Naria's Pov:

I woke up the to the sun shining brightly through my window and an unnecessary weight on my chest. I opened my eyes and squinted down at the sleeping form strewn across my torso. Ami was laying on her back with her head touching the mattress on my right side and her legs dangling awkwardly on my left. Her mouth was hanging open and her pony tails that she had forgotten to take out were now only half in and some of her bangs were sticking to her cheek from drool. I couldn't help the chuckle that came through my lips, jolting her awake and into an upright position. She quickly unstuck her hair and looked around blearily, probably for her glasses.

"What are you doing in here?" I asked and she visibly jumped and looked down at me

"Woah.. when did I get in here?" she asked stupidly and I laughed

"Sleep walking again?" I asked as I leaned up and tugged the bands out of her hair.

"I sleep walk?" She asked looking over at me and I rolled my eyes even though she probably couldn't make it out

"You used to when you were a younger, I think it started when you were four.. You used to wander into Tobirama's room and curl up on his chest" I mused as I stood up and grabbed her hand to lead her down the hall to her room

"Really? Why did nobody tell me that" She mumbled

"I don't know.. I didn't think about it much" I said as I grabbed her glasses and handed them to her.

"Huh.. that's funny.. Maybe I will sneak into uncle's house and curl up on top of him just to see what he does" She said lightly and I laughed

"Thats a good idea" I said as I stretched my hands above my head

"Hey you know I love you right?" I asked and she looked up at me confused

"Duh" She said simply and I smiled

"Good, just making sure" I said as I leaned down and kissed her forehead

"I love you too mom.. No matter how much I tease you" She said and I rolled my eyes

"I hope so.. Wanna go for a run?" I asked glancing out the window at the sun rising over the trees

"Sure" She said and I smiled

"Okay get dressed.. And don't leave your hair in pony tails overnight.. It will pull out your hair and thin it" I said, handing her back her ties

"Okay okay" She said as she shoved me out of her room. I smiled lightly and walked down the hall to change into a pair of shorts and black tank top. I tied my short hair half up in a bun the way I normally wore it and wondered briefly if I should grow it out

"Nahh" I mumbled to myself aloud as I played with the ends

"Are you coming old lady" I heard Ami call from downstairs and I chuckled as I got downstairs only to have a piece of toast thrown at my head like a shuriken. I caught it and took a bite as I opened the door. Ami jogged out with the bread in her mouth and I followed soon after.

"Okay let's start at the Uchiha houses and circle around the outside all the way back to our house" I said and she nodded. We started off simply jogging as we ate our breakfast and we watched the village start to wake up, the only people out were a few older couples. When we got to the Uchiha houses we went to the back and I smiled slightly when I saw Izuna coming out of the house he shared with his brother

"Morning" Ami and I said at the both time and I laughed slightly.

"Oh, morning" He said sleepily

"Okay ready Ami" I said and she nodded

"Try to come with in two minutes of me okay?" I asked and she scoffed

"I can do it in one and a half easy" she said and I raised my eyebrows

"Okay but I'm not going easy on you this time" I muttered as I got in a ready position.

"Good I hate it when you do that" She muttered as she did too. I tossed a stone in the air and as soon as it touched the dirt I darted off over the rooftops at almost my top speed.. I knew if I went all out she wouldn't reach her goal and if she didn't reach her goal she would just be down on herself. I made sure by the end of our run she would barely get back to our house within the minute thirty and when she did I smiled as she jumped around cheering.

"See I told youuu" she called and I smiled

"You did, you are getting better Ami.. but you don't get to rest up until you can beat me" I said and she nodded excitedly

"What else do you want to do, I don't spar with Madara until later" I said and she shrugged

"Oh do you wanna see the jutsu he taught me yesterday?" she asked and I nodded

"Okay come on" She said as she started walking to the training grounds. I followed close behind her and I wasn't very surprised when I saw Tobirama and Hashirama sparring on the fourth training ground

"Morning boys" I called and they both stopped to look over at us. They were both sweating through their shirts which told me they had been at it for at least a few hours

"Morning" Hashirama said as Ami skipped over to them and was lifted into Tobirama's arms.

