"Put me down! What the hell do you think you're doing! We can't just leave her!" Chloe screams in hysterics.
"Chloe, Chloe!" Jason yells, finally getting the girl to stop screaming.
"We can't just go in there and try to take her back unprepared. That could lead in not only Beca's death, ours too. Do you want that?" He asked as she only shook her head.
"We're gonna do everything in our power to get Beca back but we need a plan. It might take a couple days, weeks even but we'll get her back, don't worry" Luke said walking up beside her.
"I don't want her getting hurt" she cried.
"That's the price we're going to have to pay, it was you and Jesse, or Beca." Theo said.
"It took you guys ages to find me. Luckily we know where he is now. The only issue is how we're gonna get Beca out without a whole war breaking out." Jesse said, cleaning up his face.
"We'll figure it out" Jason said.
"Now, what to do with you" Mason smirked as he walked around Beca.
His men had tied her to a chair so there was no risk of her trying to escape.
"Fuck you" Beca spat.
Mason just raised his hand and brought it down across her cheek.
"Don't talk to me like that" he hissed.
"What the fuck happened to you man, we use to be best buddies. Now look at us. I'm sorry Chloe didn't want you, I couldn't control that. Please Mason let's talk this out" Beca pleaded but he just ignored her.
"Get the whip" he commanded.
One of his men walked off before coming back with a whip. Mason smiled as he took it from the guy.
"Tie her so her back faces me" he commanded again.
Two of his men untied and retied Beca to the chair. Positioning her the way he wants. He raised the whip and brought it down hard onto Beca's back causing her to yell out in pain. He continued to do this until her back was covered in red welts and cuts.
"Mason please" she begged.
"You want to talk, okay let's talk" he said spinning the chair, almost knocking it over.

"You took everything from me" he said through gritted teeth.
"I never meant to, please understand that. I loved you like a brother. I wanted what was best for us. I never wanted to one up you in anything. I never wanted to take Chloe. Don't blame me for her choices please." Beca tried to reason.
"You loved me like a brother?" Mason asked, little taken back.
"Yes. I knew how your family treated you. I wanted to be there for you like they wouldn't be. I know you always wanted a supporting family. I tried to be that for you. I was crushed when I got the call that you killed yourself." Beca said, hanging her head out of exhaustion.
"I-I never knew that, why didn't you tell me that?" He asked.
"You know I'm bad with emotions and feelings. I didn't know how, I just tried to show it. Guess I didn't do to well at that did I eh?" She let out a small chuckle.
"I'm so sorry" he said.
"There's still time, to change. I can forgive you for this if you just try to change." She said, lifting her head to meet his eye.
"Untie her" he commanded and his men did.
Beca walked over to him and gently pulled him into a hug. He cried into her shoulder.
"I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry Beca" he cried as she held him.
"Shh, it's okay Mason. I can forgive you, only if you promise to never do this again." She said.
"I promise." He said lifting his head.
"Let's go home eh?" She suggested and he nodded.
The two of them made their way out of building and back towards Barden. They talked and caught up on the way.
"Where am I gonna live? It's not like my family would want me. Everyone thinks I'm dead." He said.
"You can stay in Chloe and I's treehouse until we find you a place, that is if Chloe doesn't kill you when we get back" she said and they both let out a small laugh.
"How did you two end up together anyways?" He asked with a smile.

"I had gotten captured a few months ago after a fight with her. They held me for about a month before I got out. I was staying the night with her after we made up and ended up confessing my feelings for her. She said she felt the same and the rest is history" she said with a smile.
"I'm happy for you Bec, even though I use to love her I can see the chemistry between the two of you" he said pushing her shoulder softly.
Thanks to Beca's fast healing, her backs pretty much healed from the whipping, just a few scratches.
"Yeah well she's my world, but I would never tell her that." She said with a smirk.
"She's going to absolutely hate me when she sees me walk up with you" he said with a chuckle.
"Yeah I'm most likely gonna have to hold her back. She's protective but like a puppy, all bark no bite." She said and they both laughed.
They walked a little farther until Beca broke the silence again.
"I've missed you Mas, I hope we can but what's happened behind us and start again" she said looking at him with a soft smile.
"Me too" he said smiling back.
"Okay how are we getting her back?" Chloe asked.
"Chloe, just like the million other times you've asked us in the past hour, I DON'T FUCKING KNOW!" Jason snapped.
The stress was getting to all of them and Chloe asking every five minutes how they were going to get Beca just pissed them off more.
"I'm sorry I want MY GIRLFRIEND back safe from a damn lunatic!" She yelled back.
"We can't figure out a way to save her with you breathing down our neck!" Luke snapped.
"Guy, Guys!" Jesse yelled breaking up the fighting.
"What!" They all yelled.
"Look" he said pointing of into the woods.
Faintly in the distance you could make out Beca and Mason walking towards them.
"Beca?" They all asked.
"Beca!" Chloe yelled taking off into a sprint in her direction.
Beca walked a little faster to get in front of Mason so she didn't hurt him as she saw Chloe run to her. She held out her arms as Chloe approached, crashing into the girl.
"I can't believe you're here right now." She whispered into the girls ear.
"Yeah well I managed to get mason to just talk it out with me. We made up and are bro's again. Don't hurt him" she quickly added at the end.
Chloe pulled back from the hug and glared at the boy. She slowly made her way to him before slapping him across the face.
"That's for everything you've done in the past week" she said before walking back to Beca.
"I deserved that. Chloe I'm so sorry. I know what I did was fucked up. Please forgive me." He said.
"Hmmm I'll forgive you for now but I'm still holding a grudge" she said before taking Beca's hand and walking back to the others.
"Fair" he said following the two.
"Beca! How the hell did you get out?" Jesse asked approaching his sister.
"I got mason to just talk it out. We understand each other and are bro's again. So none of you hurt him got it?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Fine" they all groaned.
"It's nice to have you back Bec" Luke said patting her shoulder.
"I'm tired so I want to go lay down. Mason I'll show you to the treehouse" she said.
"I'm coming" Chloe said grabbing her hand.
"No I thought I was gonna go nap on my own" she said sarcastically while rolling her eyes.
Chloe just slapped her arm before kissing her lips quickly. They showed mason the treehouse before making their way back to Chloes house and cuddling up on her bed.
"I was so scared something bad was gonna happen to you" Chloe confessed.
"I know baby. I won't ever leave you again okay?" She said kissing the top of her head.
"Okay" she mumbled before falling asleep.
Beca just watched the girl sleep, smiling softly to herself before drifting to sleep herself.
