《Only you can make me feel better... (Calamity x Drift)》Chapter 13: It's still not safe

The walk to Wailing was quiet. They arrived there in like 20 minutes. They first went to Drifts house and Calamity settled her stuff in his room. After that, they went to the main house, where Drift assumed everyone was now. He unlocked the door and they saw only Brite, Sunny and Technique were on the couch talking with each other. When they heard Drift and Calamity come in, they looked at them and shot their eyes open. The 3 rapidly stood up and rushed to Calamity and gave her a tight group hug.
Technique squealed happily. Calamity hugged them back with a smile. Drift smiled at the girls. They haven't seen her for a long time, so he understood. They broke the hug and Sunny turned to Drift, and so did the others. Sunny asked with a smile. Drift replied with a bright smile and looked Calamity in the eyes. She looked Drift in the eyes too and he could see her slightly blush.
Drift asked as he noticed the guys weren't here. Brite said nervously. Drift was getting kind of suspicious. He asked. Brite said and she followed Drift to the kitchen.
He closed the door when she walked in and looked at her. He asked, demanding for answers. She explained. Drift said and scratched the back of his neck.
He opened the door and walked back to the living room, with Brite following him. Brite sat down on the couch next to Calamity, when Sunny and technique were sitting at the other side of the couch. Drift said and the girls also said goodbye and then he left the house. He called Raptor and asked where they were. He said that everyone was splitted up. Drift decided to join Raptor so he just went to where he was searching, which was Pleasant Park. He put his phone away and walked towards Pleasant Park.
The girls settled down on the couch and Calamity had her legs rested on the couch. Brite looked at her with a slight sad face. Brite said with a soft voice. Calamity slowly nodded and stared at her hands. Calamity said a bit sadly. Brite gave Calamity a warm hug and he hugged back. Brite said with a smile. Calamity broke the hug and looked at Brite. She said and looked over at Sunny and Technique with a smile.

Then the doorbell rang and Brite stood up. She opened the door and saw there was a postman. The man said and handed the envelope over to Brite. Brite smiled and the man left. Brite closed the door and opened the envelope and there was a letter in it. Brite pulled the letter out and unfolded it to read it. Her eyes widened as she saw what the letter said.
"Why are you still not dead?"
She immediately knew who it was, but decided to not tell Calamity. Calamity was chatting and laughing with the other 2 girls until she noticed Brite was reading the letter for a long time now. She asked curiously. She said, not wanting to show her she was slightly panicking. She hid the letter and walked back to the couch, sitting next to Calamity. The continued having a good time until all the guys returned home. It was around 21:30 now. When the rest were welcoming Calamity, Brite quickly pulled Drift into the kitchen and Drift lightly gasped from her action. Drift yelled/whispered. Brite whispered/yelled back. Drift's face expression changed from a shocked one to a confused one. He asked worried because Brite had a worried face too.
Brite didn't say anything and handed the envelope to Drift. He looked at it and grabbed it, pulling the letter out and unfolding it. When he read what it said, his eyes immediately widened. His face expression turned angry and his grip on the letter tightened, basically propping it in a ball. He took a deep breath to calm down and he did. Brite said and left the kitchen. Drift also left the kitchen and saw everyone just talking to everyone, but John and Brite in a corner of the living room. Then Calamity walked towards me. She said. Drift said and searched for Raptor.
When Drift found Raptor, everyone said their goodbye's and so me, Drift and Raptor went on to our own house. I have to call it my house now if I am going to stay here. I hope I won't be homesick. Raptor asked. I was cut off by a sound and it was like someone breathing heavy. Our heads shot towards the sound. It looked like it came from behind a tree in front of us. Drift signaled us to follow him. We slowly began to walk towards the tree and saw a boy on the ground around Drift's age, but the boy looked a few years older then him and he had dark brown hair. He seemed tired and he had a bag pack so he was probably running away.

Drift asked as he helped the boy up. He was trying to take calm breaths. Drift asked politely. He said as he finally calmed down. Liam... My ex his name was Liam, but this wasn't my ex Liam. My ex looked way different. My ex had hazel hair and his face had a slight different shape, so I didn't worry about it too much.
I asked worried. He said looking down. I asked with a soft voice. He nodded and looked me in the eyes. He said scared. Raptor asked a bit surprised. He slowly nodded his head. Drift offered. Liam looked up with hope in his eyes. He said with a smile. Raptor said with a cheerful voice and we started making our way to our house.
When we arrived, Drift opened the door with his keys and we all went inside. Drift and Raptor went upstairs to their rooms. I saw Liam was standing next to the couch with an uneasy face expression. I asked walking towards him. He asked nervously. I said guiding him to the kitchen, which was connected with the living room. He opened the fridge and grabbed a plate with left over pizza. He put in in the microwave and I grabbed a glass of water. I took a seat at the dinner table and Liam sat across me with his pizza.
I asked nicely and took a sip of my water. He said and I slowly nodded. But he then started talking about his parents. He said with a sad voice. I said with a tear forming in my eye but I managed to keep it back.
Liam asked politely. I said looking at Liam. He said with concerned eyes. I nodded and finished my glass of water. I brought it to the sink and washed is real quick and placed in back in the kitchen cabin. I walked back to Liam and stood next to him. I unbuttoned my bottom two buttons of my blouse and Liam stared at my hands, wondering what I was doing. When I revealed the scar on my stomach, his eyes widened.
He asked with a shocked voice. I buttoned my two buttons again and sat down across him again. I said staring at my hands, which were rested on the table. He said and sighed and finished his pizza. I said and stood up.
Liam put his plate in the sink and followed me upstairs. I showed him to his room and he knocked on the door. Raptor opened the door and let him in. I said goodnight and walked towards Drift's room. I opened the door and saw he was already sleeping. He looked so cute though, a smile formed on my face. I grabbed my pajamas and changed in the bathroom. After changing, I walked to the bed and crawled next to Drift. His arms automatically secured around me and I fell in to a peaceful sleep, feeling safe as always with him next to me.
