I am trapped with my emotions,
Showing no devotion,
To the darkness that I felt,
When he told me how stupid I was,
And I should just die, disappear, melt.
I am not beautiful,
Nor pretty nor soft.
I am a power, so strong, so fierce,
I could set the moon aloft.
But my heart is breaking,
My thoughts submerged and numb.
I almost started to believe it,
When he called me weak and dumb.

But then I asked myself: what past do they have between them for the Demon Lord to have so much faith in her second in command, and for him to be so loyal to such a horrible being? So this is my attempt at writing the origin of those two, who, while hated by all races in the world, still have each other as the only confidant to entrust their life to. The magic in this world is controlled by those who have knowledge and can be executed through the use of Language of Magic, but in this era, local language or dialects can now be used to cast magic spell.
