"So you've got 5 brothers?"
"It's a fucking hellhole, I swear."
You and Kanato were getting along rather well. Besides how he looks down on others and how bipolar he is, he's actually a nice guy to talk to.
"And now it's my turn." He smirked.
"It isn't your turn!"
"It is, tell me why did you ask if I had 6 brothers then."
You face palmed. A mistake you had to commit.
"So, on to my question." He paused before continuing. "Have you ever been kissed?"
Your mind flashed back to the memory you tried so hard to bury.
"Yeah, disgusting as fuck." You shuddered.
"It can't be that bad." Kanato chuckled.
"It is. My turn, did you dye your hair?"
"Lame. Nope, I had purple hair ever since I was born. What happened in your first kiss?"
You stayed quiet, contemplating whether to tell him or not. That's when Kanato put up his fingers and silently counted to three.
"Okay! A popular guy, when I was in 7th grade, crushed on me. He literally just slammed me into one of the lockers and kissed me. He was so fucking ugly ughh, I hate him."
"On the bright side, at least a popular guy kissed you." Kanato mumbled. Your gaze landed on Teddy, wondering what he felt.
"Um, can I, uh, feel Teddy?" He quickly shook his head.
"Please, please, I really just really want to feel him. You can even ask me two questions." You gave him your puppy eyes. But he still didn't allow.
Finally after a few pleads he accepted. "I don't get why you're persistent about feeling him."
"Eh, just wanted to feel a teddy bear again after my mom gave away all mine." You shrugged as you got the bear from him even if the bars were in between.

It was so soft, and strangely smelt like ashes. You traced the design on the eyepatch. The bear was as beautiful as Kanato.
'WTF! Did I just say Kanato was beautiful? No!'
"Teddy, this is Y/N. I've been taking to her for awhile now. She likes you." He told Teddy. "You like her too eh Teddy? We like her right?"
You blushed again.
'Remember, his compliments are jokes.' A voice said in your head.
"And for your trade, answer me."
"What is it?"
"Do you have a boyfriend?"
