You may have noticed that this book hasn't been updated in a while. It's mainly because I feel as though all my reserves for advice have been used up, and I definitely need some time to recharge. While I've been writing this, I've grown so much as a person and I've been faced with obstacles which have forced me to evaluate my life and learn from my own mistakes.

You may be wondering what the title means. Well, I feel like this book has had a rough time trying to stretch out and cater for the needs of teens across the age board. Now that I'm coming to the end of my own Teenagehood, I feel like I'm learning things which don't always apply to new Teens. So in a few months, maybe, I may be releasing a book for older Teens and another for Younger ones to continue this idea of spreading advice in a time in which I know is very stressful and confusing.
