Time skip - 2 weeks
Everyone looked good, we have been training intensely for two weeks now. The Moonlight Pack improved a lot on their skills in both offense and attack. They picked up tricks and strategies from and even developed some of their own. Blake had confidently said that they were ready for the war which was in three days. We spent those three final days preparing, training hard from morning till night for the war against rogues. Everyone was tensed and strained, and it was normal at times like these. Wars against rouges are dangerous and unpredictable. Rouges are known to be sly and malicious. Sneaky as a fox and capable of great destruction. If we win this war, the Moonlight Pack will not only gain land but the rouges pack will be given the option to join the pack and become omega or remain rogue but be banished away, far from the Moonlight Pack.
As the final days tick down, I grew more and more nervous, "Blake? What if they win?" Blake turned away from the computer, "Little one, you know that will never happen, we worked hard. They can never win. Don't you worry." I nodded my head, still unsure, twiddling with my thump as my head filled with all the possible worse outcomes that could happen if we lost. The rogues were known to be spiteful and cruel when it came to punishments. Rogues don't belong to a pack, they lose most of their human side, almost full wolf with practically all human emotions wiped away. They were out for blood, food, and territory. Of course, there were exceptions though, when I was little my mother told me a story of her childhood days about how she once befriend a rogue and they would spend their days sneaking out and playing together. My late mother thought me that not all rogues were bad.
Something feels wrong. I sniffed the tainted air, "Humans." Blake growled, his eyes flashing between cobalt blue and his normal sky blue, as he struggled to hold his enraged wolf back, "Werewolf hunters. This war will be more dangerous than I thought." As we approached the middle of the open field, rippling fear could be felt across the Crescent Moon Pack and the Moonlight Pack as the smell of humans, silver and rogues got more pungent. The scent of silver particularly overpowering the others. Getting hit with a silver bullet could instantly kill a werewolf if not injected with the anti-silver injection immediately. It the only thing that can kill a werewolf fatally. Nurse Lucie was well equipped but the antidote was hard to find and limited in supply. It requires rare plants found only underground in a desert in the South territory, a place secluded from the world. Hunters completely exhausted the resources of these plants in the more common areas, a deadly strategy.

"Shift," commanded Blake and Xavier in unison, their voice clear as day and laced with Alpha authority. Cracks and shifting of bones rang across the field before booming howls of newly shifted wolves echoed. The rouges shifted too, their red eyes glaring maliciously at us, their grows rumbling the ground beneath and teeth bearing, showing every single sharp fang. I was the last to shift. I morphed into my pure white wolf form, standing out immediately amongst the crowd of black, sandy brown and dark brown furs.
"That's her! The rare white wolf." a deep voice exclaimed. Brittany stepped out from behind him, she kissed him on the lips and seductively caressed his chest. The human hunter grinned, glints of pure evil shone in his eyes, "Good job baby, I knew I could count on you." Xavier let out a hostile growl, "Traitor." his human and wolf voice merging together as he spoke. Brittany smirked, "Sorry Xavier, I could not pass up the opportunity to take revenge on that pathetic excuse for a werewolf." her villainous gaze directed at us. we bore my sharp fangs at her, ready to shred her to pieces. Traitors in the werewolf world are never taken lightly, we lunched forward and in an instance, tore off her to pieces, anger, and adrenaline coursing through our veins.
Bullets of silver rained down on us, some hitting their targets others plunging into the ground below us. Winter and I fought hard, killing all those in our way, the smell of blood diffused across the field, limped bodies of both hunters and werewolves laid scattered. We chased a hunter who had run out of bullets into the forest. The hunter looked back and pleaded, knowing full well that we could ripe him to bits in an instant, "Please, don't hurt me, the boss told me to do this." We growled before speaking up, a mix of mine and Winter's voice boomed out, "Stop running, and tell us who your boss is and why you need me and we won't tear you to pieces." The hunter stopped immediately in his tracks, turning around cautiously, ready and willing to do anything to stay alive, "Okay. I will tell you everything, just don't hurt me."

"My boss, Marcus, threatened to kill the rogues' leader's daughter, Grace if he didn't find a way to locate a white wolf and capture her for him. Boss needs a white wolf for your fur, it's rare and most likely will make him a fortune." explained the hunter, his voice shaky and filled with fear. "He wants a white wolf for money? Humans are truly foolish beings." We snarled, snapping our muzzle at the hunter, "You took part in this, if you still had silver bullets you would have killed me instantly and brought me back to your boss. Am I wrong human?" The hunter backed away, sensing my rage, "No...no, I mean...I..." We did not let the human finish his sentence, pouncing on him and killing him instantly by snapping his neck. The disgusting scent of blood filled the air, red liquid dripped down our muzzle. Undisturbed and with a hard heart, we turned back towards the field, ready to kill more.
Soon, the sun was going down, which was a huge advantage for our packs. Humans unable to see in the dark were forced to retreat for the night leaving the rogues on their own to fight. This proved to be a great disadvantage for the rogues as, without the help of humans, their numbers were quickly decreasing. We were winning. I was fighting a big dark brown wolf, ready to snap his neck for an instant kill when suddenly a smaller grey rouge tackled me from the side, effectively knocking me down and saving the bigger wolf's life. The rouge looked down at the smaller one, surprise, amazement and joy clear in his expression, "Grace?!"
"That's the girl! She escaped! That's the rogue's leader's daughter. The cause of this war." exclaimed Winter. The grey wolf lovingly nuzzled her father before turning back to us. Her eyes pleading with us, "I'm sorry I tackled you, I had to protect my father. Please don't hurt my father, it's not his fault. I escaped from the clutches of those horrible hunters, this war can end." We stood up and strolled over to her, sending a quick mindlink to Blake as we did, "Alpha Blake will be here soon. It is not our place to decide if the war ends or not."
Blake and Shadow came running and soon arrived right in from of me, worried that something bad had happened to me. His cobalt blue eyes scanned by wolf form, eyes scavaging for any signs of injuries. He blew out a breath of relief when he did not find any. "Why did you mindlink me little one?" Winter and I remained silent, we tossed our head into the direction of Grace and Marcus. Blake turned around and his wolf form suddenly stiffened when he met Grace's stormy grey eyes. He backed away in shock, his snout hung open, in a chocked whisper spoke, "No...it can't be...how...," the husky mixed voices of Shadow and Blake rasped out. Winter and I watched from behind, the unexpected next words he uttered out made our already fragile heart break into millions of little pieces and a sinking feeling appear in the pit of our stomach.