"What are you two doing up so early?" Hashirama asked

"Oh, Ami started sleep walking again so I woke up to that.. And I didn't want to go back to bed so we went on a run" I said and Ami laughed loudly

"I made it in only a minute and a half behind mom" She cheered and Hashirama boomed with laughter

"Soon enough you are going to be kicking Tobirama's butt" He said and she grinned

"Madara said the same thing" She said and I saw surprise paint Hashirama's face but he just smiled

"I am coming for you uncle" she said poking Tobirama in the nose

"No way you are going to beat me Ami, I got my teleportation" He said and she frowned

"Then teach it to meeee it has to be a fair fight" she said and he rolled his red eyes

"I told you I will when you are older" he said and I frowned

"Why don't you teach meeee" I whined in the same voice Ami had used and Tobirama looked over her shoulder at me

"You're too old" He said with a little grin and I puffed out a cheek

"Jerk" I muttered and Hashirama and Ami broke into a fit of laughter

"Yeah laugh it up" I muttered, crossing my arms over my chest

"So what are you doing up so early?" I asked and Hashirama shrugged

"Hard habit to break, and we have meetings almost all day so this is the only chance we had to train" He said and I nodded

"Mom and Madara are gonna spar later.. Then confess their love" Ami said and I moved to grab her but Tobirama just spun around to keep her out of my clutches

"You are such a little brat.. Do you guys want to keep her?" I offered and Tobirama laughed as Ami pursed her lips

"Nah you can keep her" He said and she gasped and punched him in the shoulder

"I am a treasure" She muttered half jokingly and I laughed loudly making her pout

"You are a gem Ami, I would adopt you but I know your mother would just miss having you around" Hashirama said consolingly and I giggled

"So what's with this Madara thing that Ami keeps going on about?" Hashirama asked and I let out a sigh

"It's nothing, she just wants a sibling" I said and he looked surprised

"And you want Madara to be a parent.. Not sure how that would go" Tobirama said and I raised my hand slightly

"Actually, from what I have seen he is pretty good with kids, better with them than with adults" I said and he raised his eyebrows

"Huh" was all he offered and Hashirama grinned

"Aw if you and Madara had kids they would be so cute" He cheered and Ami joined with him as he jumped up and down like a child.

"I don't need another kid, I already have a rather annoying one right now.. I am still recharging" I said and Hashirama pouted along with Ami

"Ugh" I groaned as I raised my hands to block their doey eyes

"You two are the worst.. I already have the two of you to deal with I don't need someone else" I muttered looking to Tobirama for help but he just shrugged

"Anyways, part of me believes that Madara is asexual or something...have any of you even seen him really interact with a woman?" I asked and Hashirama and Tobirama both got thoughtful looks

"Now that you say it.. No not really.. I mean I have seen him be around women but never really interact with them.." Hashirama said and I nodded

"Maybe they are all just scared of him" Tobirama offered

"Maybe it's the hair" Ami said and I burst out with laughter

"I like the hair it works for him and long hair doesn't work on a lot of guys.. Hashirama is a good example though... maybe he's gay?" I offered up and Hashirama coughed a few times

"Oh my gosh have you two done something?!" I asked

"God no" I heard a much deeper voice than Hashirama from behind me

"Ouch" Hashirama mumbled and I couldn't help but giggle a bit as I turned to face Madara

"Sorry" I said quietly and I saw a small smile tug at his lips

"Wait why does everyone believe I sleep around, so many people think Ami is my daughter and now you think I slept with Madara? I am not that easy" Hashirama said from behind me and I broke into another fit of laughter

"Anyways.." Tobirama started as I calmed down my laughter

"Oh, we have a meeting with the Sasuke Sarutobi in fifteen minutes" Madara said and Hashirama's eyes widened marginally

"Shoot, I have to shower I can't show up and look like this" He said tugging at his shirt

"That is why I am here.. Someone needs to remind you and it seemed Tobirama was too busy forgetting about the meeting as well" He said and I heard Tobirama grumble something but Madara was completely right. They both darted off in the direction of their house leaving me with Madara and I had no idea how much of our previous conversation he had heard.. At least with the other two around I had a buffer but now I felt naked and I realized half of my confidence came when the two boys were around.

