"I think some one caught a cold." Becky said as Gracie coughed.

"Mommy." Gracie groaned.

"I know baby." Becky said. "Daddy ran to get you some medicine."

Gracie coughed and Becky new she sounded bad.

"My tummy hurts from coughing." Gracie said.

"I know baby." Becky said feeling her forehead. "You have a slight temp too."

"No." Gracie said.

"We're back." Seth said coming in with Josh.

Becky took the meds from him and poured some in a cup and Gracie took it.

"She is a bit warm." Becky said. "Hopefully this help."

"Daddy." Gracie groaned.

"Here, I picked up some cough drop lollipops, try sucking on it to see if it helps." Seth said.

"I want snuggles." Gracie said raising her arms to him.

Seth smiled and picked her up and sat down on the couch. Paw Patrol was on and she watched it before nodding off.

"Poor baby." Becky said. "Not how she pictured spending her home time."

"Germs." Seth said. "She'll be okay."

"I know." Becky said. "How is the planning for Deadboys going?"

"Good, we're going to do a Black Friday sale and sell merch at a discount." Josh said.

"Awesome." Becky said. "With the new elements you're adding I bet you get a lot of people signing up."

"Should be good, we're going to have to make more videos." Josh said.

"Let me lay her down." Seth said.

"No." Gracie cried when Seth went to move. "Stay."

"Okay." Seth said kissing her head rubbing her back.

"Blanket." Gracie said. "Please."

"I'll grab it." Josh said running to her room and getting her blanket.

"Tanks." Gracie said snuggling back into Seth and dozing off.

"She's such a daddy's girl." Becky said smiling.

"She is." Seth said. "Are we set for Thursday?"

"We are." Becky said. "If she's still sick we might have to have her stay with your mom while we do Smackdown."

"Okay." Seth said.

"Daddy." Gracie said waking up.

"Hi, how are you feeling?" Seth asked.

"Better." She said softly. "Can I have some juice please."

"Sure." Seth said getting up and walking into the kitchen.

"Where is mommy?" Gracie asked.

"She is running some errands." Seth said pulling out a bottle of her favorite juice.

"Oh." She said sadly.

"She'll be back soon." Seth said.

"Okay, I'll wait." Gracie said.

Seth chuckled and they moved back to the couch.

"Daddy." Gracie said. "When is Grandma coming over?"

"Thursday." Seth said. "Two more days."

"Oh." Gracie said.

"I know lot of waiting huh?" Seth said with a chuckle.

"It is." Gracie said. "I wish mommy was home."

As if on cue the door to the garage open and Becky came in with Josh.

"Mommy." Gracie called handing Seth her juice and scrambling off his lap and running to her,

"Gracie." Becky said smiling and scooping her up. "How are you feeling."

"Better." Gracie said. "You we're gone when I woke up."

"I had some errands to run." Becky said walking into the the living room and sitting by Seth.

"Daddy said that." Gracie said. "But I still missed you."

"I'm sorry I wasn't here when you woke up but Bella needed some supplies." Becky said.

"New toys?" Gracie asked.

"For her yes." Becky said. "Plus I got her a bed for your room like you asked."

"Welly?" Gracie said.

"Yes, daddy and Uncle Josh get to build it." Becky said.

"Work, work." Gracie said.

"It's in the garage, I'll show you." Josh said and Seth chuckled and fallowed him out.

"Mommy?" Gracie asked looking over at Becky.

"Yes baby?" Becky asked.

"Tomorrow is going to be my sad day." Gracie said.

"Why?" Becky asked.

"Tomorrow is mama's birthday." Gracie said.

"I know, but there is no need to be sad." Becky said. "Your daddy and I were talking and I think we should throw a party."

"A party but mama's not here." Gracie said.

"She's not, but we can still celebrate her life, the fact that she was born and lived and had you." Becky said. "Remember your mama is in your heart, she is always, always with you."

"I know." Gracie said.

"I know you miss her and you are always going to miss her but as long as you remember her and love her she will be a part of her." Becky said.

