You where sitting in your living room one night reading a book.You had the fire on and was wrapped in a blanket. It was perfect.Well almost perfect. Your boyfriend babe heffron was busy that day and you wished he was there with you.It was 1 week until Christmas and babe knew how much you loved Christmas. You loved all the markets and you especially loved sitting by the fire drinking hot chocolate and reading a book.but unfortunately because of war you couldn't have that at Christmas.
Babe was away getting some of your favourite things for then next couple night for you and him to enjoy. He wanted to make this Christmas special.It was his first Christmas back home with you again.he wanted it to be special this Christmas.
Babe came home and you got up to greet him.he put down the shopping as you hugged him tightly.He softly placed a kiss on your forehead."I missed you , you've been gone all day" you said."Yea i missed you too" babe said.you helped take through the shopping.you where trying to reach the top shelf. Babe saw you trying to reach the top shelf and chuckled. He then put his arms around you and kissed the back of your head.
You and babe sat on the couch as you read your book and played with your hair.He loved playing with your hair.You felt so happy to be back in his arms again.You couldn't ask for more."I love you y/n" he said softly."I love you to babe" you smile putting your book down and sitting up slightly and kissing him softly.
Over the next few days , you had been feeling very faint like and feeling nauseous. You where in the kitchen one night and you felt faint like you fell side ways and hit your head off the counter.babe heard a thump in the kitchen and went to check on you.he saw you trying to get up but couldn't. You had given yourself a concussion.he carefully picked you up and took you to bed. He got an ice pack for your head. He softly placed it under your head which was hurting bad.he called a doctor as he was worried about you.

He said you just had a concussion but if it doesn't go away with in 2 days call him back.Babe lay with you until you fell asleep.He decided to wait until you were back to your senses before telling you about being pregnant.that felt like the longest wait in the world to him.
