Harry's POV********

"Get up! Get up! Get up!" You could hear Nat all the way down in the common room. "Oh for Merlin's sake!" She groaned, stomping down the stairs. "Mione, keep the door open, I'm getting Harry!"

"Oh great!" I groaned, checking to make sure no prefects were around. I wonder why Gracie won't get up.

"Oi! Potter! Come on! She won't get up! Neither will Ginny, but I bet if Gracie gets up Ginny will!" I didn't have time to respond. The minute I stood up she got me. "Wingardium Leviosa!"

I floated up the stairs and into the girls dorm. I wonder if any other guys do this? I doubt it. When I got inside, I saw Gracie laying in the floor, a make shift bed under her. Ginny was curled up beside her, books lay all over the floor. I smiled at her, leaning against the door frame. I say let her sleep. It's only ten anyway. Plus it's a weekend.

"What time did she go to bed?" Mione hissed, shoving on her and Ginny both. Ginny finally groaned, swatting at Hermione.

"She went to bed around three thirty! I lasted till almost three and then woke up when she pushed me into this little bed thing. She made sure I was comfortable, then the moment she lay down she was out like a light! Now leave us alone!" She growled, burying her face in the pillow.

I shrugged, crossing the room to lay beside Gracie. I folded my hands behind my head, crossing my ankles and laying beside her on the quilts. "I'm comfortable!" I sighed, smiling at Nat and Mione.

"I can't believe she did it again! No wonder she won't wake up! That's two nights in a row she's stayed up till two or three in the morning. How many hours of sleep is that? Eleven total? For like three days? Not good!" Nat sighed, sitting on her bed cross legged. I shrugged, not really listening. I'm kind of comfortable, and tired.

I felt myself drifting off to sleep as well.

"Harry!" Ginny yelled, shaking me. I shot up, staring at her. "Get out now! Professor McGonagall has been looking for you! She's coming up here in ten minutes!"

I jumped up, running towards the door. "Thanks Ginny!" I slid down the slide, watching it turn back as I got off. I ran to the couch in the common room, taking a seat beside Ron. "I've been here the whole time!"

"Okay?" He asked, giving me a weird look. McGonagall walked in a minute later, heading straight for the stairs.

"Ms. Black! Wake up!" She huffed.

"Huh? Oh! Hi Professor! Is something wrong?" I listened to Gracie's voice go from groggy to chipper in seconds.

"What time is it? I whispered, turning to Ron.

"Noon. Ready for lunch?"

"Yeah. Wait for the girls!" He nodded going back to listen to Professor McGonagall.

"Yes. Where is Potter?"

"Uhm, I don't know Professor. I must have over slept, I'm sorry! He isn't in his dorm? Or the common room?"

"I haven't checked there yet. I was told to check here!"

"Here?" I laughed at the confusion in her voice. She had no idea I was even up there. "Sorry Miss, I've been asleep. I don't think he was up here. He usually hangs out with Ron. Maybe they're in the common room?"

"Maybe. Sorry to disturb you. Are you alright? You aren't sick are you?"

"Oh no. Thank you though! I was just a bit tired, that's all!"

"Alright then. Good day Ms. Black!"

"Good day Professor!" We heard footsteps on the stairs, so we turned around and pretended to be busy.

"Where is Mr. Potter?" I raised my hand slowly, turning around.

"Over here Professor!" She stomped towards me, looking a bit angry. What on earth did I do? "Were you or were you not in the girls' dormitory?"

"No ma'm."

"Are you sure about that Mr. Potter?" She seethed, eyes narrowing. I nodded, swallowing nervously. "If I here that you were one more time, you will be in trouble Potter!"

"Yes m'am." She walked out of the portrait hole, Gracie following, but stopping by the couch.

"Were you in my dorm?" She giggled, coming around and taking her seat between Ron and I. I didn't answer, just smirked and grabbed the book in front of me. "You were!" She laughed, pulling her own book out. "Anyway, I found a lot of stuff about Hagrid's case! I highlighted it all last night so he could go over it himself. It's kind of hard to explain," she shrugged, smiling at the two of us.

"I noticed."

"Hah! You just admitted you were up there!" She teased, poking her tongue out. I didn't respond, just smiled. "Fine, don't answer me!"

