Trollex and TBDB were looking out into the open water with sad looks on their faces.

Trollex's mother then joined them, "Well, it's not like you said it in front of your dad...looking out at the edge."

Trollex replied, "I didn't say 'go beyond the reef' because I want to be out there."

Marine replied, "But, you do. He's hard on you because..."

Trollex finished, "Because he doesn't get me."

Marine corrected him, "Because he was you. Drawn to the open ocean. Down by the edge. He went outside the reef, Trollex. And found an unforgiving sea. Waves like mountains. His best friend begged to go out. He couldn't save him. He's hoping he can save you. Sometimes, who we wish we were, what we wish we can do, is just not meant to be."

Marine then left Trollex with his thoughts.

TBDB asked him, "Are you ok?"

Trollex started singing.

♫ I've been staring at the edge of the water

Long as I can remember, never really knowing why

I wish I could please my own father

But I come back to the water, no matter how hard I try

Every turn I take, every trail I track

Every path I make, every road leads back

To the place I know, where I cannot go, where I long to be

I know everybody on this reef seems so happy on this reef

Everything is by design

I know everybody on this reef has a role on this reef

So maybe I can roll with mine

I'll be satisfied if I play along

But, the voice inside sings a different song

What is wrong with me?

See the light as it shines on the sea? It's blinding

But no one knows, how deep it goes

And it seems like it's calling out to me, so come find me

And let me know, what's beyond that line, will I cross that line?

Trollex and TBDB had gone outside the reef.

Trollex said, "We can do this. There's more fish beyond the reef."

But, the ocean started to get a little rough.

TBDB was a little nervous, but Trollex just said, "Ok. Not so bad."

He was right; That wasn't so bad compared to what happened next.

Some really strong currents started to form.

They pushed really hard.

Trollex noticed that TBDB was being swirled around with no control.

He was able to grab him, but then noticed a huge wave behind them.
