It was peaceful night in Mondstadt and it's surroundings. Neither Hilichurls nor slimes were seen from the Mondstadt's gates. Well that's not completely true. There is a team of 4 people - 1 boy and 3 girls - fighting Hilichurls near Whispering Woods. One of those being Y/N L/N - the newest knight of Favonius. His companions are Noelle, a maid that knows how to fight with two-handed sword, Barbara, a nun with healing powers and last Amber, another knight of Favonius who is also a gliding champion of Mondstadt - at least that's what she is saying.

We were fighting Hilichurls. They are closer and closer to the city. Right now Amber shot a flaming arrow through the last of them. The problem was the last Mitachurl was focused on our healer Barbara.

You: "Noelle, give Barbara geo shield."

Noelle: "You don't have to tell me twice Y/N." Noelle casted a spell that gave us all a geo shield.

Amber: "Alright let's get his attention."

You: "You know what to do."

Amber: "Right. Go get them Baron Bunny." A plushie-like version of Amber dressed in a bunny costume appeared out of nowhere. I still wonder where is it coming from. She threw it right behind the Mitachurl and I used my Cryo power to get his attention. One of the tricks the Baron Bunny has is that whenever an enemy sees him their attention is focused on it until it...... an explosion was seen as the Mitachurl's shield was on fire. I looked over at Amber who had her flaming arrow aimed at him. Meanwhile Barbara got to us and started healing us and herself.

The shield burned down.

You: "Noelle...."

Noelle: "I got it." She rushed to the Mitachurl and started spinning with her sword. When she stopped the Mitachurl sent her flying away. "Keep... fighting. Don't worry... about me." Me, Amber and Barbara nodded at each other. Barbara used her Hydro spells and I casted a Cryo spell causing the Mitachurl to be frozen. Then Amber shot a flame arrow at him. She unfroze him but the damage was bigger than normal.

Luckily it was enough to kill him. Noelle rejoined us and Barbara casted a healing spell on her.

Barbara: "At least it's done."

Noelle: "Don't celebrate yet... We still have to report this to Jean."

You: "I don't like how close the Hilichurls are to Mondstadt."

Barbara: "At least there wasn't any Abyss-"

Amber: "Aaahh!!" We looked around and saw Amber flying away and another Mitachurl this time with axe.

You: "AMBER!!"

Noelle: "She will be fine Y/N. Besides we have Barbara with us."

You: "Right. Barbara go to Amber. Me and Noelle will deal of this Mitachurl."

Barbara: "Just be careful guys."

Noelle: "Will do." We both rushed at him. Noelle was swinging at him with her sword while I was sending ice spears at him. Then with last swing from Noelle the Mitachurl lied down on the ground dead.

You: "It's done."

Noelle: "Yeah. No Abyss Mage so it was like riding the wind." We both went to Barbara and Amber who was now sitting.

You: "How do you feel Amber?"

Amber: "Fine. Just a little headache from the hit."

Noelle: "Told you she will be fine."

Barbara: "Yeah. My healing is known throughout Mondstadt after all."

Noelle: "Now Barbara why did you come with us? I mean you're a nun not knight.."

Barbara: "Lady Jean and Lisa asked me if I could help you out so my superiors accepted."

You: "Noelle, you're a maid serving to knights of Favonius, Barbara could ask you the same question."

Noelle: "I know but I want to be a knight so.... I asked Kaeya and he said that if I will acomplish this mission he will consult my title with Jean."

Amber: "Guys this is all nice but don't you think we should go before more Hilichurls arrive?"

You: "Amber's right."

Barbara: "Somebody should carry her. My healing is great but not perfect."

You: "I can do that." Then Noelle whispered but it was loud enough for me to hear it.

Noelle: "[Of course you will offer Amber your help. She's your crush after all.]" You're so lucky Amber didn't hear you Noelle.

Amber: "A-Are you sure Y/N? I can walk just fine."

You: "Barbara said you have to be carrid. So I will carry you."

Amber: "O-Okay."

Noelle: "I'll go ahead to make sure there are no more Hilichurls."

Barbara: "Yeah may the thousand winds bless you." We parted ways with Noelle for some time. I came to Amber and picked her up bridal style. I noticed pink on her cheeks. After a while we arrived at the knight's headquarters where I put Amber down. At Jean's office to be more specific. She was waiting for us along with Lisa and Kaeya.

Noelle: "There were a few on the road but we took care of them."

You: "Yeah. But I really don't like how close to Mondstadt they are."

Jean: "You're not the only one Y/N. I already sent some guards to investigate it. Now Noelle..."

Kaeya: If I could Jean... the mission is completed succesfully so I have nothing against your acceptance between knights of Favonius...... welcome Noelle." She bowed in front of him.

Noelle: "I am honored sir Kaeya."

Kaeya: "Just call me Kaeya... there's no need for the sir part."

Lisa: "Now to you cutie. Are you injured?~"

You: "That's why Barbara was with us. To heal any injuries we get."