"Wanna take this stuff down to him?" I asked, changing the subject. She nodded, smiling again.

"Yeah. I'm already dressed just let me go get a few more books!" She didn't wait for an answer, just ran upstairs.

"Be back soon I guess!" I said, turning to Ron. He just nodded, but his ears are still red. "Hey, what's wrong mate?"

"Nothing!" He grumbled, turning away from me. Hermione and Ginny walked in right in time to hear.

"Ronald is mad because you slept beside Gracie again." Mione giggled, sitting beside him. I watched his ears darken, telling me she was right. I'm not going to argue with him though. I really love Gracie and I don't care what he thinks! It's not worth fighting over. It'd only upset her in the end.

"Are you mad at her too?" Ginny teased, poking his cheek. I rolled my eyes, but still waited for his response.

"No. She didn't know. And I'm not mad at Harry. I just don't like that they're so comfortable with each other!" He sighed, accenting the word 'comfortable'.

"You act like I'm taking advantage of her?"

"Well I don't exactly think she knew you were there!" He yelled, glaring at me.

"I didn't even touch her!"

"He's telling the truth Ron, he really didn't!" Ginny whispered, placing a hand on my shoulder. I know she's defending me for Gracie. If she were down here she would probably be fuming right now, and I'm ready to. Even Sirius doesn't act like this! And that's her dad!

"I don't care! He shouldn't have been up there! It's against the rules for a reason Harry!"

My fists clenched. Why does he have to be so dramatic? I'd never hurt Gracie! He should know that. She's not just my girlfriend, she's my best friend! Right as Ron and I both stepped forward, Gracie came down the stairs.

"Hey. Got th-Whats going on?"

"Nothing." Ron snapped, sinking in to the chair. I turned to her, pasting on a smile. I walked forward, taking her hand.

"Ready?"

"Uh, sure?" She said, well more asked. But I didn't say anything. I pulled her towards the portrait hole, and out the doors.

Gracie's POV***********

We walked to Hagrid's in silence because Harry's still mad. I heard Ron and Harry. It took all I had in me not to kill Ron. If I'm being totally honest, it scared me. I thought Harry was going to break up with me because of him. But he wouldn't do that. He won't.

Who does Ron think he is? He's my big brother sure, but Fred and George are okay with it! Bill and Charlie are okay. Percy doesn't care. Dad doesn't mind as long as we don't go around snogging each others faces off every ten minutes. Ron needs to grow up! I feel bad for Ginny, if he's like this with me... I get shudders just thinking about it.

"Are you okay?" Harry's voice pulled me out of my thoughts all of sudden. He took the load of books from my arms, shifting them in his.

"Huh? Oh yeah. I'm fine! And thanks!" I smiled, only meeting his eyes for a second. I held his hand tighter, walking closer to Harry.

"You heard, didn't you?" He asked, smiling down at me. Again with the down! I need a growth spell or something.

"Um, heard what?" I questioned, placing a look of confusion on my face. He rolled his eyes, still smiling.

"You heard me talking to Ron. Didn't you?"

"Well, I heard, part of it." I giggled, looking at Hagrid's hut. We were right in front of it, outside the door.

"D, do you think I'm taking advantage of you?" He whispered. The smile disappeared and he dropped my hand for the first time since I got into the common room. I gasped, taking his hand back.

"No!" I glared at him, my cheeks heating up. "Ron's a stupid git. I don't do anything I don't want to do!" I watched the smile appear on his face before I stopped glaring and let a smile pop up on my own.

"Good. I'd never hurt you Gracie. You know that, right?"

"Of course Harry!" I dropped his hand so that I could give him a hug. I pulled away quickly when Hagrid opened the door, but took his hand in mine again.

"Harry? Gracie? What are you doin' 'ere?"

"We found some stuff for your case!" I smiled, stepping forward. The biggest smile I'd ever seen came from the man before me. He threw the door open and pushed us inside.

"Well lets see it!"

*******************************************

"This is AWKWARD!" Nat yelled, banging a fist on the table. We were sitting at dinner, and Ron and I were having glaring matches. He'd glare at Harry, I'd glare at him, and everyone else sat and watched quietly.

