Nobody, knows, he says, but yeah, i've seen the actions of this certain individual, and he knows, his mind is wicked, and his heart the same. He is apart of the plan to kill my family, he knows what he has done. Yeah, out in the streets he is slick in behaviour, but his heart is evil and that leads me back to the time when this mind thing all started; I was under a gazebo in the peir, before they were all torn down after an incident wherein a gazebo had collapsed on a couple. This councillor current for the had done a thing in such a manner, I take it that he is an evil man, up to this date back from 2020. So back in the peir, I was sitting down having a conversation with friends at the first gazebo spot then all of a sudden he drove up straight ahead facing me and the boys. I then saw him stand on the side trim, on the right side driver area of something like a toyota or nissan, one of both. He then alarmed something and reached out over the top of the veicle to a security van, wherein which I saw a short brown security man, standing beside a veicle. To me I thought well, maybe this is security for myself because, like I mean because of what I was going through I was kinda in distress, confused. Now im thinking, Security............?

And from that day, for a long time until two days ago while it seemed as if everything was normal, until further down i've been getting a glipse of him acting decent in my mind. Also, i've been getting a glimpse that he might be working with some of the men that, you know, dont seem to want me alive or in a sane mind. One of the men, he claims he is also an artiste others as well, he and his crew calls himself "Thirteen" and he does rap he's aproximately 5'2 feet and he smokes weed, and walks like an ape no disrespect, he also does a thing like he guides tourists around when they come every twice or thrice a year. Another thing is, one of his friends, he's aproximately 5'6 feet and the truth is he have been telling me stuff about my mother as well, pervertish, giving me comments that I dont want to hear. But now I get a little idea of what this thing in my mind really is, lemme go back from the begining; at first I was selected in the mind hearing ill'advised voices, then this time a security alarm, then a next time the lady who spat the aweful smelling substance in my face. Now realising and looking into the situation, this is like a mind arms alarm, but, the individuals now that are on the other side, like honestly I dont even know how much are they, im just seeing different movements and actions everyday.