"I have to go as well but I am looking forward to our spar" he said and I saw a glint in his eye

"And I am not gay nor am I asexual" He said and I felt my face heat up as he turned to jump off in the direction of the Hokage tower.

"Wow that was awkward.. Are you always like this around guys?" Ami asked and I sighed slightly as I flopped down on my butt

"If only you had seen me when I was kid.. I was terrible" I muttered and she giggled

"Thats funny.. So did I get the confidence of my dad or something?" She asked and I laughed and shook my head

"No way he was worse than me, you got that from Hashirama.. I have absolutely no idea where he gets his crazy confidence but it's weird, he can say the stupidest thing in the world and make it sound like the best idea ever, just with his tone of voice" I said and she giggled

"I know, I have seen him do some stupid stuff.. Try to be more like him later" She said giving me a pat on the back

"Thanks for the advice sweetie" I said sarcastically

"Even though you are the one who got me in this position in the first place.. I swear you are the worst wingman" I muttered as I glared at her

"You will thank me later" She said and I frowned

"No.. and you are not sticking around for the spar either, you will end up making it worse or say something embarrassing about me" I said and she gasped

"No you have to let me stay!!" She said and I shook my head firmly

"No way in hell" I said and I smiled slightly when she glared at me. The next few hours were spent with her whining then showing me the jutsu Madara taught her then more whining. Finally it was later afternoon and I sensed Madara's chakra nearing so I had to basically force Ami away and I told her to go bother Hashirama. Soon enough Madara showed up in his usual blue Uchiha robe.

"Where did Ami go?" He asked curiously and I let out a pointed breath of annoyance

"Hopefully to go bother Hashirama" I muttered and he chuckled. I took a few steps back from him and got in a fighting stance

"So eager" He commented lightly as he fell into his stance

"Would you prefer if I didn't use my Sharingan?" He asked and I smiled

"You can use whatever you want as long as you don't destroy the village.. We are in my territory now" I said lightly as I glanced around at all the trees that surrounded us. A smirk spread across his face and he quickly darted towards me. I easily ducked under his attacks and swiped my leg under his leg, although I didn't expect that to do much. He had to drop off away from me to keep his footing and I smiled as I straightened up slightly. We continued fighting with taijutsu but it almost turned into a dance as we dodged eachothers attacks with a grace that came from years of fighting. I smiled slightly when I nearly had him backed up against a tree. I punched straight past his head and he looked confused for a moment then prepared to counter but as soon as my fist hit the tree behind him his eyes widened. Wood wrapped around my knuckles and I pulled my fist out and quickly pulled my arm to the other side of him so that wood wrapped around his neck. I twisted around to the other side of the tree and pressed the soul of one foot to the tree to keep pressure on his neck. I heard a choking sound but suddenly the wood splintered and I fell back into another tree behind me. Madara came around the tree holding his neck and I furrowed my brows with worry

"Sorry are you okay?" I asked as I moved towards him to look at the bruise definitely forming. I reached one hand absently to his neck but he snatched my hand and flipped me so I hit the ground hard

"You shouldn't offer to help an opponent until the battle is over" He said as he moved to pin me with his full strength but I quickly broke his hold and got to my feet

"You didn't seem to mind last time" I said as I moved to kick him upside the head. He quickly ducked down and grabbed around my thigh. I squealed when I fell back onto the ground and laughed slightly as he moved to pin my arms above my head again. I was flat on my back with both of my wrists pinned above my head in his large hand while one knee pressed into my stomach.

"You got me" I said with a little chuckle as his hair fell over his shoulder and tickled my neck.

"We hardly even used ninjutsu" he commented and I smiled

"Guess that means we have to spar again" I said and a smile twitched at his lips. I looked up into his dark eyes and momentarily thought about how I had never really looked an Uchiha in the eye.. It was trained out of me from a young age.

"Can I see your Sharingan?" I asked curiously and he raised an eyebrow in surprise

"You trust me that much?" He asked as he moved his knee from my stomach and instead moved it to the other side of my body so he was still hovering over me

"Are you going to try to kill me?" I asked and he shook his head slowly, more of his hair moving so that it fell off his shoulders falling like drapes on either side of him.

