Fox fought hard to keep his phone in his pocket the rest of the day. He knew better than to walk around without paying attention to his surroundings, but he was also a little giddy about what Amos had said. Both about his dad, and about... the other stuff. Of course, he always said random pervy stuff. That was him, after all, but it was starting to have a different meaning then something to just laugh off and move on past.
He didn't want to risk his brother randomly showing up and catching him off guard again, however, so it was much easier to keep his phone in his pocket as he walked home.
Once safely inside, he quickly locked the door and then tugged out his phone, surprised to see a text message from Noah. Him and Henry were currently on their honeymoon and hadn't messaged him too often.
His words brought a smile to his face as he kicked his shoes off and wandered over to the sofa, then sat down. He was halfway through replying when he realized that he'd sat on someone and not something.
Amos.
He had been so quiet and he'd been so distracted typing that the guy hadn't even registered in his brain. Instead of trying to squirm away like he normally would, Fox tucked his legs up and allowed Amos to hug him closer as he continued typing.
His fingers stopped for a moment as he thought, then began to type again.
A hand suddenly appeared and took his phone, then deleted that sentence and set it on the armrest. The action drew a curious frown to his face before he looked up at Amos.
"No need to ask that. I can guarantee you that they're banging like bunnies," he said with a grin before leaning over for a quick kiss to Fox's forehead.
Fox understood the metaphor, for once. He'd seen bunnies do it. It was a great time to ambush them and take one for dinner. He tried to go for the males, because the female getting away usually meant more dinner options further down the road.
"You... are a weird one," Amos said, having clearing heard bits of his thoughts, even though he hadn't intentionally projected anything.
Instead of pushing him away, however, he hugged him tighter and leaned down to blow a raspberry against his neck, making Fox yip and squirm his way up onto his knees on Amos's. He nudged his shoulder up a few times to try and dispel the awkward feeling as Amos laughed.
"How was your day, Fox? I don't smell any cigarettes on you, but I knew that you would take our answers seriously. Scared the crap out of me when you asked that, though," Amos said, drawing Fox's attention back to him.
They were almost eye to eye with him kneeling on the man's knees, but it gave him just a fraction more height.
"I didn't touch them, and he didn't push me to. Maybe he can be my first friend at school," Fox said before leaning forward and wrapping his arms around Amos' shoulders, startling the guy slightly.
Of course, it didn't take him long to recover and wrap him up in a tighter hug.
"You're so cuddly today. Something on your mind?"
Blinking, Fox stared at the wall and sighed, thinking about what he wanted to say. There was quite a lot, but he wasn't one for words. In the end, he decided to just go for it, but then something caught his attention and his mind got distracted.

"Why didn't you turn on any lights in here?"
Amos didn't respond for a few moments, clearly having not anticipated that question.
"I haven't smoked since yesterday morning. Got a bad headache, but I'm trying to deal with it."
Fox could feel the guy's fingertips gently massage his back as he spoke, likely itching to grab for a cigarette.
Come to think of it, you don't smell like smoke today.
Of course, it still lingered, since it was pretty hard to get rid of such a strong scent, but it definitely wasn't overwhelming for his nose like it normally was.
"You smell good," he eventually said as he tilted his head to rest it against Amos' warm neck.
He felt those same twitchy fingers begin to fiddle with the hem of his jacket and grinned.
"Can I take your jacket off?" Amos asked as he turned his head slightly and tugged at a bit of Fox's soft hair with his mouth, as if adding the bit of attention in hopes of earning permission.
Seeing no issue with losing his top layer, Fox agreed.
Amos made short work of the item, removing it in seconds before hugging him tightly again.
"Owen will be home in a few hours and is going to be bringing dinner from the grocery store. Probably chicken and either potato salad or some other side," Amos said nonchalantly as his fingers played with the edges of Fox's white T-shirt.
Fox let him be for quite some time, but the guy never tried to tug the shirt off, or request to take it off.
He always talks so perversely, but he never pushes it.
He was curious now, however, and kind of wanted to try... something.
What do I want to do, though?
"Hmm? What do you want to do, Fox? I hope it's something to me," Amos said as he leaned his head back against the couch and then tilted it slightly so that they could look at each other.
A cocky smirk slipped onto the man's face, drawing warmth to Fox's cheeks, but definitely not as much as it used to. He had become accustomed to the guy's personality... he also didn't really mind it, either.
"I'm not sure," he eventually said as he sat back in Amos' lap, making the man lift his head as he stared at him quizzically.
"You said in your text message that I can touch you wherever I want, but I don't know where I want to touch you," Fox eventually said quietly, not really directing the words to Amos, even though he was technically meant to hear them.
He expected the guy to immediately strip off his own shirt and lift his arms back up to either side of the couch with a grin on his face, offering plenty of directions, but when he just let his expression relax and leaned back slightly, lowering his hands to settle on Fox's hips, Fox was a bit surprised.
"Well, that text was correct. If you aren't sure where you want to touch, why not try somewhere you're comfortable with already?" Amos asked, completely serious.
Fox wasn't used to him not joking around when it came to this kind of stuff, so it took him a minute to realize that what he said made sense.

