."

"Can we just enjoy this day right now? I want to spend it with you."

"Ugh. Fine."

"Zoey please. I really like you but I just can't do this right now ok."

"Ok I guess. I'm sorry I just haven't been with anyone ever since.. You know what never mind."

"No tell me."

"No it's not important, just forget it."

"Zoey." He grabbed my hand.

"Fine I'll tell you but you should really drive with both hands." He put his hand back on the wheel.

"Okay so the last time I had a boyfriend was in 10th grade and I'm in 12th now. He was special to me and I really liked him, we went out on a date one night and he was going to ask me out, atleast that's what my friends told me. We just got our food and he started talking about how much he loved me and stuff and then.. He took a bite of his steak. Little did he know that there was seasoning of paprika on it. He was allergic to paprika. It made this huge scene and he was rushed to the hospital, he was doing so well in the ambulance. The doctors told me... The one who lived.." I got interrupted

"Wait don't tell me."

"Some asshole crashed right into the ambulance causing the most horrific accident ever. Not only did I lose my almost boyfriend but I lost all hope for ever finding love again." I looked down.

"Oh Zoey. I'm so sorry, I had no idea."

"Yeah that's why I don't want to wait. It's either you ask me out or we just say friends. I hope this doesn't rush anything either." I said

"We're here." He pulled up to a panera.

"Panera? You know there's one in town right?" I asked

"Yeah but this is only the first stop." We walked in and sat down at a near table.

"Now that I've heard that story, if he had lived and you two would've went out. I would have never gotten the chance to feel those beautiful lips."

"Yeah, he was my first real love, it was going slowly like this actually. I didn't mind it but I now I just don't want to see you in a casket."

"I would never leave you." He grabbed my hands

"Please never do. I need you." I whispered.

We orders Salads and water. It came our pretty quick. We ate it and went back in the car. We started to drive to the mall. It took like 3 hours. Damn.

"Man...Zoey this is really weird." said Q

"What is?" I asked looking through tumblr on my phone, not paying attention to where we were going.

"The fact that there is a car accident here. Also the fact that there's an ambulance coming from behind."

We let the ambulance pass. I started to tear up.

"I'm sorry I brought that up again." He said

"That's okay." I wiped away the tears.

"Can I ask for his name?"

"Adam."

"Adam?"

"Yeah kind of weird too. I was reading the book If I stay and the characters name was Adam. It was really depressing for me to read. I'm still going to read the second one." I said

"If I stay? Isn't that a new movie out?"

"Yeah. I saw it already before I moved out here."

"Was it good?"

"The fact that I cried 5 times means its good but sad."

"Awe. Is the book the same?"

"It's better. The second movie needs to come out ASAP."

"I should watch it. Maybe I'll get some pointers."

"No it's not good for pointers at all."

We just arrived at the mall. I never been here before. We went inside, some girls ran up to Q. He took some pictures and they left. One girl kept eyeing me.

"Hey don't worry, most girls here aren't as chill as you are." He said

"Yeah."

"So listen, I kinda took you out today because well I want to spend every minute with you but also because I'm going on tour soon."

"Tour? Oh yea. I have kinda gotten used to us being friends so much that I've forgotten you were famous."

"I love that about you. That exact thing!"

"Haha. So where are you going?"

"Many places but we will only be gone for a month."

"I'm going to miss you so much."

"Me too."

We walked around the mall, Q helped me pick out a few things and then I helped him. We walked over to Banana shack and I got a strawberry banana smoothie. Two girls walked up to Q while he was waiting for me at a table near by.

"Hey you're Brian Quinn right? From Impractical Jokers." asked one girl

"That's me."

"Can we get a picture?"

"Sure."

They snapped a quick photo.

"Are you single?" asked another girl

"Uhm not really." He looked over at me.

"Oh is that her?"

"No, no she's not here."

I walked away. Q was so embarrassed to even be seen with me? How could I think that he was the one? He's not like Adam, well for one thing he's not dead. Q came running up to me.

"Hey wait up."

"Am I that of an embarrassment for you?"

