Now however there was a problem. A new power was coming into play, one led by Peerless Dao Master, but only in name. It was truly run by Aurora Citadel, the guild under Aurora Phoenix. They called themselves the Earth Alliance, and its desire was to bring democracy back. They did not want aristocracy brought back, neither did they desire a dictator, nor did they want a martial society. They wanted to be a democratic state. But first, they had to establish themselves.

Led by Aurora Phoenix, the Earth Alliance grew to become a behemoth that controlled most of America under the name of Peerless Dao Master.

People really had underestimated the effect his name had. The way he had domineeringly spoken to the whole world through unknown means managed to charm the hearts of many, despite the silly way he went about it. The threat of the looming invasion was also on everyone's mind. The Ib's all over the world were giving information for free regarding planetary wars and how Eridium carried them out.

Eridium was a planet that would enslave all of the people on the losing planet and completely burn out that planet's resources and or using it as a garbage disposal.

The threat of everyone becoming enslaved was especially frightening. There is no American who did not know about slavery, as it was a part of their history, still affecting their country till just before the system came.

Aurora now had the title 'World's Most Beautiful Woman.' Word of her beauty spread all over the information network of the system. Many people talked of her beauty and many more desired to make it belong to them. Her beauty and Innate charm won the hearts of many lords, causing them to fall under the banner of her alliance.

The looming invasion, the charm of Aurora and the name of the world's most talented and mysterious user. All these factors combined together to create a behemoth that could case any major power headaches, especially the empire who wanted to take advantage of the fact that North America was not unified. The earth alliance was now the largest power in North America, controlling all of west coast, the most of the middle and parts of at least half of the east coast. The majority of the other half was under the control of the United States Alliance. Their lord was the man who had been the president of the USA when the system had just begun.

He received a very powerful class and was the most powerful Lord before Aurora's expansion. He like aurora also expanded thanks to the impending crisis of the invasion. Using that and his claim at true orthodoxy in being the representative of true democracy helped him sweep in a lot of lords. There were now only a few independent lords left on the east coast. Just days ago there were far more, but now most had either been taken but the US Alliance or the empire.

Will's territory was in a unique spot as it was only surrounded by free territories, making it a prime place to move from.

The orders for the group were simple. Have the free Lords either die or submit to the empire under very enticing terms. Each of the experts under Will were to carry out this mission. Anyone in the group except Alexa could challenge any lord. But failure was unacceptable. The result would be an execution. So if you were chosen to challenge someone, you better be confident in your own strength.

"All of us to first help you level up. Then we all move in teams of two or three dealing with the Lords around this territory. Ibrahim's mission is mainly to challenge the Lords who are believed to never join us, so he will be leaving immediately. Solitary is also expected to do the same once his level is sufficient. Once Solitary is ready we shall all move in our designated teams while I accompany Solitary to examine him."

Will tilted his head, "Examine me?"

"Indeed," Said Alexa, "It takes the support of two Ghosts for a Supreme candidate to get a chance at approval. The approval process is simple, one simply has to battle all of the ghosts and defeat them one by one. Currently, there are 498 Ghosts within the organization, each far stronger than the average Nation Lord in America."

Will and Letty could not help but be impressed, as a scout, Letty had done her due diligence and knew just how strong the average North American Nation Lord was, hence this claim was more of a shocker to her.

'To think the empire had this much strength in reserve.'

The more Letty thought about the number of experts earth had, the more she thought it had a good chance at defeating her world.

'Earth has an abnormally high number of people with classes of a rating of B and above. It's almost as if it has the favor of the system.'

The idea of her world being defeated by earth made her incredibly happy, it is at this point that she remembered that she had not told Will of her odd circumstances, causing her to frown.

As Letty fell deep into thought, Will smirked and said, "That will not be a problem. I'm confident in my skills."

"I'm sure you are, however, my standards are much higher than Sicario's and I am stronger than him. Gaining my approval would first require you have the ability to defeat each of the candidates I brought while fighting at the same level, with the exception of Ibrahim. And we have a way of doing that."

After finishing her sentence, Alexa took a pen out of her pocket. "The pen in my hand is a magical object, it can lower the level of someone temporarily. I will use it to lower everyone to your level, once done I will have you battle everyone one by one. While resting in between each fight we shall clear the nearest dungeons and have yo level up."

Will frowned at Alexa's words, the latter noticed and said, "Is there something not to your liking?"

"Two things." Said Will. "First Ibrahim has to be included, second, I won't fight you one by one continuously."
