They remained on the cliff, neither wanting the night to end. The moment was too perfect as they held one another on the ledge where they shared their first kiss. Both felt true happiness as the worries of the world washed away. Sen wasn't sure why, but Madara's proposal had eliminated any worry about being forced to marry Tobirama. She knew that her true betrothed would never let her be taken away. Her heart felt as if it may explode.

However, the lighthearted mood was dampened as Madara tensed up. His face became more alert and he pushed Sen off of him before jumping to his feet. Sen asked what was going on, and he replied that he felt a strong abundance of chakra. He closed his eyes to focus his sensory and set his jaw in anger as he felt Tobirama's presence. There were more chakra signatures; however, Madara couldn't tell who they were.

"Madara?" Sen asked in a shaky whisper. He looked back to her and saw the veins protruding around her eyes while her Byakugan was activated. Her blood had run cold after using her eyes to scout the area. She spoke in a shallow breath, "It's Mizura. He's coming."

The Uchiha clan leader jumped to the base of the cliff and prepared himself for a battle while ordering Sen to stay down there and keep herself safe. He promised he would handle things. She opened her mouth to protest before being stopped by a glare from him. She sighed and nodded as she sunk back to the edge of the cliff. Her eyes screwed shut and she prayed that this would end before it even started.

She kept her Byakugan activated and watched as Mizura and Tobirama approached with dozens of Senju and Hyuga shinobi. Her heart was pounding so loudly in her chest that she thought for a moment she might be deaf as the noises from above were drowned out. The only thing she heard was the rapid beating while her hands shook violently.

She crawled up the rock face and peeked over the edge, her eyes falling onto Mizura first. He was glaring harshly at Madara, whose eyes were red and flaming with anger. The Uchiha asked in a sharp voice, "What do you want?"

"You have something of ours and we'd like it back," Mizura replied flatly.

A snarl ripped through Madara as he growled back, "I have nothing of yours. Sen isn't your bargaining chip, you bastard!"

Mizura feigned a look of shock as he waved his hand and spoke, "Oh?" He paused and shot a dark glare to where Sen was hiding before he continued, "I suppose you think this is what love is, Sen? Your dear Uchiha coming to your rescue?"

Sen was silent while she fought back angry tears. Mizura viciously snapped to her, "Answer me! I know you're there!"

She emerged from the cliff face and stood at the edge, her fists balled up as she spit back, "Stop this right now, Mizura."

"I gave you an opportunity to say something insightful," he muttered, rolling his eyes, "but now I think you should just keep your damn mouth closed and let the men talk, my dear sister."

Madara lunged into action as Mizura venomously berated his lover. Sen watched, mortified as Madara began battling the group of men. Her body felt frozen as the melee ensued. It was becoming impossible to stand there and watch Madara fight all of these men on his own, although she knew he could defeat them.

She had grown up fighting Mizura and knew most of his tricks. She decided then that if it came to it, she would defy Madara and join the fight. After all, it was a battle for her future, so why should she sit and let others decide her fate for her?

The Uchiha briefly took his eyes off of the attackers in order to make sure Sen was safe. As he did, Mizura and Tobirama capitalized on his miniscule mistake and sent a strong combination attack at the man. Madara tumbled back as the powerful offense landed, meanwhile Sen's heart dropped to the bottom of her chest as she screamed his name.

Without thinking, she sent an overpowered slice of wind in the direction of the attackers. The wind hit the group and knocked them all around. This attack pissed Mizura off and as he crawled to his feet, he sent a dangerous look her way and shouted maniacally, "So you want to join the fight too, huh?!"

Her brother left the rest of the group to deal with Madara as he charged toward her, sending a flurry of electric strikes her way. She fended them off and heard Madara shouting frantically in the background, "Sen! Stop! NO!"

Anger flowed through her and rendered her blind to Madara's pleas. She heard nothing but the rush of blood through her veins and her loudly pounding heart. She couldn't deny that she was terrified of what may happen, but her fear had to be pushed back in order to protect her future. She would let nothing stop her from being with Madara, especially not Mizura nor Tobirama.

The Hyuga siblings stood in front of one another, coldblooded hatred building between the two. Their intense white eyes flared with their Kekkai Genkai as they bore holes into one another.

Mizura's face was twisted in a diabolical smirk as he promised her, "I'll see you die before I watch you defy my orders."

"Go ahead," she snapped back, digging her feet into place as she prepared an attack.
