axel x reader
(it's no excuse anymore that i've been MIA. i guess it's been school and the emotional and mental state of mind recently. i do apologize for never posting. i'm going to try to post a little more often)
••••••••
"y/n... wait you can't do this!" his voice was an echo to your ears. you couldn't speak, it felt as if you couldn't breathe either. the pod closed before you, his hand reached out in hopes that you would take it but you couldn't. the sleep started to take over your every being for the next 358 days.
"axel, we have to go. the sappy kid will be here soon." another's voice echoed in the room.
"i can't leave y/n! i won't leave with out my y/n!" axels voice grew louder. a flame igniting in his palm.
"axel, you're a nobody! you have no emotions to show! why're you taking a liking to something that doesn't exist!"
"y/n exists Xigbar!"
the fighting went on for a couple more minutes, sora and his companions would already be at the doors by now and xigbar wouldn't allow the three to see them in this room. without anymore words xigbar grabbed axels hand and opened a portal, dragging the flame head behind him.
the portal closed as sora and the other two walked in. their adventure began.
••••••• time skip because why not •••••••
Axels POV
"Y/n!" The portal.. closed... I couldn't say anything... I couldn't say goodbye. I turn to xigbar and notice his usual disappointed expression "I could've said goodbye. You could've spared me that moment!" I say in a furious tone. All he did was sigh.
"Why do you think that you're in love?"
"I know I am"
"You know nothing Axel. You got that memorized?"

I turn silent and walk off, maybe I can find a way to wake her up.
~
it had been about a few months. i followed sora and y/n throughout the worlds they traveled to. i was, happy, to see she was okay. but i was heartbroken i could hold her like i wanted to. even if i could just run up to her and hold her she would think im a creep and probably kill me- or worse, think im kidnapping her. we were all in twilight town, specifically in the forest leading to the old mansion.
i sigh softly. watching her speak- i really am a creep aren't i?
~ Y/N's POV ~
i walk around the forest with sora, we just defeated a few heartless and we were making our way to the old mansion for some more answers.
i glance around while following my friends and notice for a split second a red haired person in a black coat watching from afar. i shrug it off but create an illusion that im still walking with sora when i slip away and go around to behind the person. i step closer andhear them mumble something.
"hmm, you said something? come on, speak a little louder, just the two of us" i speak in a whisper. they jump and turn to me, they blushed and cleared their throat. i got a better glance and noticed it was a guy.
he seemed to be frozen in place before talking "y-y/n... its you" i raised a brow in confusing
"we've never met before- have we? if so im sorry i dont remember who you are"
"right.. my name is axel, we met once before but for a brief moment."
"oh i see. well hello axel, nice to remeet you" i smile

he seemed to blush a little bit more before tearing up.
"are you, crying?" i ask stepping closer and wiping his eyes.
i felt something inside spark and i felt warm and fuzzy. i quickly pull away and start seeing things. i hold my head and see images of isa, and ienzo, and some others. the images go away and i look around, axel stared at me with shock. "axel-- axel...AXEL!" i shout and summon my keyblade, another person in a black coat launched towards him from behind, i quickly blocked the attack with my keyblade and shoved axel aside. i started to fight the person in black, they soon gave out and looked at me, taking off their hood.
"braig?!" i looked at him with shock
"so you finally remembered, little y/n i see axel found you before i could- how sweet, the lovebirds are united once again" he said with his sarcastic tone. i huff
"what do you want braig?"
"nothing, but seeing as what you remember i have to wipe you sweet memories away before you tell that kid you were with who the organization is and what you know about us."
axel stepped in before i could say another word "you wont be doing anything to her xigbar. if anything she should be coming back with us so we can keep her from telling sora instead of wiping her memories"
i look at him with fear. he looked down at me and nodded and i knew what was up.
it took xigbar a minute to think before opening a portal to who knows where. "ladies first" he said. i frown and step forward. i look back at axel and he nods. i walk through and find myself in radiant garden. i look around and see the portal close, then open once again seeing axel step out in a panic. "wheres braig?" i ask "different world. but dont worry, i made a deal with him, as long as you're by my side and he knows i wont betray the organization then were fine, he wont bother us. but-- i already betrayed them by looking for you. and its the best decision ive ever made"
i saw his smile widen. i couldn't help but smile aswell. "oh axel.." i lean up and kiss his cheek, he looked down at me and kissed me deeply, i kissed back with a chuckle
"that was so long overdue... i missed you y/n"
"i missed you too axel"
~~ end
see happiness !

The Wolf Saga, Wolf that Devours Empires
The Empire of Human is about to enter a turbulent era. A World Power has fallen. But mere hours after dying, he is reborn as a half-human, half-elf boy named Wolf. The story follows this odd boy as he grows up, his relationship with his father and those around him, his lack of common sense from being raised in the wilderness, and his desire for revenge. Witness Wolf's journey as he aspires to climb to the peak of the world to unravel its mysteries, and as he tries to figure out why it’s wrong to decapitate a street thug when the man tries to mug you. “I mean, the man literally said ‘Money or life,’ so what’s the big deal?” Releases Mon/Wen/Fri. (GMT-ish) Trigger warning. The Wolf Saga may not be suited for you if any of the following disturbs you: - The story will have fighting and killing. The gore will not be explicit, but there will be descriptions such as "head burst like a melon", "instantly turned to cinders", "blood splashed/fountained" etc. Most of the violence will be performed by the protagonist, some of it before he reaches his teens. If such scenes bother you, you should probably give Wolf a pass. - The story will have sexual content. It's there for a reason. Once again, these scenes will not be explicit. Genitals will be mentioned sometimes, but never described in detail. Nude bodies will be described in passing, without too many specific details. If you're afraid of nipples, you should probably give Wolf a pass. - The story will have a decent amount of cursing. If you haven't given up by now, this is unlikely to bother you. Still, I believe I should forewarn you that a number of curse words will be making appearance from time to time. - The story will have no small amount of loss for the main character. If you enjoy novels in which everything is fine, the protagonist makes it at the last moment and saves the day... This is not such a story. Life happens. As a reader, I'm annoyed with heroes making it in the nick of time, so for the sake of fairness I used dice on a number of occasions, making do with the result. Sometimes it was anticlimactic, sometimes it was tragic and it led to the story you see before you. Dedication: This story is written for Tired Mom and Wolf, whose arrival the rest of the pack is eagerly awaiting. Thanks: I would like to thank Tired Mom for her proofreading and encouragement over the years. I would like to thank you, Dear Reader, for taking the time to read this big pile of words.