Lisa: "Oh well. I thought I can give you a massage."

You: "I apriciate it but I'll have to pass."

Lisa: "Oh you're a naughty boy~ I like it."

You: "How can I be- You know what? Nevermind. Just don't call me that again." I turned around and wanted to leave but one thing made me a little curious. The steam coming from Amber's ears. But I decided not to ask and continue on my way home... along with Barbara who accompanied me. "Back to cathedral?"

Barbara: "Yes. I can't neglect my work as a nun no matter how exciting fighting with you guys is."

You: "Well alright. See you some other day." We waved at each other and parted ways.

When Y/N left I wanted to give Lisa a piece of my mind. I felt jealous whenever she was flirting with him. On the other hand it's her personality. But I didn't do it because it would solve nothing plus she or Jean would give me extra work for yelling at my superiors.

I left the room my cheeks still red from the anger I felt. I looked at Y/N walking with Barbara and sighed heavily. The truth is that I have a crush on him but I don't know how he feels about me. Sure he carried me today but that was because Barbara kind of ordered it. Then suddenly a voice was heard next to me.

???: "Why don't you ask him out?" I jumped as I didn't expect it. I looked at who said that and saw Paimon.

Amber: "Ask who out?"

Paimon: "Y/N. Or is it someone else that you have a crush on?"

Amber: "I don't know any Y/N."

Paimon: "But he was on that mission with you." Another voice was behind me.

???: "She just wants to hide her crush." I looked around and saw Noelle

Paimon: "Oh now Paimon get's it. But why?"

Noelle: "Yeah why Amber? You have a crush on him so why don't you ask him out?"

Paimon: "That's what Paimon asked."

Amber: "Is it really that obvious?"

Noelle: "You bet. Even Jean and Lisa knows about it. Don't know about Kaeya."

Amber: "If Lisa would know about it she wouldn't be flirting with him."

Noelle: "You know how she is. But I would hurry. A handsome guy like him sure has to have girls falling head over heels for him."

Amber: "What do you mean handsome?!"

Noelle: "Not me. I only see him as friend."

Paimon: "Paimon agrees. Besides Paimon's sure he will accept. He has-" Suddenly her mouth was covered by Noelle's hand who was whispering to her ear. Then I saw Kaeya with corner of my eye approaching us.

Kaeya: "Girls. Congratuations on your mission well done today. You should go to rest. Who knows what tomorrow awaits us."

We all nodded and left the headquarters. I went home and lied down my bed. What did Paimon want to say? Maybe I should really ask him out. Hmmm... Probably tomorrow evening. And with that thought I went to sleep.

I woke up and stretched, made my way to Good Hunter's restaurant but before I could arrive Kaeya stopped me on the way.

Kaeya: "Amber we have emergency. There's no time to lose."

Amber: "Fine Let's go." Sorry stomach work can't wait.

We arrived at Knights of Favonius headquarters where I was met with Noelle, Barbara, Jean and Lisa. After a while Y/N arrived as well.

You: "Sorry I was late."

Lisa: "It's quite alright cutie. Everyone else arrived just a while ago." Don't call him cutie you witch.

Jean: "Now that everyone is here. A citizen have reported a huge Hilichurl camp in Wolvendom. He saw some of them coming out of the cave nearby. Your mission today will be to eliminate them. Paimon will accompany you as well."

Amber: "Why is Barbara here? Not that I mind it."

Barbara: "Lady Jean asked me if I can assist you on your mission again and my superiors aproved."

Noelle: "A healer is always needed. Any Abyss Mages?"

Kaeya: "He saw one Cryo. Might be more in the cave."

Amber: "Well that's up to me to take care of."

You: "And Noelle after you destoy it's shield."

Noelle: "Right."

Lisa: "Well go. Give them punishment." We rolled our eyes and got on the way. My stomach growled and I started to hold it while blushing out of embarasement which Y/N noticed.

You: "You okay Amber?"

Amber: "Yeah just a little hungry." He came to me and gave me some kind of package. I opened it and saw Moon Pie which was my favorite.

You: "Here."

Amber: "Thanks."

Barbara: "Wait where's Paimon?" She then appeared in front of us.

Paimon: "Right here." At least we have our emergency food with us.

I ate the Moon Pie Y/N gave me and, my thousand winds, was it DELICIOUS. We made our way to Springvale village and asked locals about the Hilichurl camp. Right now we were talking to Draff, local hunter.

Draff: "Ah the camp. It's not that far. Just go on the path to Wolvendom and you'll see it."

Noelle: "Right let's go. Thanks for the intel sir."

Draff: "No problem."

The way to Wolvendom was peaceful until we reached the camp. We hid behind the rock and observed it. There were 10 Hilichurls, 3 Mitachurls, 1 with Geo shield and the rest with Dendro shields. Some archers, 3 Samachurls and of course the Cryo Abyss Mage.

