The obnoxious sound of the beeping alarm made your eardrums over work themselves as it continued reminding you that it was time to wake up. You kept tossing and turning your head on your pillow, trying to cover your ears from the annoying sound before groaning awake, accepting defeat and reached across over to the nightstand to grab your phone to stop the alarm. Your room was finally left in a few seconds of silence while your hand found it's way to your messy hair, fingers combing through it to smoothen it down but miserably failed.
The first Sunday of the month finally decided to roll over and now that the day had started, you were officially twenty three years old. You were expecting your twenty third birthday to start off with a surprise but it started like any other day. You got out of bed and brushed your teeth, changing your clothes and went downstairs to make yourself some breakfast, expecting that your parents were still asleep, considering it was six in the morning.
In full honesty, you weren't looking forward for your birthday in the first place. Tom and Harrison were on press tour for Tom's "Spider-Man: Far From Home" And Harry tagged along with them to document the whole thing. It was a bummer that most of your friends wouldn't be joining you on your plans on surviving on cake for the day.
But you understood why the three had to miss your birthday. Press tours for movies as big as MARVEL, especially Spider-Man, was a big deal and you wouldn't blame them but the part that made you feel betrayed was that none of them had texted you. It was from your friends back from high school and university that spammed you with wishes and spammed their Instagram stories with embarrassing pictures of you and posted a few pictures as well. Even Zendaya, Jacob, Jon and a few other cast members of Spider-Man posted, texted and spammed their stories with wishes and then there were the idiots you called your best friends.
A single text would have been enough for you to feel content and appreciated, but no. Not one text from any of Tom, Harrison or Harry and that ruined your mood. You didn't even care less that a celebrity like Zendaya spared you her precious time to call you up and wish you. You would have just been happy if Tom, at least, let you know that he remembered your birthday and would never forget his best friend's birthday, but no. At that point of your mental ranting, you began questioning if Tom was really your friend.

One hand gripping your phone while the other was messing with your hair, you finally make it to the kitchen. The kitchen that looked pitch black with the lights out and for some reason, it seemed quieter than usual. The eerie silence you'd hear when someone is hiding behind darkness as is going to scare you- but you convinced yourself that the thought was just your conscience messing with your senses.
Your fingers glided across the wall to look for the light switch and you could have sworn you heard a a muffled giggle, making you feel startled and placed a hand on your chest as you jumped back, squinting your eyes to look into the darkness but you couldn't see anyone, once again convincing yourself that your mind was messing with your senses. Finally, when you feel the light switches, you flick them on, expecting to see the same kitchen you've been seeing since childhood but to your surprise, that wasn't the case.
"SURPRISE!", the voices shouted, making you run a few feet away from the kitchen from being startled, only to let out a relived sigh when you saw your parents, Nikki, Dom, Paddy, Sam and Tessa, who was running circles around your legs, making you crouch down and scratch her back. Sam and Paddy were holding a big chocolate cake with the words "happy birthday to the best idiot in our lives" making you laugh out loud.
"Awe, thank you guys", you managed to say between breaths, hugging your parents first before hugging Nikki and Dom. You then moved on to Paddy and Sam, giving them a tight squeeze before letting them go.
"Happy birthday doofus", Sam smiled as he let go of you from the one armed hug since he was balancing the cake with his other hand.
"Thanks idiot", you smile, ruffling his hair up before sneaking a finger onto the cake icing and scooping enough onto your finger and brushed it onto his nose.
"Oi! Don't waste precious icing!", he jokingly warned while everyone else laughed in the background.
"We have a surprise for you", your father started, a wide grin etched onto his face. His hand fished around his pocket, pulling out a pair of keys within seconds making your eyes widen.

"You bought me a car?", you gush, the four adults standing in front of you nodding in sync.
"Yes, yes we did!", Nikki gushed and you presumed that the four had paid for it together and made your excitement hype up more.
"You bought me a car!?", you finally cheer out, eyes twinkling and stood there with your mouth agape, excitement washing over you. Jumping up and down, everyone lead you outside the house to introduce you to your new car- an all black Tesla.
"Go on, have a ride", Dom ushered you towards the car before your father handed the keys over to you. At that moment, you couldn't help but feel proud and honoured because your parents thought that you were responsible enough to be gifted a car. A mischievous grin was plastered on everyone's faces as you opened the door to the drivers seat's car, looking over your shoulder before getting in.
"Why are you guys grinning like that?", you question and sit on the seat.
"Just go for a drive, (Y/N)!", paddy ushered and you couldn't help but giggle.
"Ok, ok calm down", you laugh, watching as their grins stretch wider into a smirk. You let your hands go over the steering wheel and the leather seats of the car before looking back to find- "Tom?! Harrison!?"
The two were sitting there with the widest smiles you'd ever seen, their arms wide open and you couldn't help but cry out in happiness. You jumped into the back seat from the drivers seat, suffocating the two into a hug. The trio reunited again and it was probably the best birthday present you for, considering you hadn't seen the two for over four months.
"Ok, that's enough, can't breathe", Tom pats your back, indicating for you to get off them. Sam opens the door for you and the three of you get out, giving you a chance to hug the two properly.
"I thought you forgot about my birthday", you mumble into Harrison's chest as you sway from side to side, him wrapping his hands around you, engulfing you in a long awaited hug.
"That's impossible, (Y/N)", he reminds you, both falling into a fit of chuckles.
"So you'll hug them and not me?", you heard an all too familiar voice say beging you, making you turn around to find Sam's curly haired Twin.
"Harry! How could I forget about you", you let yourself collapse onto him, wrapping your arms around each other before you pull away from him, leaving a pat on his shoulder.
"C'mere", Tom pulled you into a hug from behind, his chin resting on your shoulder and hands resting on your stomach and your hands rested on his hands.
"I was about to disown you", you tell him and he chuckles, sending vibrations down your spine.
"How could I forget our plans of surviving on cake?", he told you, making you roll your eyes and everyone else grinned at the two so called best friends. Everyone could see the love they emit from each other. Everyone except themselves and they refused to admit it. There was no way the two loved each other like that and they would never admit in.
You were left alone to spend time with Tom and Harrison for the rest of the day, binging on movies and pigging out on food. You soon found out that they were planning on staying for the rest of the week, which meant you had until next Sunday to spend time with them. A list of things to do started forming in your head while watching movies on your bed and hopefully, everything would go great.