"Thank goodness someone said something!" Ginny grumped, shooting a glare at Ron.

"Okay. What on earth did I miss earlier?" Nat said, glaring at Ron and Harry.

"Ron's mad because Harry and Gracie are so 'comfortable' together!" Mione said, making air quotes on 'comfortable'. Natalyn narrowed her eyes, looking back and forth between the two boys. Then burst out laughing.

"That's priceless! Really Ron? They hold hands, he kisses her cheek. They snog once every blue moon. So comfortable!" She teased, returning to her food. His face and ears turned a bright pink.

"They sleep together!"

"What!?" Fred and George stopped behind Nat, glaring at Harry and I. I rolled my eyes, laughing.

"Not like that you perverts!"

"Blimey. Give us a bloody heart attack won't you Ron?" Fred sighed, sitting down. He kissed Nat's cheek and took her hand. I gestured to the two of them.

"You aren't yelling at either of them! And Fred's older than her, so it's even worse!" I glared, pointing at Ron.

"McGonagall isn't storming into your dorm room looking for Fred, now is she?" He retorted, standing up and getting in my face.

"You want to do this again Ron? Another fight? What if someone else gets hurt this time? Please sit down!" Mione tugged on his arm, over and over. His face paled and slowly, he sat back down.

"Well. Malfoy and I aren't friends, as of right now, I have no enemy's, and I'm done eating. Can I please go to the pitch?" I begged, eyeing each of my friends.

"No!" They chorused, glaring at me. I pouted a bit, sinking in my seat. Chocolate. I need chocolate.

"Fine. Fred, George, will you come with me?" I sat up, batting my eyes at them. I watched George smirk, but he nodded none the less. Fred's eyes softened, but he looked down at Nat, not answering. I knew what he was asking. "She can come!"

"Wait, I want to come!" Ginny whined, clinging to my arm. I nodded smiling at her.

"What about the rest of you?" I don't really want all of them coming, I want to go to the kitchens. We can't all go, but if I don't offer it will look weird.

"I think I'm going to turn in early. Be careful though! Goodnight love!" Harry kissed my cheek and stood up from the table.

"Night!" I waved, smiling at him. I watched him walk all the way out of the hall before turning back to Ron and Mione, Mione smirking at me. I ignored that.

"No." Ron grumbled, shoveling more food in his mouth.

"No thanks. I'm going to stay with Ron. Maybe he can teach me how to play wizard's chess?" He looked up, nodding at her.

"Alright. Well, bye!" I got up, darting for the door. Ginny and Natalyn followed me, giggling. I knew Fred and George weren't far behind. Once we were in the corridors, I stopped.

"We aren't going to the pitch. Are we?" Ginny asked, eyes gleaming. Crazy child. And Ron told her she'd be in Ravenclaw!

"Nope!" I smirked, popping the 'p'. Nat fist pumped the air and the twins smiled.

"Excellent!" The chorused, rubbing their hands together. I nodded, then looked around to make sure no one was listening.

"I need chocolate. More than jut the little bit I can get in the hall. And I know you two know how to get to the kitchens. Care to explain how to get there?"

"And how to get in!" Nat smirked, standing beside me. Ginny flanked me on the other side. That sounds weird. It makes it sound like I'm in control. And I'm not. I don't like that word anymore. Okay, focus on the evil twins. Focus focus focus.

"You really are our sister aren't you?" They teased, poking my nose. I scowled, swatting their hand away. "Follow us!" They chorused, walking away from the three of us. I did as they said, walking right on their heels. I watched everywhere we went, making sure I memorized the path for future reference. The few glances I got of the girls made me think that that's what they were doing too.

After a little while, we reached a huge picture of a fruit bowl. "What's this?" Ginny whispered, looking around. The twins exchanged a look, smirking.

"The kitchens!" George said, placing a finger on the pear. What the heck? He started moving it back and forth. The pear started, giggling? No way! George was tickling a pear!

Nat and I exchanged a look, then Ginny and I. The door swung open, so we took steps forward. I was the first to go in though. Let me tell you, it was amazing! The house elves swarmed, offering me all sorts of stuff. Fred and George accepted a lot of it. But Nat and I knew what we wanted.

"Do you have triple chunk cookie dough ice cream?"
