《Namasté (Jerrie)》Chapter 8

It was a week after they'd returned from DiseyWorld and the girls had slipped back into their normal routines. With the weather becoming warmer and drier, Perrie had settled into DIY mode as she took on all the jobs that needed to be done. Jade had begged her to get contractors in but she refused, informing Jade that she didn't care about them being rich, a house wasn't a home unless their own touches were added. The two friends hadn't brought up their first kiss and hadn't informed anyone that it'd happened either. They'd silently agreed on Perrie sleeping permenantly in the master bedroom with Jade and often shared short, sweet kisses in the privacy of their own home.

It was a bright, warm Thursday afternoon and Perrie was running errends, currently to Jade's amusement, purchasing a red Nissan pick-up truck that she'd fallen in love with and insisted she would need for her errands and driving around the fields, to and from the stables on the off-road tracks between the paddocks. Jade'd dropped her off at the dealership and then driven to Tesco to do the food shop before heading home, knowing she needed to clean and then hide in the office to get some work done. She was so engrossed in her paperwork that she hadn't heard the blonde open the door and enter.

"Jadey, I've been calling you for five minutes."

"Hm?"

She swivelled on her chair and jumped back to reality from her absent mind, smiling lazily up at the woman who made her heart race constantly.

"Sorry Baba... I was actually just finishing up."

"Good. I want to take you for a spin in our new wheels, we're meeting the girls at 'Badwi's' for lunch in thirty minutes."

Jade squeaked slightly and stood up abruptly, almost tripping up as Perrie steadied her, holding her at arms length. She looked at the petite brunette with amusement.

"Hey, what's the rush?"

"Pez, I'm not looking remotely presentable to be going anywhere. I need to go get ready."

Perrie cocked an eyebrow as Jade shyly smiled and squeezed past her, leaving a faint kiss on her cheek as she passed. She followed her up the stairs and into the master bedroom, leaning against the doorframe with her arms crossed. Jade smirked slightly as she returned from the walk-in wardrobe, in a pair of charcoal skinny jeans that had yet to be buttoned, showing off a glimpse of her pale blue underwear and a matching bra. Perrie sucked in a low groan quietly as she noticed a tattoo that ran down Jade's spine.

"Pez? You're really red?"

"Hm I'm good, I'm good... You nearly ready? We have to leave... I've got my bag in the truck so just bring your phone... I'll be paying for us..."

"Baby you're forgetting we're eating in a restaurant that I co-own and is named after me... We don't pay for our food. It just goes in the books."

"I just don't like to take advantage, Princess..."

Jade giggled as she pulled a sweater over her head and rustled her hair before slipping on her flats. She wrapped her arms round Perrie's neck and kissed her slowly. Perrie melted against her but pulled back, kissing her softly on the tip of her nose.

"Pez you didn't need to stand there just then... You could've ya'know..."

"Your body is bangin' Princess, but again, I don't like to take advantage... Now come on."

---

"JADE! JADEY!"

Perrie tried to regain her normal breathing as she entered the kitchen and stopped by the counter where Jade was icing biscuits. She looked up amused, noticing the twinkle in Perrie's eyes and became instantly intrigued to find out the culprit.

"Jadey I found them! I found our perfect horses! They're at a local farm, they belong to this beautiful old couple, the man a farmer! He can't keep them because he can't do the work load anymore, they're fully trained and everything! Jeed please?!"

"Fuck, you're cute when you ramble..."

Perrie panted hard and fast, trying to gain some control over her breathing only for it to be knocked out of her again when Jade pushed her up against the wall, kissing her roughly. With no thought to it she pulled at Perrie's shirt- however abruptly froze and backed away from her, wincing in pain as her back collided with the corner of the kitchen island. Perrie reached out for her, panicking that she'd done something wrong to cause such a reaction. Only did it dawn on her when Jade sat on the kitchen floor, silently rocking herself as she repeated 'no' that this was a trigger. Something she wasn't sure how to deal with. She reached for her phone in her pocket, leaving out the back door as she called Jesy and Leigh over. Jesy took one look at her as she arrived and fell to the floor, kneeling in front of her.

"Poopey?! It's Jesy..."

No response.

"Jade... Badwi... Poopey... Oh Poops, come on sweetie, talk to Jesy..."

No response.

Leigh crouched down, letting Jesy move before scooting infront of the fragile woman.

"Poopey, it's Lee-Lee... How about we go run you a bath? I'll wash your hair and then we can braid it...?"

Jade slowly took the hand Leigh held out, however when they were standing, she looked up and saw the distraught blonde, biting her nails as she watched from afar. She let Leigh's hand go and walked over to Perrie's kissing her softly before falling into her arms. Jesy and Leigh gasped slightly. Perrie simply wrapped her arms round the older woman and held her close, kissing her cheek softly.

