The yelling fell silent as the last shelling went off.You got up out your foxhole to go and find skinny but you saw what you dreaded. skinny was laying in a pool of blood."y-y/n" he muttered."MEDIC" you yelled kneeling next to skinny."Your going to be ok , it's going to be fine"You said trying to get home to calm down."Please , I don't wanna die" Skinny said with tears in his eyes."MEDIC" you yelled again with tears in your eyes.You held his hand.Eugene was running over but skinny had started coughing up blood."No No No no , come in skin , stay with me" Eugene said as you watched with fear as skinny's hand fell out of yours

You woke up sweating and with tears in your eyes.you looked and skinny and saw he was still there and alive."Baby , are you ok ??"Skinny asked."Yea , Yea I'm fine , just a bad dream" you said wipping away your tears.Skinny pulled you into a hug and kissed you ever so softly."It's ok , I'm here " he reassured you.
