Inside Coffee Anteiku, a heated argument was currently taking place...

"What do you mean probably, What happened to my daughter?" Shachi was about to slam the counter out of anger but the old man that served him coffee held his hand just in time before he said calmly "Let us hear what Yomo has to say first, I'm sure he has his reason..."

Hearing this, Shachi whose real name was Matasaka Kamishiro and Rize's adoptive father did his best to calm down and waited for Yomo's explanation

"I'm sure the two of you remember the weird earthquakes that happened not too long ago around Shinjuku right?" Yomo asked with a frown after trying to collect his thoughts and finding the most logical explanation

"Ah, the government didn't find a proper explanation for the collapse of the underground mall other than it was hit by an earthquake, but after that, there weren't any more earthquakes to speak of" Old man Yoshimura calmly replied.

"How does that have to do with Rize?" Shachi spoke coldly and Yomo frowned slightly before he replied "Something weird happened and I witnessed with my very own eyes, Professor Kanou's lab suddenly started sinking and distorting in of itself in an indescribable way… I don't know how such a thing happened, if it's some sort of weapon or it's similar to the weirdness of the incident back at Shinjuku, however, I'm pretty sure no one could survive whatever happened there…"

"This…" Old man Yoshimura frowned slightly finding the situation perplexing while Shachi held Yomo by the collar and asked coldly "What did you mean by probably then?"

Yomo pushed his hands away before he coldly spoke "I smelled a peculiar scent in the air that appeared to be coming from the sky, three scents in fact… whoever did this I suspect they can fly and there were at least two of them, however I couldn't follow them as they seemed to have disappeared into thin air the moment the lab was destroyed… As for why I said probably, it's because the third scent I smelled belonged to a ghoul, and it appeared to be heavily injured"

"This… Were they after Rize as well? But why?" Shachi asked in confusion, but Yoshimura suddenly spoke with a dark look on his face "Whoever they are, they appear to be extremely dangerous, we can't approach them directly… Yomo, try searching for their traces, start from the Shinjuku area and move into the areas surrounding it but don't engage them"

"Yes sir" Yomo replied before turning around to leave while Shachi frowned slightly and said "Old man, do you think they are related to the people that got me out of prison?"

"I don't know, but that group also can't be messed with… My heart feels restless for some reason" Yoshimura replied with a frown but Shachi simply stood up and said "I will just have to get the information out of the man I'm going to fight once he appears in the underground arena… Call me if Yomo has any news on Rize"

Then, Shachi quickly disappeared leaving Yoshimura the SSS grade ghoul to ponder silently "This world is too chaotic…"

Meanwhile, back at Yuki's home, he was currently enjoying his dinner with Mashiro and the others, they haven't met for a while so they all missed each other.

"Yuki, how long are you going to stay?" Mashiro asked him with a lost puppy look in her eyes that melted his soul, so he hesitated to respond and lie to her as he does to others.

Noticing this, Mashiro lowered her head slightly prompting Yuki to sigh slightly before he said "How about you come with me, you will find many amazing sceneries to paint"

"Really?" Mashiro's face instantly lit up with excitement and Yuki nodded at her with a smile as he thought ' It should be fine right?'

"What about us?" Emilia suddenly asked with a cold look on her face giving Yuki chills so he quickly said "I was actually about to invite you and Maou as well, you will be able to train your bodies in this new world, however, you might not be able to use your magic so be prepared for that, it's going to be really dangerous"

"A new adventure huh? how can I say no to such a thing?" Emilia's face lit up in excitement as well while Maou got intrigued by the idea of his body growing stronger

"Is that really possible?" Ashiya asked but Yuki directly shut him down "Don't ask, I'm not taking you with us anyways"

"Ehhhh! Why?" Ashiya asked with a tearful look on his face while clinging to his hand trying to imitate Mashiro's puppy face but it made Yuki disgusted so he directly threw the creep far away from him…

"Stop complaining idiot, it's not that I don't want to take you, it's just that I can't…" After saying this, Yuki couldn't help but remember his conversation with the system

Flashback

On the bow of the recently stolen ship of the knight pirates, Yuki was currently sitting there and talking to the air like an insane person, especially when he was using a different language from the world of one piece so that no one can understand him If they happen to overhear him…

"Oy system, can I summon people here with my dimensional link ability if I'm not directly connected to them?"