"Sorry Perrie... I... I didnt mean to scare you... He..."

"Baby, you don't have to explain to us..."

"But I need to flush it from my system... He um... He did things..."

"God no... Jade..."

"He never made me sleep with him involuntarily... But he would be so aggressive... And it triggered..."

"You want to go lay down?"

"No... Perrie I wanna go see the horses... I know it seems strange for me to carry on as normal but it's the right thing to do..."

Jade turned to thank the girls, knowing if it wasn't for them, Perrie might not have been able to diffuse what'd happened. Jesy looked between them, her head cocked to one side.

"Forgive me for asking but did you two kiss?"

Jade smiled cutely, leaning against Perrie as the girls smirked at them enthusiastically. Leigh squealed at Perrie's sudden grin and Jade groaned slightly and Jesy reared up.

"Finally! When did this happen?! Why didn't you tell Leigh and I?"

"Well um... kind of watching the Fireworks at Disney... That night you two left Perrie and I alone..."

Jesy and Leigh shared one of their many looks - knowing they'd done the correct thing by giving them time alone that night - it was completely worth the smiles on their best friends' faces. They soon left, allowing them to have more time alone to gather their thoughts and process what had happened, as well as go visit the horses that Perrie had so easily fallen for.

Jade giggled as she watched Perrie muck out the stables. They'd taken on the two beautiful horses that Perrie had fallen for. Jade had bought them, despite Perrie wanting to pay for them and they were extremely in love with the two animals. Perrie's horse was a a beautiful stereotypical white horse, standing at six feet tall with a beautiful braided mane. She found it even more adorable that the male horse was named Mystic. Jade's horse on the other hand, a female, ironically called Ariel, was chestnut in colour, also sporting a braided mane and stood lower to the ground at 5 foot 8 inches. The horses were very suited for their new owners and Jade finally understood Perrie's adoration for the beautiful species. Over the past month they'd settled in perfectly and Perrie had completely trained Jade, finding she was a natural at riding and needed no help at all. The only thing Jade didn't do was muck out the stables. She couldn't stand the smell of the horse poo, whereas Perrie had no sense of smell and therefore was not affected in the slightest.

"Baby I swear I will force you to do this if you're going to stand there and laugh at me struggling."

Jade giggled again as Perrie raised an eyebrow at her. She finished mucking it out and rinsed it with the hose before shaking her head. The horses were in the paddock for the morning to run round.

"You finished?"

"Yup. Shower time."

"Well, I meant if you insist."

"Jade! Behave..."

After Perrie had showered, she collapsed into the sofa, moaning as she pulled a throw over her, only for Jade to climb on her lap and lean down, capturing her lips with a passionate and bracing kiss. Perrie kissed up her neck, biting on the spot she knew would catch her out before pulling away, leaving her wanting more as she smirked at the whimpering older woman.

"Perrie. why tease?"

"You love it."

Jade simply smiled an adorable, cheeky grin as she wrapped her arms round Perrie's head and leant down, foreheads resting on one another. Perrie closed her eyes and sighed. catching Jade's attention.

"Perrie? Baba what is it?"

"I need to tell you something... You won't like it..."

Jade saw the worry in Perrie's eyes and she tried to figure what it was that the younger woman wanted to tell her, however she couldn't tell.

"I need to go back to South Shields..."

"Wait... What?"

"I just... My brother called me when you were showering... My Mam... Three years ago she had a little girl... Skyla... She was taken into care because my mother... Well... She changed after Dad... She drank all the time... Jonny looked after himself and I... We moved in with my Aunt when I was 15... That's who I know Leigh through... I couldn't take her on and bring her up when she was born, I never had the money... But now... They want to put her up for adoption... I know she's Mam's but it's my baby sister... I can't let that tie be severed... I um... If I can bring her back, then I'll be moving out Jadey... It's not fair to bring you into this and bring a child here when it's your home..."

"It's OUR home, Perrie... And I will be right by your side when we bring Skyla home... Now, when do we leave? Do you want to drive or fly?"

Perrie was lost for words. She leant forward and captured Jade's lips between her own.

"I can't ask you to come with me... You haven't been back since..."

"Perrie you give me confidence... Aswell as support... In return let me support you... I need to do this... I miss South Shields, I just never had a reason or the strength to return..."

"Oh, Jadey... This is why I love you..."

"Wait, what?"

"I said I love you, Jade Amelia Thirlwall..."

"I love you too, Perrie Louise... And it's about time I showed you just how much..."