Swallowing, Fox licked his lips and looked to the side a few times before gathering up his courage and reaching forward with a shaky hand. When it settled against Amos' chest, he let out the breath he'd been holding. The man's hard muscle was easily palpable beneath his fingertips, and after a few moments, Fox let himself gently press more firmly. His other hand soon joined it, exploring the man's broad chest.
He'd touched Amos a lot more than almost anyone else in his life, but it still took effort to make himself do it on purpose.
Sighing, he was about to let his hand drop and get off the guy's lap, but then he paused and thought about why he'd even asked to start this in the first place.
He'd been curious.
And there's a person here that you trust who is letting you touch whatever you want without any kind of repercussion.
It was a rare chance to push himself, just a little bit.
Resolved to try just a little more, Fox flexed the fingers on his right hand a few times before lifting it up to gently grasp Amos' neck. When the man simply watched him with heated eyes, Fox got up on his knees again and then leaned forward. He'd liked it when Amos had nipped at his neck, though the following raspberry had been annoying. So, he sniffed at the crook of his neck a few times, then quickly let his tongue swipe out once to taste.
He watched Amos' Adam's apple bob immediately afterward, but the only action the guy took was to lean his head back against the couch, giving him more access to explore.
Fox took the opportunity, smiling between little nips along Amos' neck. It was actually fun. The guy tried not to react, but he could feel him twitching here and there at different nibbles. His breathing even sped up when Fox gave him a particularly rough bite and tugged a little. He'd remembered that Amos always joked about liking pain, so it was no surprise that he even groaned a little during that bite.
It also turned Fox's face red, however, and made him nervous enough to lean away and look down at his lap. They remained silent for quite some time before Amos finally spoke, his voice slightly rougher than usual.
"Can I touch one place?"
Fox immediately stiffened and looked up, feeling heat resurface on his cheeks. To his surprise, Amos still had his head leaned back against the sofa and his eyes were even closed. He looked very relaxed.
I left marks on his neck.. oops.
"I love them. Leave as many as you'd like, whenever you'd like," he said, making Fox swallow and fiddle with his fingers in his lap.
Then he remembered that Amos had asked him a question. He felt his nerves immediately fidget through his system, but right as he was about to open his mouth and ask Amos where he wanted to touch, he bit back the question and simply took a deep breath, then blew it out before replying calmly.
"Yes."
The man slowly opened his eyes, then straightened up with a small smile. When he reached forward, Fox tensed again, but Amos' arms simply went around him, tugging him closer for another hug.
When he didn't do anything else for several minutes besides rest his chin upon his shoulder, Fox was confused.
"You... wanted to touch... one place," Fox mumbled, though he doubted that he needed the reminder.
Amos leaned back enough to allow their eyes to meet. He looked relaxed with his half-smile in the limited light filtering through the closed blinds.
"I am," he replied quietly, rubbing his thumbs gently against Fox's back where his hands were holding him.
Fox blinked a few times, confused. He didn't know what to say. He'd honestly expected the guy to go straight for his pant's zipper.
"You seem disappointed? Can I touch another place?" Amos asked, his smile growing.
He was going to say no out of habit, but then he realized something. Amos hadn't gone for his pants right away. As much as the guy flirted and joked, he always took his physical interactions with him seriously.
Thus, Fox nodded.
Amos looked a little surprised, but he didn't hesitate, once he'd gotten permission, he reached for the bottom hem of Fox's shirt and carefully work it up and over his head. He could feel eyes on him before he even had the shirt completely off and tossed aside. It made a shiver swim up his spine, then slip back down.
"Did I ever mention how much I want to fucking eat you?" Amos said suddenly, drawing heat to Fox's face, and another certain area that had been relatively calm the entire time he'd been experimenting with Amos.
The guy chuckled deeply, the sound reverberating into Fox's body and bringing forth another shiver.
"You like dirty words, hmm?"
Pursing his lips, Fox thought about it, but shrugged.
"Maybe I do," he said, unable to quite meet Amos' eyes.
Instead of teasing him, Amos gently guided his body by his shoulders until he was partially beneath him. Most of Amos' weight was on the sofa, but he made sure to hold himself up with one hand over Fox's chest as he grasped one of his hands in his , then lifted it to his own chest.
Fox's eyes widened immediately, shocked by the realization that gesture brought to him.
His heart is racing as fast as mine is. Maybe even faster...
"I'm... doing that? I'm causing that?" Fox asked, awed.
Amos always seemed so cool and collected, even in the heat of the moment he'd had with Owen, or whenever he was joking or touching.
"Oh, yes. You cause quite a lot of other things to happen with my body, too," he said gruffly as he shifted around a bit, getting comfortable before resting his head against Fox's chest, just over his heart.
"I'm really tired, my little Fox... but tell me something before my nap?" Amos asked, already seemingly nodding off.
Fox moved just a tiny bit, getting his head up onto the armrest and getting comfortable since he figured that Amos would be out cold soon.
"What do you want to know?" he asked, trying to calm his heart down, but failing miserably.
"Please tell me that this adorable fluttering heart-beat beneath my ear is for me."
Fox felt his tongue suddenly tie itself into knots, unable to speak. Even his thoughts had jumbled at the man's words, but he refused to send the wrong signal and after a few moments of strict focus, he licked his lips several times, then reached up to sift his fingers gently through Amos' hair.
"It's... for you. It's definitely you that is making it beat like that."
