Lucy sat there, her eyes widening. I was about to stand up and pull her into my chest but...Lucy slapped Angel.
"If you don't give me those earmuffs, I'll have to take them by force!" Tears streamed down her face.
"You bitch!" Levy walked over to Lucy, grabbing her shoulder.
"Get behind me," Lucy stumbled around, eventually making it behind Levy.
Levy stood there, glaring at Angel, "Do you need me to put you in your place? Cuz I've been ready," She grinned, cracking her knuckles.
"L-levy!" Erza stood in between Jellal and Gray, watching the scene unfold.
"Don't act all tough, you're small," Angel cackled, rolling her eyes.
Levy lost it. She punched Angel in the face, kneeing her in the stomach, "You're one sick bitch," Levy smooshed her foot into Angel's face, rubbing her boots all over it while Angel was stuck on the floor.
"Levy!" Gajeel grabbed her arm, gently pulling her off of Angel.
"You're just sick Angel!" Lucy shook her head, wiping her tears away.
"I need to go make a call," She walked off, phone in hand, trying to take deep breaths.
"It's been a long day," Jellal shook his head, sitting down.
Angel stood up, rubbing her cheek. She took the earmuffs, and held them out to us. We all stood there, eyeing the earmuffs.
"If the bitch needs them so much then take them!" Angel spat, shoving It into my hands.
Gray shook his head, sitting down in front of his food, a shadow cast over her eyes, "Don't tell me the Queen has fallen yet again,"
"That won't happen again," Juvia smiled, sitting next to Gray.
"She's stronger than she appears," She put her hand in his, smiling.
I sighed, eyeing my cell phone on the counter, "Should I call her?"

"Aye!" Happy chirped from his cage.
I slowly stood from my chair, walking to my room. I changed into some joggers, not bothering to wear any shirt. My hand slid over my phone, dialing Lucy's number.
"H-hello?" Lucy answered, sadness evident in her voice.
"Lucy,"
"N-natsu....my mom's dead!" She cried, some sobs coming through the phone.
"Lucy, where are you right now?" I asked her, trying to stay calm.
"My house,"
"Where's your Grandma?"
"S-she's at her friend's house," Lucy stuttered,
"Do you need anything?"
Lucy's voice wavered, "I could really use my friends,"
"Say no more, we're on our way," I hung up the phone, calling everyone else in a group call.
"The Queen has summoned us,"

Wyrms sleep beneath the earth. Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Beast-kin, and many other sapient races mingle amongst each other, for good or bad. Gods descend among mortals with their Divine Vessels. The Dungeon treads unrestricted by the links other Dungeons have. Down a path never walked by any other Dungeon in the world of Ilyeus. Down, A Path of Freedom! A Path of Dominance! A Path of a Savior! A Path that would make Spirits shudder in fear! But first, it must survive, expand, evolve, and create an army that would do its bidding. This is my first time writing something like this, so if you see any grammar or spelling errors, pointing them out would be appreciated. Any constructive criticism is also appreciated! My update schedule is currently as I write them. So that means every time I finish writing a chapter, I will post it after it gets edited. I also release a chapter of A Lone Automaton's Journey To Find Its Operator infrequently as a side thing.

Intercessor
"In my defense, I hadn't actually been trying to get hit by a truck." Artemis wakes up alone in a giant futuristic facility with no hint of where she is, how she got here, or what this means. Yet within two weeks, she is shot at with all the guns, a voice is beginning to speak in her head, and she is tormented by a seemingly sentient and possibly trollish space Roomba. Her only hope is Scarlet, another girl who is a complete stranger and almost shot her in the head. Oh, and she has fox ears and a tail. That is possibly worth mentioning. Artemis is not a nerd. She has never heard of the isekai genre, she can't fight worth a damn, and the blue-collar skills she learned at her community college are absolutely useless in a universe where technology is often indistinguishable from magic. She only has one thing going for her: A mysterious ability to interface with highly advanced technology left behind by the Antecessors, the long lost precursor civilization with technology that no one has been able to adequately replicate. Finding herself in a universe where civilizations are locked in an interstellar Cold War, where societies are so stratified that the aristocracy commands fleets of starships while slaves wash clothes with their hands, Artemis decides to run away from it all. She has a ship. She'll find a crew. She'll find a way to make a living at the fringes of civilization, learn how to cope with danger, and survive the affections of a universe where everyone is a cute girl with animal ears and tails. Welcome to Intercessor. AKA Kemonomimi Yuri Space Fantasy. Commissioned by Shaderic. Please leave your sense of shame at the door.
