1 WEEK LATER~

It's been a week since Chaeyoo confessed to her mom and cousin that she and Kai were together. Her mom slowly started to accept him and treat him nicely.

However, Yoongi wasn't as nice to Kai as before anymore. He didn't do anything stupid. He just acts cold towards him sometimes but that's it.

It was Saturday and Kai took you out for a date in the city.

: Do you wanna eat frozen yogurt ?

Chaeyoo nodded excitedly and they went to a frozen yogurt shop nearby.

: Omo this is so good!

: *chuckles* You're so cute.

They entered a plushie shop and Hueningkai jumped in excitement. He seemed more happy than Chaeyoo was.

: Woah there's a lot!

: *giggle* Don't you have enough at home?

: Nope I need more.

: *gasp* This one looks so cute!

: Awww I wanted that! *whine*

: I grabbed it first.

She said and stuck out her tongue.

: Wait let's play a staring contest. Whoever looks away first or gets embarrassed, loses. And the winner gets the plushie.

: Game on!

: 3...2..1 go!

They looked at each other deeply and silently. Kai leaned closer to tease her and her heart started to pound really fast for some reason. They were so close and Chaeyoo was already blushing. Kai came a little more closer and that's when Chaeyoo looked away and covered her face.

: I won!

: You're....ugh you're unbelievable.

She threw the plushie at Kai and he walked away to pay for it while Chaeyoo waited at her spot.

She crossed her arms and frowned. She became sulky. Kai doesn't know how to be a gentleman, she thought.

: Here.

He came back with the plushie but it had a ribbon on it.

: What?

: I won it for you.

: You won it and let me lose just for you to give it back to me?

: Exactly. So you would've gotten it either way.

She took the plushie and shook her head.

: I don't know how that makes sense but I'll just let it be since you're cute.

Their date was coming to an end and Kai was eventually walking Chaeyoo to her house.

: Did you have fun?

Chaeyoo nodded and smiled.

: I've...never experienced this before. I've never been a girlfriend. Am I doing a great job?

Kai's heart was about to explode from her cuteness. He held her hand and smiled.

: You're perfect.

Chaeyoo blushed at his words. They continued to walk with their hands intertwined until they've reached her house. They walked to the door.

: Well then, see you later?

: *chuckles* See you later.

But he didn't leave just yet.

: Ummmm....

He looked shy which made Chaeyoo's heart brust into uwu. Kai took a step closer and leaned his face closer to hers. Chaeyoo closed her eyes and waited for the moment.

: AAAHHH!

Out of the blue, a big splash of water fell from the sky and wetted Kai completely. Chaeyoo also got splashed a bit but Kai was soaking wet.

They looked up to see Yoongi with his amused smiled holding an empty bucket.

: What in the- oppa are you serious??!

She yelled while rubbing the water on her face.

: Hi Chae. Oh it's you, Kai! I thought you were just a flity leach trying to suck on my cousin's lips.

: You- ugh...

: H-hey hyung

: Are you alright?

: *laughs* Yeah I'm ok.

: Why are you laughing?

: You look like a panda!

Chaeyoo realized that the water smeared her mascara. She hit him on his chest.

: Don't worry you still look cute.

: Yah I can see AND hear you!

: I better go now. Before Yoongi hyung drowns me this time. *laughs*

: You sure you're ok?

: I am! Don't worry. Good night.

: Good night.

Kai would give her a goodbye kiss but her cousin was still watching them. He just bid her a goodbye and walked away. Chaeyoo smiled while watching him leave.

But all of the sudden, he turned again and ran back to her. He crashed his lips into hers and running away after, leaving Chaeyoo completely frozen.

: Did you just- yah come back- aish!