"I don't remember her face." Gracie said. "I see her in pictures and I know she's my mama but in my brain."

"The thing about memories are at times they fade away but they come back too, but you love her right?"

"Right." Gracie said.

"Then she is with you." Becky said.

"Mama's favorite color was purple, can we get purple balloons?" Gracie asked.

"I did." Becky said picking her up and walking out into the garage where they guys were working.

"What's up?" Seth asked.

"Gracie needs to see my errands." Becky said opening the back of her car.

"Wow." Gracie said seeing all the purple party supplies.

"I talked to Addison and she told me all of your mama's favorites so I got them, I even got her favorite food, drink and cake." Becky said. "So it will be sad that your mama is gone we can still celebrate the amazing person she was."

"Okay." Gracie said.

"Remember it's okay to be happy and sad." Seth said.

Gracie nodded and Becky hugged her.

"Owwie." Josh said.

"What happened Uncle Josh?" Gracie asked.

"I pinched my finger." Josh said.

"Ouchie." Gracie said. "Down please."

Becky set her down and she walked over and kissed his finger.

"Better?" She asked.

"All better." Josh said. "Good thing you were here."

Gracie smiled and he showed her what he was doing and let her help.

"She feels so much." Seth said wrapping his arms around Becky.

"She does." Becky said. "I just want her to be happy."

"We all do and I believe she is." Seth said. "I better get back to work."

Becky smiled and watched them put the bed she got together and then move it into her room.

"Right here." Gracie said.

Seth and Josh set it down and Bella wondered over and sniffed it.

"It's your bed sissy." Gracie said. "Mommy got it for you and daddy and Uncle Josh built it. I helped a little too."

Bella climbed up on it and twirled around a few times before laying down.

"Good girl." Gracie said.

"The cool thing I different sheets for it so we can change and wash her sheets like we do yours." Becky said.

"You're the bestest mommy." Gracie said hugging her.

"Mommy can I wear mama's dress to the party?" Gracie asked the next day.

"Of course you can." Becky said pulling it out and putting it on. "We gotta be extra careful okay."

"I will." Gracie said.

Becky helped her change and put her hair up and then they walked out to where Seth and Josh had set up her party with some surprise guest.

"Addison." Gracie called rushing over to her.

Addison smiled and scooped her up hugging her.

"Hello my sweet girl." Addison said.

"You came for mama's party?" Gracie asked.

"I did." Addison said. "Collin came with me."

"Hi Collin." Gracie said hugging Addison husband.

"Hey kid, you look bigger." Collin said.

"I am growing like a weed or so mommy says." Gracie said reaching for Becky who took her.

"You are." Addison said.

"Mommy did you invite them?" Gracie asked.

"Daddy and I did." Becky said. "We figured they'd be the perfect person for you to celebrate with."

"Thank you." Gracie said. "Can I show them my room and my sister?"

"Go for it." Becky said putting her down.

Gracie took Addison's hand and walked them back to her room.

"This my sister Bella." Gracie said. "We just adopted her in Chicago."

"She's a beauty." Addison said. "You have a beautiful room."

"Thank you." Gracie said. "Mommy and daddy made it extra special and we put mama right here and you guys right here."

"It looks amazing." Addison said.

"I have a room in LA where mommy has a house, Uncle Steve and Aunt Kristin made my room up there." Gracie said.

"That's pretty cool." Collin said. "We saw some pictures of you from all over the world."

"Yeah, we did a Euro Tour, Uncle Josh and I hung out while mommy and daddy worked." Gracie said. "Then we went to EyeOrland and saw Grammy, Grampy and Uncle Rich."

"We saw." Addison said. "Seems like you've had quite the adventure."

"Oh yes." Addison said. "We are going to EyeOrland for Christmas and mommy and daddy are getting married."

"Wow, that's amazing." Addison said. "I bet someone is going to be the flower girl."

"Me." Gracie said. "Can I show them my dress?"

"Of course you can." Becky said helping her dig it out.

"Wow." Addison said.

"We did traditional Christmas colors and my dress is this color so her's matches." Becky said.