You: "Alright here's the plan... Noelle will go against the one with Geo shield. Me and Barbara will go against the Samachurls and Amber.... will go against the Mage."

Noelle: "What about the others?"

Amber: "Distraction."

You: "Exactly. Amber will throw Baron Bunny to the front while we sneak our way to the back of the camp. Paimon will be a distraction too."

Paimon: "HEY!!"

Noelle: "Hmm.... that might work."

Paimon: "Are you even serious?"

Amber: "You know.... for a newbie among Knights you have a pretty good tactics." He blushed slightly. Did I just make him blush?

Barbara: "I agree."

Paimon: "Paimon doesn't."

Noelle: "So how much time we have before the Bunny explodes?"

Amber: "10 seconds." Noelle looked over to the camp.

Noelle: "Change of plans. They noticed us."

You: "In that case... ATTACK FULL FORCE!!!"

We rushed to the hoard that was running towards us. But stopped when a male voice that I didn't know was heard.

???: "NO REST FOR THE WICKED!!" Oz? That means Fischl's nearby. An Electro hawk was seen and a girl in purple right behind him, Fishl.

Fischl: "You didn't want to begin without me did you?"

You: "Hmmm.... and what if."

Amber: "More fighting less talking."

You: "Right Amber, Fischl take care of the mage."

We got to our targets while the Hilichurls were slowly dying. I got to the Dendro Samachurl and sent a chilling wave towards him while Barbara was using her spells. After a while Dendro Samachurl was no more but there was still Aqua Samachurl.

Noelle: "THE GEO IS DOWN!!!" I looked at Amber who was pretty badly injured.

You: "Barbara use your healing on Amber." She did as I said. "Fischl, send Oz towards the Samachurl."

Fischl: "As you wish. I SUMMON THEE." Oz appeared in front of the Aqua Samachurl. We had to kill him fast because of his healing. As the hawk was shooting at him I was sending Cryo spears the Samachurl's way.

When every of the Hilichurls were dead we looked at the Mage now without his shield.

You: "Noelle."

Noelle: "Need.... rest."

You: "Alright. Let's hit him with everything we have." Barbara and Fischl were shooting at him with Aqua and Electro powers. Pretty deadly combination. Me and Amber were just watching the execution.

Amber: "So... how do you know that girl?"

You: "Who? Fischl?"

Amber: "Yeah her..."

You: "We know each other since we were 5." Then Fischl spoke and Noelle with Barbara walked to us.

Fischl: "6 actually."

Barbara: "Do you need healing?"

Noelle: "No. I'm fine."

Amber: "Let's check the cave."

You: "Right behind you." Paimon appeared out of nowhere

Paimon: "Why behind her?"

Amber: "I would like to know that too...."

You: "Because she has Pyro Vision and I bet the cave is dark..."

Amber: "Fine I'll go first but if there will be light you have to make me Moon Pie."

You: "The Moon Pie I gave you before the fight was mine."

Amber: "What?! You have to teach me then."

Fischl: "GUYS!!! Let's go."

You: "As you wish..... princessin." Everyone except for Fischl looked confused. "I'll explain later."

We arrived at the cave... which WAS dark before Amber lit her arrow with her Vision. We arrived at some sort of sanctuary with something at the center.... it woke up only to reveal Ruin Hunter. That's weird, they are in Liyue mostly.

Barbara: "WHAT IS THAT THING?"

You + Fischl: "Ruin Hunter... we better get ready to fight." But before the battle even started a spectral-like hand appeared and slammed the Ruin Hunter to the wall breaking him to pieces. After that a voice was heard.

???: "WHO DARES TO ENTER THIS HOLY PLACE!!"

You: "I'm Y/N. Knight or Favonius and these are my friends. We're here to eliminate Hilichurls.

???: "NO HILICHURLS ENTERED THESE PLACES IN MORE THAN 3000 YEARS!!!"

Noelle: "But... they were working here."

???: "NONSENSE!!! FOR YOUR DISTURBANCE YOU SHALL BE PUNISHED Y/N AND OTHERS..." Then darkness was all I see.

I woke up only to feel a weight on me. I looked at who it was and saw Y/N. Why is he here? We didn't- My thoughts were cut off as he woke up. He looked at me and jumped on his feet right after it.

You: "I'M SORRY."

Amber: "Calm down."

You: "Huh? Amber you don't-"

Amber: "I believe you did nothing to me... Besides I think others are sleeping."

He helped me up and we looked around only to see Barbara, Fischl and Noelle either sleeping or waking up.

Noelle: "Everyone alright?"

Fischl: "I'm fine." Barbara wasn't responding. But started to wake up after a while.

You: "Alright now everyone is awake...." He looked around. "Weren't we in cave before?" I looked around and we were in an alleyway.

Fischl: "This looks different than what I remember." She pointed at some buildings across the street. "Those buildings look... futuristic."

I looked at the sky only to see it's night and the moon was way different than I remember.

Amber: "And why is the moon shattered?"
