I was back in my old home. I walked around til I ended up outside my room. Inside, I saw me and a silhouette of someone by my bed. Unable to speak, I watched as the silhouette raised there arm with what looked to be a knife in their hands. I tried to scream out to warm myself but no sound would come out.

My legs started moving again to my brother's room. He was sitting on his bed with his back facing the door. I wanted to talk to him, and for him to see me. Just then he stood up. He turned towards the door. For a second, I thought he could see me, but he just walked right pass. I turned and followed him. We ended up outside of my parents door. I opened it to see my mother's dead body on the floor. My eyes grew wide with horror.

"Ma?" I got on the floor next to her.

"Mommy?" I shake her a little.

"Ma wake up!" I cried and shaking harder.

"Ma wake up we gotta go!"

"Why you just standing there! Mere do something!"

"Go get daddy!"

"Mere go get daddy!"

"Wake up!"

"Ma wake up!"

"Wake up." I heard Mere say.

I open my eyes and sit up quickly. Tears streamed down my face.

"Same dream?" He asked.

"Yeah." I said wiping my face.

"You late for school but you ain't got to go." He said.

"You'll really only get there in time for lunch and there periods anyway." He said.

"Nah..Nah I'll go."

"U sure?" He asked.

"Yeah."

"Okay...I'll drive you." He said.

"Okay."

By the time I get to school, it was 10 minutes before 3rd period ended, so after I went to the main office, I went to Mr Brown office and sat in there til lunch.

After the bell rung, I headed to my locker. I don't know why I didn't go to my locker soon as I got here. But yeah, I put my stuff in my locker. Then I headed down to the lunchroom.

When I walked into the lunchroom, it felt like eyes on me. Nah, it didn't just feel like it. That's what it was. Literally everybody was looking at me. I sat at the lunch table with everybody and they all had a worried look on there face.

"Hey y'all..."

"You okay?" India asked me.

"Uhh Yeah why wouldn't I be?"

"Because of the video." Chiyah said.

"What video?"

"You ain't see it?" Woo asked.

"No..."

Just then I got a notification. I check my phone and seen somebody had airdropped me something. I accepted it and my mouth dropped when I saw it.

It was a video of Kayla and Omar having sex.

I sat there shocked for a few minutes.

After that I stood up and left the lunchroom. On my way out, I bumped into Omar.

"Wait.. I can explain for real! Let me explain. I didn't know she was recording me. It's not what it looks like." He said.

I was silent and continued walking. He grabbed me.

"Please let me explain." He said. I yanked my arm from him and continued walking.

I sat on the stairs and was getting ready to call Mere when Zach walked up.

"I'll take you home." He said. I nodded.

"What you gon do now?" He asked.

I shrugged.

"We can go to the park, orr leak place orr my place orr get some to eat and sit in the car." He said.

I was silent.

"How aboutttt we get something to eat and then we go to my place?" He said.

I nodded.

"Coo. What you wanna eat?" He asked me.

"..Chipotle."

"But you'll talk for some food.. you ridiculous bruh." He said.

I chuckled.

"Let's go get some chipotle then." He said.

We got our food and was in his living room eating when his front door opened. A pretty brownskin girl with a nose piercing walked through the door.

"Yo food in the kitchen." Zach said to her.

"Thanks." She said. She looks a me for second then heads to the kitchen.

"Who is that?" I ask Zach.

"That's my sister." He said.

"I didn't know you had a sister!"

"Yeah she don't hang round Leak nem, so it make sense you didn't know." He said.

"How you feeling?" He asked.

"A little hurt but more embarrassed than anything."

"I knew what some people was saying, but you can't really go around and believe everything everybody say you know?"

"I knew something was going on. I was suspicious. But the way it just presented itself like that. And then everybody in the lunchroom saw I'm sure. That's why they was staring at me."

"I couldn't even be played in silence like that was just out fuckin loud."

"And I know Kayla ass laughing at my ass right now."

"To be honest, she still a dumb bitch."

Zach almost chocked on the pop he was drinking.

"Damn you good?"

"Yea I'm straight. It just caught me a luh off guard." He said after coughing a little.

"Go on." He said.

"But yeah she a dumb bitch."

"I don't know why Daeja friends with somebody like that."

"But Yeah my luh rant is over."

"Thanks."

"No problem." He said.

"So..you want Mere to beat his ass?" He asked.

"Nah. It ain't even that serious for real."

"You know he gon try to do it anyway right?" He said.

"Yeah.."

Zach phone rings. He looks at it then answers it.

"It's Mere." He said to me.

"Yeah she with me." He said now speaking to Mere.

"Her phone probably on Dnd then."

"She'll tell you."

"Okay." The phone hung up.

"He want you home." Zach said getting up.

"Okay." I said standing up too.

"So?" Mere said.

Zach had taken me home and left. He said he had something he needed to do and that he'd be back. Me and Mere were sitting on the floor in the living room.

"So?"

"What happened?" He asked.

"What happened with what?" I played dumb.

He looked at me like I was dumb in response.

"Was it that luh Lawan nigga?" He asked.

"No."

"Omarion nigga?" He asked.

"Yea he- how you know his real name?"

"That's not even important right now." He said.

"Just tell a nigga what happened." He said.

I told him what happened.

"So...you know the nigga finna get his ass beat right ?" He said.

"I was hoping you wouldn't do nun. For me?" I said.

"won't beat his ass." He said.

"Good."

"I'd rather just move on from it."

"It's gon be hard to forget that embarrassment though."
