《30 Days with Fina》Dedication

This is for my late father who died of liver complications in the early hours of dawn 9th of March 2014.
I wrote this book as a way to forgive myself for not telling him I love him when I sent him away to the hospital. I will forever regret not saying that when I felt it in my bones that I had to. And with the ending of this book, finally, I can be at peace knowing I've made my mark and I've spread the word.
Actions speak louder than words, but actions without words are nothing. Because it can cause misinterpretation and misunderstandings.
Actions and words coexists, that I learned.
This is also for my mother. Finally, after spending so much time writing, she will now read one of my works. On my father's death anniversary I will be giving her a printed copy of this book along with a letter I have written when I first began writing this story and I do hope she would like it.
I also dedicate this work to Nicole, whom without her encouragement I would have broken down months ago when engineering was crushing the life out of me. Thank you for telling me I can graduate and thank you for giving me another reason to get that diploma. May we pass our struggles and reach our goals together.
And lastly, this is also for you, reader. Because I want people to know at least a part of what I've been through. Jellane and I have that one similarity. That we didn't say the words we wanted to say and that mistake will forever haunt us. But that regret also changed us for the better, because rather than moping around, we saw the good things in life and regarded the bad things as challenges to make us better. I want everybody that reads this story learn from it and hopefully, not make the same mistakes Jellane and I did.

And with this ending, I can finally sleep with one less regret to think about at night. This is the first of what I'm doing to move on and forgive myself from every mistakes I did. A step to being truly happy. And I think I did a great job at it.
May the Fates bless us. The Lord guide us. And the best of luck to all of us. Godspeed!
