Me and daisy carry on walking towards an empty classroom.
Part of me regrets what I said to Tom because I want him to follow me and to promise me he'll never hurt me again and that he will work to make us work again. However, the other part of me knows that what I said was right because he hurt me and I will never be able to trust him again.
Daisy grabs my hand and pulls me into a classroom.
ok so.. while you were gone, I kinda got a boyfriend." She finally says excitedly.
no way who?" I ask with the same excitement.
Harrison"
Harrison osterfield?"
yeah! And I know he is toms best friend but I really like him and I won't make you go with us anywhere if toms there and I just really-"
daisy it's fine. If you like him then I don't care who you date unless he hurts you."
thank you. I knew you would be understanding."
of course."
***
Me and daisy were sitting in the cafeteria at lunch. We stayed well away from Tom and Mia( although I can still see them cuddling next to each other in front of all their friends just like what me and tom uses to do. Memories flood back to me as I feel tears welling up in my eyes.
hey are you okay?" Daisy says freeing me from my trance.
yeah no I'm fine"
ok well, if your not just say because I-"
hey babe" haz says as he comes and sits with daisy, kissing her cheek.
hey"
hi Y/N. How are you?" He says hesitantly.
umm, could be better." I reply with a light chuckle.
yeah I'm so sorry about Tom. I tried to tell him but he wasn't having any of it and if it makes you feel better, Mia's such a bitch and I can tell tom isn't as happy as he seems with her."

thanks haz. That does make me feel better." I say gratefully with a small smile.
well I'm having a party tonight if you girls want to come."
I don't know, I don't really feel like it and-"
we would love to come, thank you haz."
no problem see you later gorgeous. Bye Y/N."
bye"
what was that daisy I don't want to go plus toms gonna be there."
you don't have to go anywhere near ok and it will be good for you to get out there again."
I don't know daisy. I'm not ready yet."
no-ones ever ready so just let loose and have fun." She answers waving her hands in the air.
yeah your right, I'm gonna go dress in whatever I want, dance with whoever I want and drink whatever I want."
yes that's the spirit." She says high-fiving me in the air.
I quickly glance over at Tom and see he's looking at me. I have him a sassy smirk then carry on laughing with daisy. Tonight's going to be good.

8 192There's a Hero in the Kingdom
When the world has heroes that occasionally appear from another world, what impact do these heroes have? How do the people already present react? There's a Hero in the Kingdom follows the prince of the Kingdom of Sengar and his closest allies as he seeks out the newest hero that has appeared within their borders. Can he convince the hero to join in his efforts? This is very much a work in progress with the intent that it might someday be a proper series. Constructive feedback is appreciated as I would like to turn this into a fully fleshed out story for that purpose. Thank you. -Fleza Release Schedule: Routine schedule suspended indefinitely. New content to be released when deemed ready.
8 138Recovery of a Life
The prince of a kingdom was erased from the world. His very existence an enigma. Follow Xopil as he forces his life into a world that refuses to acknowledge his presence. I tried to write a novel without including all the standard things you find in certain genres, or if it is included, I hope it's at least a fresh take on it, this includes me breaking the fourth wall, probably too much. I'm wondering if that helped with humor at all, and also reconsidering if that should be a part of the story. I'm going to be rewriting every chapter at this point... and that chapter I'm extremely disappointed with could likely be deleted if not redone entirely. Now that this story is marked 'completed', I'll be going through each chapter and fleshing out the story a bit, as I found it severely lacking, and I've been saying to myself "I could have done more with that." way more often than I should be. And that speaks to my own dissatisfaction with my writing. I make no warranty-express or implied-as to the quality of these chapters, or the story as a whole. Cover art by Roman Valeyev
