《MY Sweet Interlude》7-Aftermath

True to his word, their "fun" didn't end there. She wakes up a few hours later with him nuzzling her neck while his hands strokes her thighs. He showed her what fun means to him while she discovers "new ways" with sex. He is rough in a way that it gave pleasure rather than pain.
Aliya fell asleep tangled in between the sheets and Yoongi's body. When she wakes up the next day, she's a bit disoriented with her head throbbing, her stomach growling and her body sore. The room is dark with all the curtains drawn close so she's clueless of the time. Moving her head up, she finds the digital clock at the side table which says it is 12:30 pm. No wonder she's hungry, she didn't eat a thing since lunch yesterday. Damn the alcohol she drank, she cursed, as she massaged her temples.
Then it dawns on her, the things that happened in this bed last night. She honestly have no regrets, but she's not sure if she can face Yoongi the same way again. Maybe she should sneak out. The chances of seeing him again is very high and it's more embarrassing if she just disappears now and bump into him later. She's not as brave and confident as she had been last night anymore.
She gets it now why Yoongi is too dangerous for her, this is her own interpretation anyway, having sex with him is like a drug, once you get a taste of it, you get hooked. She's pretty sure her friends are thinking about something else. She bites her lips to stop herself from smiling, now she knows the meaning of getting completely fucked, which she hears from her female friends a lot. Her experience with sex is not a lot so she's not even sure what Yoongi might think about her. He's obviously had a lot of experience. Compared to the other women he's been with, she might be too boring. Oh no, that's just too horrifying to think. Her head started to throb again with all these thinking, so she goes back to massaging her temple as she sits up. This is Taehyung's fault, she won't drink if he didn't get married because of her heart break over him, she concluded.
Yoongi stirs, and turned so he is now facing her while still sound asleep. She stares at his features; he looks so peaceful and sweet. She could say she is grateful that she didn't spend the night mopping and crying her eyes out. She's glad that he wanted her last night even if it's just for sex, that beats the feeling of being "just like a little sister". No, she isn't going there, she doesn't want to, she told herself as her eyes started to fill with tears. She is so deep in her thoughts she got startled when Yoongi spoke.

"Why are you looking at me like that? Please don't tell me you're going to start crying and accuse me that I forced you last night." He said while his eyes were still closed, which made her wonder how did he even see her face? She didn't dwell on that thought too much since she got distracted by his raspy and low voice as he spoke. It gave her goosebumps because it sounded so sexy.
She clears her throat as she moves back to keep some distance from him. Without the alcohol, she's starting to feel self conscious of the fact that she is still naked underneath the sheets . "No, that's not what 's in my mind. I am thinking of taking a shower, so I need to go back to my room."
He opened his eyes looking straight at her. "Why don't you just shower here..." he paused "and let me join you." He grinned.
Aliya felt herself blush as she stands up, pulling at the sheets to cover herself while reaching for his shirt on the floor. She didn't even ask if she could wear it, she just didn't want to parade herself naked as she goes to the bathroom. She immediately pulls it over her head. She's got to admit he is too damn sexy right now it's hard to resist what he is offering. "Ummm, yeah sure...if you want." She answers with a stutter.
"If I want? Will I ask if didn't want?" He replies before getting up from the bed. He is just wearing his boxers, while his chest is naked because she's wearing his shirt. His arms were a faint red where her fingernail marks were from last night. Aliya felt both guilty and embarrassed, moving her eyes away from him as she turns her back and headed to the bathroom.
An hour later, Aliya's hair is dry and she is wearing the same dress from last night. Yoongi on the other hand, didn't bother to blow dry his hair again. He is wearing a white shirt and a pair of black denims. He asked her to join him for lunch.
"I thought you don't do dates." She told him with a chuckle as she finishes her look with a lipstick.
"This is not a date. I am hungry and so are you." He replied and as if on cue, her stomach started to rumble which made him laugh. "That sound is what woke me up you know."
"Stop that, it's not funny." She said as she hugged her stomach with a pout. The doorbell started ringing nonstop and Yoongi cursed as he started walking towards the door because the sound is starting to get annoying. "Wait, who is it?" She asks.
"Either Jimin or Jungkook, maybe all of them. I'm not sure." Yoongi replies pausing to glance at her. When he sees her panic look, he smirks. "Don't worry, I won't tell them you're here."

