Katelyn and Lei farewelled Sharon and her lover as they drove away in Katelyn's car until the car's tail lights got faint and disappeared.

"So, beautiful." Lei turned to the lover, his hands around her waist, "Should we take this way... or that way..." He gestured at two road paths that could lead to their university.

Katelyn breathed with a tender expression, "Whatever way that takes the longest time possible."

"Okay, that will be this way..." Lei said and they happily started walking to the road path as people continued leaving the now ended party.

"Tell me something lovely, my love." Katelyn laid her head on the lover's shoulder as they walked, "Anything wonderful or amazing."

"Even a story?"

"Definitely that."

Lei glanced at the sky and its beam of moonlight then back at the road, thinking of a topic that could be amusing, "Okay..." He got a topic, "Define me in one word."

"Amazing!" Katelyn didn't even take a second to respond.

"Ah! You just said that. I want something from your heart." Lei jokingly protested.

The lover glanced up at him, "My love, amazing is one of a thousand words that define you, written all over my heart."

"Wow! Fair enough."

Katelyn laid back her head where it was with a smile.

"Long ago," Lei said, "The king of amazing land had a very beautiful daughter. This babe was a real stunner in everything, just as you are. And obviously, with this beauty, all the men in the land admired her and each wanted to marry her. But as with the norm of princesses, they fall in love with the least of men the family expects. So was this princess. She fell in love with a man who was considered a nobody in the land. But again with the norm of kings, this king did not approve of this man."

"I hope that doesn't happen to us, sweetie, because you are such an angelic princess that has fallen in love with a nobody in the eyes of the society. I will be the one to die, and not you, if your papa doesn't approve of us."

Katelyn amusedly smiled, "In what world are we in when Lei Noorhman is calling himself a nobody?"

Lei chuckled from the thought, "Okay, that sounds reasonable. But I am still hoping your papa approves us."

"My papa is the most reasonable man on the planet. If I tell him about you, he will get in your life to find out who you are. When he is done knowing you, he will thank God one million times that his daughter is going to be with the greatest man on the planet." Katelyn said and looked up at the lover, "Do you still have concerns about us? Shoot out any if you have."

Lei smiled, "You have cleared them all. I am now cool." He paused, Katelyn returning her head on his shoulder, "So, one day, the princess decided to leave the palace and go live with the man she fell in love with because her father did not approve the man. You should also do the same when your papa does not approve us. Sneak out of the house, and at night, because the history of such stories has taught us that sneaking at night has a higher chance of success."

Katelyn amusedly laughed, "Okay, babe."

"That's nice." Lei said jestingly, "So, on that day, at night, the princess sneaked out of the palace and headed directly to her man's house, and they lived happily ever after."

A silence followed next.

When the silence lengthened, Katelyn glanced up at the lover, "Is that your idea of an amazing story?"

Lei looked at her, "Woman, that story is superb!"

Katelyn laughed more, "How can a one-minute story be superb? Even Shakespeare can never manage that."

"I knew it! I knew you would bring Shakespeare into this." Lei still jested, "He ruined Romeo and Juliet, and yet he wasn't crucified. Why do you want to crucify me? At least mine has an happily ever after."

Katelyn now burst with enthusiasm and laughter, "So, you have done better than Shakespeare?"

"Anybody's work that kills the main character is inoperable! My characters lived, and happily ever after."

"My love," Katelyn said with delight and charm, "You are still amazing, and you will be forever."

"Now, that wasn't so hard to say, was it?" Lei smiled as they walked in a deserted street while still holding themselves.
