We all get sucked into brand advertisements whether we admit it or not, and the feeling to fit in with everyone is incredibly compelling as a teenager. There are always 'new' things that everyone has that sometimes we feel pressured to get when we really don't need them, and it's not only a waste of money to buy these things but it's just straight up pointless.

If you want to get something because you like it, then get it. But you don't need to spend £20 on a Kylie Lip Kit just because everyone has one. But I feel left out Ella without it. And guess what? In two weeks no one will care about it. Everyone will have moved onto the next trend because that's the way our generation works. We have the attention span of a goldfish.