Aliya wondered if she should run to the bathroom and hide. She makes a couple of steps closer towards it just in case.
She hears Hobi's voice "Hello, room service." Yoongi grunts just like he normally would.
"We've been trying to call you." That was Jimin.
"Are you with someone?" Asked Jungkook.
"Stop it right there guys you can't come in. What do you want?" Yoongi asks in an annoyed tone.
"We're having lunch with Taehyung and Jia. Would you like to join us? It's just at the restaurant on the ground floor." Jimin asked.
"Maybe not today." Yoongi said.
"Bring her with you." Hobi said in a whisper but still loud enough for Aliya to hear.
"You're the only one missing, come on." Jungkook added.
"If I show up, then I show up." Yoongi said. "You guys can go." After several more convincing from his friends, they left.
Aliya is sitting at the edge of the bed when he comes back. "You should join them." She said as she presses the power on her phone. As soon as the home screen pops, she started to get notifications. 21 messages. Her mom, her friend Yuna, Jimin, Jungkook, Nari, Hobi, Jia and Taehyung. Jia is inviting her for lunch too. So is the rest of them except for her mom and Yuna who wanted to know where she is. "Looks like I'm invited too."
"You're probably not going because you don't want to see the happy couple." Yoongi said as he started to continue getting ready to leave.
She lifts her chin stubbornly. "On the contrary, I would like to see them." She wants to see Taehyung's reaction when she enters the place with Yoongi. It's the only way she can get back to him. It's a ridiculous thought, she knows, but she's doing it to pacify herself.
"Oh yeah?" He remarks astonished at her reply.
He is fixing his sleeves and Aliya can't help but look at the marks on his arm. "I'm sorry, does that hurt?" She said.
He looks at it then scoffs. "No. If I can't see the marks, I wouldn't even think it's there." He replies.
She couldn't help but reach out to touch it. "Are you sure?"
He didn't reply but just stares at her. She is standing too close to him, he could smell her perfume. When she sees him just looking at her with that familiar look in his eyes, she clears her throat then steps back. "I don't mind going for lunch." She said walking towards the couch which is a good distance from Yoongi. She isn't as brave as she had been last night anymore.
It didn't take long before he appears wearing a black jacket over his white shirt. The look he gives her says they were leaving, so she follows behind him as he opens the door.
"You know they're not going to be happy when they see us together specially Taehyung." Yoongi said as they stepped in the elevator. "I honestly don't give a shit, but I'm thinking about you." He stands at one side trying to keep his distance from her. He just didn't trust himself if he stays close to her in this small space. They'll end up missing lunch for sure.
Aliya looks at the ground staring at nothing. "That's fine." She replies. Her mind is already playing the picture of what could happened. When she decided to spend the night with Yoongi, she already said didn't care what the consequences will be.
Yoongi moves closer to her as they walked when they reached the ground floor. Deep in her mind, she is wishing he'd hold her hand so that their entrance would have more impact. But she knew he is not the kind who holds someone's hands and be romantic and all. She nods her head at the employees who greeted her, obviously trying hard not to stare at the guy walking next to her.
When they reached the restaurant, she is greeted by the assistant manager, Yerin, who Aliya met since they both started working in the hotel during high school. Back then, Yerin worked so that she could go to university. She on the other hand, had been asked by her mom to start getting involved in the business.
"They just entered the private room. I can show you in." She said looking at Yoongi then at Aliya. She knew Aliya isn't dating anyone after breaking up with Jihyun. "Yoongi, this is Yerin, Yerin, Yoongi. She's the assistant manager of the restaurant." She introduced them.
"Nice to meet you." Yerin told Yoongi who gave her a brief look before slightly bowing back at her. He remained silent. Aliya looked up at him as she tried to catch up with his pace with a small pout. He could've at least tried to be friendly with her friend.
He saw the look she is giving him. "What?" He asks.
"Nothing." She replies looking away from him. Well, this is him back to his usual self.
With these thoughts in mind, she gets startled when Yoongi's hand pressed just behind her waist. She didn't expect that. Yerin gave her another questioning look and she replies with a shrug.
She thanks Yerin as they reached the room and she slides the door open for them. "Talk to you later ok?" She tells her with a smile before turning to enter the door. Yoongi's hand remains behind her, as they walk towards the table.

Homeland
NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER -- In Cory Doctorow’s wildly successful Little Brother, young Marcus Yallow was arbitrarily detained and brutalized by the government in the wake of a terrorist attack on San Francisco—an experience that led him to become a leader of the whole movement of technologically clued-in teenagers, fighting back against the tyrannical security state.A few years later, California's economy collapses, but Marcus’s hacktivist past lands him a job as webmaster for a crusading politician who promises reform. Soon his former nemesis Masha emerges from the political underground to gift him with a thumbdrive containing a Wikileaks-style cable-dump of hard evidence of corporate and governmental perfidy. It’s incendiary stuff—and if Masha goes missing, Marcus is supposed to release it to the world. Then Marcus sees Masha being kidnapped by the same government agents who detained and tortured Marcus years earlier.Marcus can leak the archive Masha gave him—but he can’t admit to being the leaker, because that will cost his employer the election. He’s surrounded by friends who remember what he did a few years ago and regard him as a hacker hero. He can’t even attend a demonstration without being dragged onstage and handed a mike. He’s not at all sure that just dumping the archive onto the Internet, before he’s gone through its millions of words, is the right thing to do.Meanwhile, people are beginning to shadow him, people who look like they’re used to inflicting pain until they get the answers they want. Fast-moving, passionate, and as current as next week, Homeland is every bit the equal of Little Brother—a paean to activism, to courage, to the drive to make the world a better place.
