: Alright boys and girls! We will now announce the ball king and queen!

The students excitedly gathered up and waited for the host to say who it is.

: The king and queen for tonight is.....Choi Soobin and Kim Jana!

The students clapped and cheered for them as ther went to the stage and wore their crown.

: Enjoy the rest of your night!

All of them started to go to the dance floor to start dancing.

: Chaeyoo let's dance?

: Umm I feel dizzy I'll just stay here.

: Are you ok?

: Yes yes I'm fine. It's not that bad.

: Ok then.

He disappeared in the dance floor probably dancing with another student. Chaeyoo sighed and rested her cheek on her palm.

Somehow she didn't enjoy the night at all. Chaeyoo admitted to herself that she wished to have come here with Kai as her date.

: Kai, I'm going to dance with Woobin. Is that okay?

: Why wouldn't it be? Go ahead.

She nodded and left.

: Thank god finally....

He turned his attention to Chaeyoo who was sitting alone at a table. Kai scoffed.

: "He just left her alone. What a jerk..."

He hadn't talked to her the while day and Kai himself was a jerk for that.

Chaeyoo stood up and left the building. Kai saw it and decided to follow her after a few minutes.

Chaeyoo was just chilling on the bench outside. Kai then appeared and sat next to her. Chaeyoo glanced at him.

: Hi

: Hey...

: Are you having fun?

: No honestly

: Yeah I can see that...why? Because Samuel left you alone?

: *shakes head* I didn't even want him as my date haha....

Heuningkai kind of felt happy that she said that.

: Really? Haha me neither. I actually didn't want Sara to be my date.

: *frown* Then why did you even ask her?

Kai paused for a moment and then let out a sigh.

: To be honest....I wanted to make you jealous.

They both stayed silent. Chaeyoo chuckled slightly.

: Yah I know I'm dumb don't laugh!

: But it seems like it worked *shrug*

: P-pardon, what?

Kai made sure he heard it right.

: You got jealous? *shocked*

: Well yeah I became really upset. I was waiting for you to ask me but you didn't. I even rejected Samel's offer at first but then I also wanted to make you jaelous so...

Kai couldn't believe his ears.

: Don't make that face. You look ugly

: B-but I thought you didn't like me...

: Just because I said you're not my type, doesn't mean I can't like you.

A smile creeped on Kai's face.

: Am I dreaming or something?

: I don't know, are you?

She pinched his arm really hard making him yell.

: Arrgh was that nessecary?

: You asked.

: Aish...

Silence filled the air until one of them spoke.

: You look beautiful by the way.

He complimented making Chaeyoo giggle.

: You don't look bad yourself

And again, it was quiet. They just awkwardly nodded at nothing while looking each other.

Suddenly Kai's body leaned towards Chaeyoo, their faces getting closer. His body moved on its own. He tilted his head as his lips softly touched hers.

Chaeyoo's world stopped at that moment. She closed her eyes and melted in the kiss. After a few seconds, he pulled back and they starred at each other.

They looked away blushing and Kai awkwardly scratched his neck.