"Then yeah.. I have never seen a Sharingan up close" I said and he nodded once. He closed his eyes and when he opened them they were bright red. I absentmindedly stared into his Sharingan and wished I could move his bangs out from in front of his other eye so I could see them both perfectly. I squeaked in surprise when he dropped down to his elbow over the top of me and brought his face closer to mine but I didn't look away from his eyes. Suddenly the world was spinning and when it stopped I was in the same position as before except the sky above me was red instead of blue.

"Hey I thought you said you wouldn't do anything" I said but I made no move to move

"No I said I wouldn't try to kill you, I'm curious...have you ever been in a genjutsu?" He asked

"Few times but never for too long I normally got out of it quick" I said and he smiled

"So why are you not trying to get out now?" He asked and I shrugged slightly

"I have nowhere better to be" I said and he smiled slightly. I noticed his grip loosened slightly and I took it as an opportunity to roll us over and break my arms free. He looked mildly surprised at first but didn't do anything about it. I felt blush come to my cheeks when I realized I was laying between his powerful legs with my arms on either side of his head to keep myself up.

"Hey Madara are you sure you're not into Hashirama?" I asked and he immediately scoffed, I giggled slightly but squeaked in surprise when Madara wrapped his arms over me and pulled me against his chest and rolled us over. Before I had any time to do anything I felt surprisingly soft lips pressed against mine. My lips moved on their own against his and I found my hands running through the ends of his thick hair. I felt his slick tongue press agaisnt my lip and I opened my mouth to let his tongue run across mine. When he pulled away I expected to be out of breath and looking into dark eyes but when I opened my eyes the sky was once again blue and I was laying flat on my back on the grass with Ami hovering curiously over me and Madara standing behind her.

"Hey mom you alright? How'd you get caught in genjutsu?" She asked as she pulled me to my feet. Instead of answering her I looked to Madara who had a smug smile on his face.

"Huh?" I hummed looking down at Ami who was tugging at my sleeve

"How'd you get stuck in a genjutsu?" she asked and I shrugged

"Madara is a strong shinobi" I said and she rolled her big eyes

"Duh" She said and I smiled slightly

"You should come to dinner Madara" Ami said excitedly and I felt my cheeks grow hot with the look Madara sent my way

"That sound nice" He said and I could basically sense the joy radiating from Ami

"It's nice to invite family as well, Ami. You should bring Izuna" I said and he nodded

"Well I guess we should go to the store and get food" I said and I felt Ami excitedly grab my hand

"See you at six!" She called as she dragged me away. I waved back and saw a smile flit across Madara's face before he was blocked from view. As soon as he was out of sight I tugged on Ami's hand to slow her down and I scooped her up in my arms. She squeaked from surprise but wasted no time in wrapping her arms around my neck

"What has you so happy? Are you excited for dinner too?" She asked and I smiled

"Yeah I am" I said giving her a kiss on the cheek

"I lied you are a pretty good helper Ami" I said as I carried her to the store

"Uu uu did something good happen?" She asked and I chuckled

"Nah" I said but she didn't look convinced. Instead of pushing it she poked my nose and smiled

"It's nice to see you so cheery mom" She said, resting her head on my shoulder and I smiled leaning my head against hers. Once we got all the necessary ingredients we went home and each of us bathed then we started to make dinner. Since I hadn't made it in awhile I had fun teaching Ami how to do something she had absolutely no clue how to do. When it was nearly six I was just finishing up everything and Ami rushed to get the door for the two brothers.

"Hiiiii" I heard her cheer as she wrapped her arms around Madara's waist to give him a hug. I peeked out the door and giggled slightly at Izuna's surprised face at my slightly over eccentric daughter. Once I had gotten each of the plates set up I carried them to the table and set each down.

"Hi" I greeted and mentally rolled my eyes at how similar me and Ami were. Madara seemed to realize it too because he chuckled.

"Thanks for having us for dinner" Izuna said as he walked over to the table to sit down. I took a seat across from Izuna at the square table while Madara took a seat on my right and Ami took her normal seat on my left.
