Today was finally the day. The day you could see your boyfriend dick winters. Today he was finally coming home. You missed him like hell. You got letters from him whenever he had time to write.you couldn't wait to see him again after being away for so long.

You where getting yourself ready to go to the train station.you looked at your self in the mirror and smiled."He's coming home finally" you said smiling.you checked the time. You had 10 minutes to get there.you quickly left.You got the last bus of the afternoon to the train station.you say patiently on the busy bus. You knew why though. All of them waiting to see brothers , fathers and husbands.Your heart was pounding of the thought of finally seeing dick again.he was your everything and you where glad that he made it out alive.

The bus pulled up to the busy train station. You went inside and saw the train coming in.Your heart was in your mouth.What if he had changed. What if he didn't want you anymore and he had found some other french girl. No , you put those thoughts away as soldiers started unloading out of the train.you tried to see where dick was.You then saw him get off the train.he then saw you."Y/n !!!" He said pushing through the crowd."Dick !!" you said trying to get to him.You then felt his grasp around your waist pulling you in.You kissed him for the first time in a very long time."I missed you" you said with tears running down your face."I missed you too baby" he said wiping them away.You kissed him again.By this time it had started raining down but it was still sunny out.You both smiled and laughed as you where back together at last.

You both where sat snuggled up on the couch together drying off.you made some coffee for the both of you.He was glad to have you back in his arms again."My girl" he whispered in your ear as he pulled you into his lap.He was glad to have you back in his arms.He gently kissed you.You kissed him back."Please don't leave me again" you whispered."I won't baby , I promise" he said kissing your forehead.

You lay in bed with dick cuddled into you.He was absolutely exhausted.you played with his hair as he rested his head on your shoulder.You hummed a song gently in his ear to gentle relax him as his shoulders where still a bit tense. You didn't blame him though. You couldn't imagine what he has been through.he slowly and gradually fell asleep knowing that you where there with him.
