In chapter four, the novel jumps five months ahead. Many people have been asking about this, which is why I would like to clarify why I did it. A novel can only have so many words before it becomes too much. If I had filled in those five months, I would probably still be writing this novel; there would be too much information and readers would likely get sick of it. The addition of all that information also would have taken away my time with the rest of the plot and disallowed me to work with the surrounding characters.

Within the first three chapters, you get an idea about how much Nova and Warren dislike each other, and I want to say that that does not change within the five months that have passed between chapter three and chapter four.
