《Black Magic: A Little Mix Musical》M E E T • L I T T L E • M I X

Hey Little Mixers! Gavin Hetherington here, and yes, I am a horror writer, but I had an epiphany while listening to the girlband's album, 'Get Weird'. I thought to myself "the songs on this album would make a great musical with a story and everything". Then I thought to myself "why don't you write that musical?" So guess what, I am. This is my musical fan fiction based on Little Mix's songs, and I'm going to be incorporating their best songs (let's be honest all of their songs are the best) into the story.
I'm British and I used to watch The X Factor religiously in the United Kingdom. I've been a huge fan of the group since their Rhythmix days in the competition, and I'm proud to watch them grow into this phenomenal, incredible, inspiring girl group. I am also from the North East of England, a Geordie, just like two of the band's members - Jade and Perrie, so I may even use some of the Geordie dialect that the girls usually use in their interviews. Wey aye pet.
So since this fanfiction is interlaced with videos of the songs that are part of the musical, for you to get the most out of this, it's best to read it like this:
If you are on the : When you see the ► sign within the story, start playing the YouTube video that comes below it. Even if there is still more to read after the ► sign, that just means there's a bit of an intro to the video. The music will start but keep reading until you get to the beginning of the lyrics that comes before the video. Then, the girls should start singing when you reach that part. Watch the music video of the song (or lyric video, because not all songs in this musical has a music video) and imagine it within the world of this fanfiction. Then when the song is over, carry on reading.

Depending on how fast you read, there may still be a bit of a delay in singing before you get to the beginning of the lyrics within the fanfiction. It shouldn't be a problem though, I have timed each of them so I've placed the ► sign where it should fit. This is an interactive experience for the little Mixers out there, so if you have any problems with this (aka the timing is just way off), let me know!
If you're on offline mode and you can't view the video - you can download the Spotify playlist to your phone. Just search 'Black Magic: A Little Mix Musical' and you'll find it - it has all the songs from this musical in order (like a soundtrack). If you can't do that, but you have the songs on hand, then by all means, play them when they appear in the musical.
If you're on the : Playing the video will make the video take up the screen so you won't be able to read while you're watching it. Ignore the ► sign, and just play the video when you get to it.
And of course, this is all optional. You don't have to play the songs when they appear. I hope that you do as each song is part of the story - they're not just randomly thrown in there. I build up to them and incorporate them into the plot. But if you really don't want to listen to the songs, you don't have to play them if you don't want to.
The representations of the band members in this fan fiction are just that, 'fiction', so while I will keep loyal to their spirits, their characterisations will be totally made up. But if anything, this story is just going to show you guys how much I love this band and I hope this will help spread the love and devotion that I know the Mixers feel.

Perrie is in a secret relationship with Blaine - though the 'secret' part is not by choice. At school, he doesn't want anybody to find out about them, which is a blow to her self esteem. Fortunately, she has her girls to fall back on. She sometimes assumes the role of leader as the others really look up to her, though that in itself can place a lot of pressure on her.
Jesy is one of the most confident in the group, and the other girls admire her for it. She had her first kiss with a boy recently, Hughie, but he's now ignoring her. That also affects her confidence, and it doesn't help when other people tend to bully her, but she faces it and learns to overcome it.
Leigh-Anne falls easily in love, and when she meets Gary, she thinks he's a great guy. It comes as quite a blow when she finds out he's gay, and she has to deal with getting over that. She also leads a society for anti-bullying as she is fiercely loyal to her friends and will do anything for them.
Jade is the most fun-loving one of the group and can sometimes act a little silly. She puts on a brave face when her boyfriend, Kyle, ignores her too, and she doesn't let the other girls see her true feelings. By brushing a lot off, she doesn't realise how much it builds up, unable to overcome her fears of sharing her inner truth.
All four girls have a lot of issues to overcome, and in time, they will learn that the answer to their problems is through their friendship and love for one another. Adding in a little magic doesn't hurt either...
So now you've met Little Mix (or at least the version in this story), here's just a little big of legal jargon that you can skip over:
All songs used in this story are copyrighted to Little Mix and will be linked to the original source on YouTube to their official Vevo account. I do not own the rights to their songs, however I hope this story will help promote and share the awesomeness that is Little Mix.

You talk too much," she said, looking up at him with darkened eyes. "I'll believe it when I see it."Marcus growled, planting another hard kiss on her lips, pinning her to the wall with his body as his hands slid down lower on her ass, fingers curling around her inner thighs and getting dangerously close to where she was already wet for him.