"I find it hard to believe, you are probably afraid of me growing stronger than you, yup that's it" Ashiya spoke with apparent envy but Yuki simply decided to ignore him before he goes crazy.

Dinner went as always with these people, and Yuki actually enjoyed it despite how annoyed he appeared, but suddenly Rize walked into the room and said "Please take me with you as well, I don't want to be hunted anymore" Before she rushed to Yuki and hugged his hand to Mashiro's and Emilia's displeasure.

However, they could see the clear despair and trauma this girl went through was simply too much, and she was clearly still affected by them…

"What about Kaneki? Do you plan to leave him?" Yuki asked calmly causing the air in the room to stiffen, especially when Kaneki suddenly entered the room and spoke "We already talked, I really wish I could help Rize-san, but it seems like I won't be able to face the dangers surrounding her…"

'Tsk, this kid is also depressed huh? guess he just got his heart broken so it's only normal' Yuki pondered silently before Rize suddenly spoke "Please return his humanity to him if you can, Kaneki-kun doesn't deserve to live this kind of life"

"Is this what you want?" Yuki asked Kaneki directly while staring at his one uncovered eye, and the kid's hands shook slightly while being stared at this room mixed of monsters and humans… However, to the shock of everyone, he suddenly clenched his trembling hands and said "No! I want to grow stronger, until I can protect those close to me on my own!"

"Ken-kun…" Rize stared in shock at the young man that was always timid… In fact, she actually wished he could lead a safe life with her gone, but she never expected that this would be his answer…

However, it brought a smile to Yuki's and the other's faces, and he calmly stood up and approached him "Not bad, you are much more honorable than many assholes I know… Three of them are actually here"

The devils' faces were instantly twisted in anger but they were intrigued by what Yuki planned to say next so they held themselves back…

"The biggest drawback of being a ghoul is being unable to resist your new urges of wanting to feast on humans as well as not being able to eat normal food because of the changes to your body. However, there might be a solution to this problem… It will also make you grow stronger!"

"Really!" Kaneki asked in shock and Yuki calmly nodded at him before he closed his eyes slightly and focused on his ability, path of evolution…

When Yuki first acquired this ability, he couldn't use it on other people. However, now things were different after spending time in the One Piece world and gaining many skills and buffs that increased his training speed, so as he held Kaneki's hand, Maou's eyes couldn't help but widen in shock at the majestic aura he was feeling coming from it, and the other devils and Emilia were able to feel it as well… The limitless power of evolution!

'Is this Yuki's power?' Wondered Maou silently...

"This is!" Suzuno stared in shock as well to the point that she froze in place

Meanwhile, Kaneki suddenly felt something deep inside of him awakening as his Kagune automatically activated without him even willing it to. Then a voice slowly spoke to him, but it appeared to be coming from the bottom of his soul

"Hunt down 1111 ghouls: 1 SS Rank, 10 S Rank, 100 A Rank, 1000 B Rank… Reward: Evolution into perfect Hybrid"

"This… This…" Tears started streaming down Kaneki's face and Yuki calmly patted him on the shoulder and said "This path won't be easy, however, I'm sure you will succeed in the end… Don't waste my Evolution Brand"

"Y-Yes sir… "Spoke Kaneki before he burst completely into tears. After feeling the helplessness of being weak as well as what it meant to be a ghoul, how could he not be happy after knowing that he could grow stronger and even regain a part of his humanity in the process…

The room quickly turned joyful and even the traumatized Rize appeared much better, meanwhile, Yuki simply stared at his own hand and thought 'I wonder if this is worth it or not… only the future will tell…'

'It's unfortunate that I don't have time to hunt all these ghouls myself, otherwise having their power is quite tempting, but I rather stick to the powers granted by the system…' With this thought in mind, Yuki calmly stood up and left the crowded room while saying "We will be leaving tomorrow, prepare yourselves"