"You are both going to look amazing." Addison said as Becky hung the dress back up. "I am so glad everything has worked out."

"Me too." Becky said. "She's our world, the amount of love she get's is amazing and the amount she gives is incredible."

"Your mama would be proud to know you are so happy." Addison said. "All she wanted for you was to be loved and happy.

"I am happy." Gracie said. "I miss mama, but she's always with me."

"She is." Addison said.

"This is amazing." Addison said sitting in the couch with Becky looking at all the pictures of the adventures of Gracie.

"She's been on quite the journey." Becky said.

"What's been your favorite thing?" Addison asked as Gracie looked up from the card she was coloring.

"The food." Gracie said.

"She does like the food." Seth said.

"But no pepperoni." Gracie said.

"She tried it for the first time and got heartburn." Becky said. "She mainly sticks to vegetarian dishes, but she'll try meats."

"Uncle Josh said if I don't try them, then I will never know if I like them or not." Gracie said.

"Wise advice Uncle Josh." Collin said.

"He says it goes for trying all new things." Gracie said.

"It does." Addison said. "Besides the food, what new things have you liked?"

"I learned ballet from a weal ballerina." Gracie said. "And I did ice skating."

"Really?" Addison said. "McKenna was a dancer and skater before she got sick."

"Welly?" Gracie said.

"Yes." Addison said.

"Well now we know where you get it." Seth said. "A special bond you get to share with her."

"Yeah." Gracie said. "Mommy said I might get to taken lessons."

"Yes, after the new year when we can figure out a schedule." Becky said. "Both instructors says it's a natural talent and if we nurture it she could be good at both."

"Sounds fun." Addison said. "McKenna loved dancing, said it was like she was flying."

"It is." Gracie said. "I also like helping people work out."

"She's quiet the motivator." Josh said.

"She has great people skills." Seth said telling them about their day with the Deadboys they did in Ireland.

"She learned a lot being at the hospital." Addison said.

"She did." Becky said.

"How did she come up with the idea for the hospital?" Addison asked.

"At first she was earning money for being good while we did meetings at work, kinda like we're getting paid she should as well." Seth said. "She was saving but she didn't know for what."

"I took her trick or treating this year and the local military recruiters office was buying candy from those willing to sell, Gracie here isn't big on sweets so she asked to sell it when I told her they send it to troops over seas and then she was walking past someone collecting for toys for tots and asked if she could donate her money to help get kids presents because she doesn't need any this year because she got the best present with her parents and I told her it was her choice and she donated the money. Then we were in Boston waiting for these two to return from the Middle East and she saw a commercial about some of the WWE stars going some hospitals and passing out presents and cheering the kids up and when they arrived she told them her plan." Josh said.

"She had it all planned out." Becky said. "Once we saw it was what she needed to do, we took up her cause."

"Well it's an amazing gift you're giving." Addison said.

"Tank you." Gracie said. "I've almost reached my goal and then we get to shop presents for everyone."

"We do." Becky said. "Addison bought me a list of all those at the hospital and what they want."

"Tanks." Gracie said. "Lexi got bears for everyone."

"I know." Addison said. "We filled a whole storage room with them."

"Wow." Gracie said.

They spent the day talking and sharing. Becky made some of McKenna's favorite dishes and they had her favorite cake.

"Can I sing Happy Birthday to mama?" Gracie asked.

"Of course you can." Becky said and they all listen while she sang and clapped when she finished. Seth lit some candles and Gracie had a blast blowing them out.

"We'll see you in a couple weeks." Addison said.

"Yep, I'lol be dressed as an elf." Gracie said.

"I am looking forward to it." Addison said hugging her.

After they left Gracie changed into some pajamas and snuggle don the couch with Becky.

"Tank you mommy." Gracie said.

"You are welcome." Becky said. "I never want you to forget your mama, because I know I never will."

"I am so happy you are mommy." Gracie said. "You make me feel loved, safe and treasured."

"Because you are." Becky said kissing her forehead. "Let's take some more cold medicine before you pass out on me."

Seth heard her and brought some over. After that she snuggled on Becky and feel asleep.
