How they'd react to:

Affection.

Sora-

Giving him a hug, kiss etc. he most certainly wouldn't hesitate to blush and return the affection, sometimes if he was sleeping and you'd give him random act of affection he'd pull you on top of him and overload you with more affection, giving compliments here and there.

Riku-

He's a bit tense at first and sometimes wouldn't know what to do, he'd usually stand there madly blushing and asking you what you were doing. When you two are alone he'd wrap you in a blanket and keep you warm and you two would read stories.

Kairi-

Real snuggler right here. She's quick too! If you try to kiss her cheek she'll already know and turn her head in time so you two would kiss.

Axel-

A simple kiss on the lips or cheeks sends Axel Burning into the stars, you're literally the match that ignites his fire. He cannot- absolutely cannot and I cannot stress this enough, go a day without your love. He'll cry and roll around on the floor begging for you.

Roxas-

He's like Sora and Riku, hell most certainly return it in private but in public he freezes and blushes to the extreme. He apologizes for being so awkward in public, how he apologizes? Neck kisses, cozying up to the fireplace with cocoa in hand and sometimes have competitions as to who can eat sea salt ice cream faster.

Ventas-

Hes been asleep most of the time, sleeping beauty here. Whenever you two and getting ready for bed you shower him in affection, he turns it by grabbing your waist and pulling you close to him, somewhat in a strong bear hold so no one takes you away.

Vanitas-

Protective. Giving him a kiss in public makes him stare at any one looking at you, -he knows his boundaries- every kiss you give him makes him nervous and blush and... hold on if I'm typing this right: smile.

Terra-

Showering him affection scares him, he doesn't know what to do with his body, it almost seems as if he's about to explode from embarrassment.

Aqua-

A simple hug drives aqua into over protective mode. She's like a mama bear who loves her cub too much to leave the house. She would of course kiss and hug back and sometimes if you two are alone things get a little steamy.