"No Zoey, I just want to protect you."

"From what? I don't need protection Q. I just want to be with you! I want you to be my Adam. The better Adam."

"I want to be with you too but I don't want the fans to send you hate."

"I can deal with them."

"Let's just get back to the car and continue our adventure okay?"

"Adventure? It's an adventure alright." I glanced over at Q. He was really sad.

"I..I'm sorry ok. I don't know why but I got jealous."

"Jealous of what?"

"Those girls. You have so many fans who would die to be with you and you chose me? Why me?"

"I don't want those girls! You are unique and not a crazy screaming fan! It gets annoying after awhile. You don't care about my fame. You like me for me."

"Well I was raised by proper parents I guess."

We got back into the car. I don't know why I've been acting like this. I thought this was going to be a nice and amazing day. It wasn't exactly that. It was getting late. It was already 10.

"We should head home." I said

"It's going to take hours to get back. I know the perfect place to stay for the night." said Q

"I should check in with my mom." I called my mom.

"Mom?" I said

"Yes hun, is everything ok?"

"Yea yea. We are hours away from home so I was wondering if it was ok if I could stay at this place with Q for the night?" I asked

"Sure. Come home soon though. I miss you."

"Ok thanks. Miss you too." I hung up.

"She said ok." I smiled

Q drove over to this cabin. It looked perfect.

"Who lives here?" I asked

"No one."

"Why is it just here then? In such good shape."

"I built it actually. Only a few years back. I like to come out here to think or to hang out." He said

"Oh it's so beautiful." We walked inside.

Q showed me around then led me to the bedroom. It was so pretty. He started up the fire.

"This is our first night together alone." I said

"Yup."

"You're going to see me... In the morning."

"It isn't the first time remember."

"Oh right."

I went to the bathroom and washed up. I took off my makeup. What am I going to sleep in? I was so nervous and so wishing something could happen. I walked out. Q was shirtless and in his boxers.

"I have a t shirt that would fit you like a dress if you prefer to sleep in that." said Q

"Sure." I took it into the bathroom and changed into it. I walked out.

"Oh I hope it's ok that we sleep together, I mean there's only one room. Kinda."

"Haha It's fine." I put my hair in a pony tail and layed in the bed. Q layed next to me.

"I hope you know how much you mean to me." said Q

"I mean something to you?" I said

"Of course. I love you."

Brian fucking Quinn loves me? I feel like I was in a fairytale! Also I'm going to sleep with him and maybe even... Do things with him.

He kissed me.

"I love you too." I said

I was actually preparing myself for sex. Don't guy usually want to have sex with the girl they like when they are sleeping with eachother? Instead Q turned off the light and put his arm around me. He was really taking this slow... way too slow if you asked me. I can't do anything about it because I'm a shy freak and I don't want to mess things up but ugh! I want him so badly. I guess somehow Q felt that I was mad, because he turned the light back on.

"You okay Zoe?" He looked at me, I turned over.

"Yea I'm fine. I'm just nervous ya know."

"Aw that's ok. You shouldn't be. Nothing will happen, I promise."

Not the words I was hoping to hear.

"Wait..Q."

"Yea?"

"I want something to happen actually."

"Oh like what?"

"I don't know...something exciting." I smiled.

"Like this?" He kissed me. First on the neck then all the way up to my lips.

"Yea like that."

"Are you tired?"

"Not anymore." I winked

"Want a drink and maybe watch some tv on the couch?"

"Sounds nice."

He went into the kitchen and grabbed some beers. I went into the living room and flipped on the tv. He sat next to me.

"Is this ok?" he asked

"I'm not even 21 but yea."

"Oh then I shouldn't do that."

"No no no. I've had beer before. It's ok."

I covered him and myself with the blanket.

"Any good shows on?" He asked putting his arm around me.

"Friends is on." I said

"Love that show." I put my head on his chest and cuddled up to him.

It must've been hours before the sound of his heart beating put me to sleep. I could feel him looking at me. He moved slowly to turn off the tv and the light. I didn't feel him get up, instead he fell asleep next to me.
