《Only you can make me feel better... (Calamity x Drift)》Chapter 37: Running out of time...

I woke up after what felt like 5 seconds. My body felt slightly sore from the electric pain I felt from when I got shot. I groaned and opened my eyes. I saw I was in a cell, but this wasn't at the castle. It was somewhere else. I wanted to stand up, but couldn't. I looked back and saw my wrists were also in chains... Drift suddenly said. I said irritated. Drift huffed and stopped talking.
Just then, the door opened and revealed John Wick with Carbide. Carbide said as they stopped in front of the cell I was in. I asked with slightly raised voice. John said with his arms spread open. I said as I shot forward. John said looking suspiciously. I said shot back. Carbide said slowly nodding. Carbide said as he bent over me. I spat. John asked with a smirk. John and Carbide walked out of the prison area, leaving me clueless on what he meant by that.
I waited a few moments until John and Carbide returned. They unlocked the cell and walked in, but they had something in their hands. Carbide put some kind of metal collar around my neck. I asked. Carbide said as he backed away after putting it on. I then looked at John, who had a letter in his hand. John said sternly. Carbide removed the chains from my wrists. I stood up and didn't move. John handed me the letter and I read what it said: I looked up at the two. I asked in a bored way. John said sternly. I said and walked out of the cell, followed by John and Carbide. Once they escorted me outside, I flew away towards the castle.
After some time, I arrived at the castle. I walked inside and left the letter on the throne. As I wanted to walk back outside, Dusk stopped me. She asked as she appeared and walked towards me. I said as I was in a hurry. She asked worried as she came closer and touched it, but she shouldn't have done that.

She got electrocuted and yelped, falling on the ground. She asked slightly scared. Then suddenly, I got electrocuted, and I screamed as if I was burning. I fell on my knees. It was then finally over. I panted hard as I tried to calm down. Dusk commanded. I explained. I added. Dusk said. I said in a hurry and quickly left before Dusk could do or say anything, flying away.
My body felt numb, to weak to move. With the coldness in this dungeon, making it even harder to even move my hand. My head was aching badly and I still felt blood drip down, since my head wound was still open. I was hungry and thirsty, but vampires don't know anything about human food or drinks. There was no one or something that could help me to get out of here. I didn't even know if there was any hope of getting out of here...
The door of the cell area opened and revealed Dusk slowly walking with something in her hand. I looked like a small piece of paper, which she was reading. " Dusk said slowly as she read the paper and then lowered it. Dusk said as she looked at me. Oh thank god, she's gonna let me go!
Dusk added as she grinned. I got nervous of what she said and the way she looked at me. She opened the door of my cell and walked inside, kneeling down next to me. She said in a fake sweet tone. Next thing I know, my head was smashed against the wall, but it was my head wound that hit the wall, knocking me out cold...
I started waking up with the worst headache I have ever felt. I felt blood drip down my face again from the wound. I struggled opening my eyes, but still managed to open them. As my vision was slightly more clear, I wanted to move and look around, only to be found that I was tied to a chair. My feet tied to each chair leg and my wrists to each arm rest. It hurt as I tried struggling, since it was bound pretty tightly.

I heard a voice. I looked up and saw Dusk. As I wanted to speak, I noticed the bandanna was still tied around my mouth. I looked around me and saw I was in a sort of laboratory. I don't remember this place, but it still feels familiar, but I don't know how though. I looked behind Dusk and saw... Plague? He was working on something but I couldn't see what. He then turned around and walked towards me, with a syringe in his hand. I tried asking help from Plague, but only muffled words came out. Dusk said with a fake smile, as she caressed my cheek in a creepy way. I looked back at Plague and saw his eyes.
They were red... Dusk did something to him, like a spell or hypnotized him. He brought the syringe close to my neck, which made me really nervous. I whimpered as I could feel it getting closer and closer. Then, the cold needle slid deep in my neck, and I gasped. I felt cold liquid enter my body, making me groan as it wasn't the best feeling. I struggled again, but it made it hurt even more. I started feeling dizzy, and my eyes were slowly closing. The syringe was pulled out of my neck. Dusk said as she whispered the last part in my ear. Who is gonna get me? I don't understand. After that, everything was black...
I arrived at the HQ as quickly as I could, since I didn't want to be electrocuted again. I entered the underground building and before I could do anything, I was suddenly knocked out cold.
I started waking up with a headache. I noticed my vision was still blurry as I opened my eyes, so I blinked a few times, making my vision became more visible. I noticed I was cuffed down to a chair, but felt something on my head, like a helmet or something? There were wires attached... What the? John suddenly said as he walked in the room with Carbide. I was in a room with some computer stuff across me. I asked in a serious tone. John and Carbide stood there, both of them typing stuff.
Then all of a sudden, I felt like I got electrocuted again, and then my body felt like it was paralyzed. I couldn't talk or move, not even a little bit. Carbide asked impatiently. Just as John opened his mouth to talk, Drift spoke up. Drift asked me. You dumbass, I can't do anything! But I then noticed I couldn't talk in my mind. Carbide asked shocked. Drift asked also shocked. John asked as he got closer to me. Drift said with excitement. John asked curiously.
Drift explained everything what had happened on the day Dusk took him away, and everything after that. Carbide asked standing next to John Drift answered. Carbide mentioned. Drift said. John asked, crossing his arms over his chest. Drift said seriously. John was just in shock as he told this. Mostly because the secret was now out.
