UGH SHYRA!
She could've told me earlier.
I can't even fly down to California to meet her, as I've got to play a series against Australia in Australia.
We're going to fly to Australia after two weeks.
And I wanted to surprise her by taking her along, but here she gave me a fuckall surprise.
Three fucking months or more than that.
I was so angry at her that I declined her call too.
I just don't want to say something, I'll regret later.
After an hour of calming myself down, I skyped her again.
She picked up in the second ring.
"You done with your anger?" She asked.
"I'm sorry. It's just that I have a series against Australia in Australia starting from August, and I wanted to surprise you by taking you along. And when you said you ain't coming back for like three months or so, it really got into me." I said.
"I'm sorry too. I should've told it earlier to you."
"I love you." I smiled at her.
"I don't." She said, sticking her tongue out.
I chuckled at her.
Man, I love this girl.
We spoke for two hours, until I said goodbye, because it was getting really late, and I had to sleep.
Oh god, I miss her so much.
I don't know how I'm going to spend three fucking months like this.
A thought of going to California this week crossed my mind, but then, she's really busy with her debut album, and I don't want to mess it up for her.
This is something really important to her. She's living her dream, and I'm so happy for her.
I went on my Instagram, seeing the post I uploaded a few days back.
It was a retweet of Shyra's post.

I then read Shyra's comment.
I love you too! xx
I kept my phone aside, closed my eyes, and fell into a deep slumber.
I still had two days to submit my debut single.
And so, I thought of writing more songs.
I completed writing one song. It's called, 'Like It Is', and I really like it.
And I clearly knew what I wanted my next song to be.
I just had to think of how to get it penned down.
After writing, scratching it off, and erasing, I finally wrote the lyrics to my third song.
I'm sure I've seen you in my dreams
I'm feeling like ain't the first time we ever meet
You make the time fly slow, slow
Just like slow rivers flow, slow
I see the fire in your eyes
It makes me feel, it takes me high
So bring it on the dance floor
Baby, you better start this right
I'm losing it, I can't control
This must be love, love
Come on, boy, move that body
'Cause tonight I'm naughty, naughty
Dance with me like it's my party
We go wild, we're in safari
Come on, boy, move that body
'Cause tonight I'm naughty, naughty
Dance with me like it's my party
We go wild, we're in safari
We go wild, we're in safari
You better keep your eyes on me
I know you're not the only one who's watching me
When all the night stars glow, glow
We dance among them slow, slow
I see the fire in your eyes
It makes me feel, it takes me high
So bring it on the dance floor
Baby, you better start this right
I'm losing it, I can't control
This must be love, love
Come on, boy, move that body
'Cause tonight I'm naughty, naughty

Funfact, this song is about a boy I had a fling with back in Dubai last year.
Okay, so in Dubai, there's a thing called Desert Safari. It involves a jeep drive through enormous mounds of sand, called dune-bashing, and a stop at a campsite where you'll have the opportunity to ride camels, get henna tattoos and be entertained by a belly dancer during dinner.
We met at Desert Safari, and so I named the song, Safari.

Voooote!
The above song is 'Safari' by Serena.
