It's a Wonderful World

As their from another realm or world, they haven't met any of the mythical worlds of kingdom hearts. Though there is one sky, and one destiny.

Neku couldn't believe his eyes when the beautiful brave young lady jumped into action to save him from dream eaters, with none other than (keyblade of choice). The courageous woman defeated all the dream eaters without getting a single scratch on her body, no damage taken to her or her companions. Neku was in complete shock when the woman panted softly and looked at him with a bright smile that could light up the darkest of rooms. He stared with utter shock until she said something

"You okay headphones?" She raised a brow, she heard the word "headphone" before by Ventus is one of the worlds she visited long ago.

As Neku snapped back to reality, he huffed "I'm fine, and I could've dealt with them on my own" he stated, she only giggled "if you could deal with them alone, why didn't you stop me?" She asked with a smirk "I-....I.... touché" Neku sighed "y/n" she said and stuck out her hand for him to shake "Neku" he said shaking her hand softly, he blushed at how soft her hand was. "You're quite the wielder" he spoke up "thank you. You're quite the starrer" she giggled and heard her companions start to waddle off "I gotta go, nice meeting you Headphones" she smiled at him and ran off to get her companions.

Neku smiled and stuck his hands in his pocket and walked off. Throughout the whole walk to find Joshua he thought only about y/n and how lucky he was to meet her.

Y/n hummed walking along a path to her Gummi ship, she got in and started to fly off, looking down, the view of Hallow Bastion was beyond beautiful. A grin formed on her lips but soon left when she saw heartless "there just is no stopping Them is there?" She sighed and landed again. She found the rounds of dream eaters but they just wouldn't go away, soon her body became weak and frail as the heartless surrounded her and her companions, she stepped back into a corner and stumbled through something, before she had a chance to speak she had seen a figure in a black coat. Waving at her, she knew who it was, one of the organization members. She fell through what seemed liked a portal noticing there was no ground beneath her.

She panicked and looked around, she was falling from the sky. She embraced herself for the impact while screaming for help, when a strong pair of arms caught her and pulled her close.

Opening her e/c eyes she looked around perfectly fine, she looked at who saved her seeing Neku. She sighed of relief and held onto him "thank you.... thank you so so so so much" she said "hey it's no problem. Princes gotta save the damsel." She giggled at his remark "heh, okay nerd" he set her down and bowed "Why thank you" he said acting like he tipped a top hat. She rolled her eyes and curtsies, she let out a small laugh that light up the whole world in his eyes. He blushed and stood up straight "we should hang out sometime. It'd be cool to train with you" he said, y/n gave a bright smile but felt a frown inside her heart, she hated training, and the only reason why was because he old master trained her to the bone. Abused and starved her for days just so she could train more "yea... I'm okay with that"

After a few months of getting to know each other and sparring with nekus friends, she grew attached, maybe a crush? Or maybe just a stronger friendship. She wouldn't know, she's never felt anything like it. She wasn't allowed to with her old master.

One night y/n sat in Cids shop in front of the fire place, she shivered, she just came back from a cold world and wanted to warm up, the only warm place she knew was Cids shop, she sat there staring into the fire, after a day or two of not seeing Neku or his friends, she felt lonely, a silent tear streamed down her cheek and dropped onto the cold wooden floor.

She began to fall asleep, Cid noticed this and picked her up, he took her to her hotel room which was next to Nekus. Cid laid her down and covered her up, he told Neku she was there and left them alone.

Y/n shifted a bit, she clung onto the pillow shaking, not only from the cold but from fear. No one who knew her, knew why she shook while she slept, she herself didn't know.

Except for Neku, he found it out that when he was with her while she slept, she never shook, but when he wasn't, she was a mess.

The orange haired boy walked into her room and looked at her, "happy birthday......" he whispered to her, he set a gift down for when she wakes. He kissed her cheek softly and lovingly, what he didn't notice at all was that she woke up and turned her head so he'd kiss her soft lips.

She looked up at him and pulled away "I-I'm sorry....." she said and faced away "no no it's alright. I came by to give you your gift, everyone else is waiting for you, I'm sorry I woke you up" "don't be, I need to be awake." "Eh? Don't you ever sleep" he asks "no... I might have slept a few times in my life. But growing up with an abusive master sleep wasn't an option. Neither was a breather or food." She said "I'm used to all of it." "What!? When's the last time you ate?" "Mmm maybe a few days ago? I don't know" Neku shook his head "nope." He picked her up and took her to the closest place for food, he got her some food and she ate all of it, he giggled "you remind me of Sora." "Pft. Please." She laughed

Later within the day, she enjoyed the gifts with her friends and the food and everything else. Neku took her hand and took her to the clock tower and sat on the ledge with her, just staring into the stars in silence, he looked at her, she noticed and looked at him "y/n?" "Yes Neku?" "I-...I love you.." he blushed, a long moment of silence "I love you too, headphones" she smiled, he looked at her with shock and kissed her deeply when suddenly

Flash

They pulled away and saw Joshua holding a camera and waiting for something to come out "this one is going to be remembered forever" he laughed and held out a photo of them kissing.

In the end everything turned out to be a wonderful world..
