“I brought you a little snack!” Neptune threw me into the middle of the floor, I managed to regain some of my composure to see that I was in a battle arena, it looked much like a colosseum, it had a stand of stone seats about two meters above the battle arena, there was the stairs to the tenth floor behind me under the stand, opposite it on the other side looked like the stairs to the twelfth floor but it was sealed off by a gate, to the left of me was another sealed of gate, this one however was pitch black, I had a bad feeling about that.

“Rrrrrrrr!” A loud raspy scream echoed throughout the arena

*Thud Thud Thud

The ground shook violently as the foot steps became louder and louder

“Oh, this will be fun” Neptune jumped up into the stand and sat down, it made me think that maybe this arena was built by the Gods back in ancient times

“You know, we used to sit in these very stands and watch the original players challenge the beast that roams this floor, it was a sort of right of passage that new players had to overcome in order to prove themselves to their Gods and the dungeon, but once the nobles and royalty all came to be not many players start at floor 1, not any important players anyway” Neptune sat back resting on a stone seat.

“Rarrrrrr!” Another loud shriek echoed throughout the arena, I looked to my left to see the gate fling open, what appeared next shook me to my core

“W-what the hell is that!” I scampered back trying to find my sword, what appeared from the gate was a humanoid monster, it was about two and a half meters tall, it had a fat hairy human male belly, its arms looked like they were from a grew werewolf, its legs were a dark lizard green, it looked like scales but it was just flesh covering his legs, over that he wore metal boots that covered from his knees down till his ankle, he also wore a metal belt that covered his crotch as well, his face was something out of a horror movie, I can see why it was named the Tassie Devilnoid, it’s face was covered in brown, mangy fur, dark yellow black eyes with a bloody pink nose, its fangs also looked like it could cut a steel beam in half.

“I’ve never met anyone that has defeated a Floor Boss by themselves, even this low level Floor Boss would give me trouble” Neptune laughed out mocking me, damn it! I’m nothing more than a means of entertainment for him.

“Garrrrr!” The Tassie Devilnoid saw me sitting there and started charging at me, his claws grew double in size and a purple shade covered them, almost like a hologram.

*Whoosh

His claws swiped upward at me, the tips managed to scratch me and my arm was cut deep, blood shot out of my bicep along with a chunk of flesh

“Damn it!” If just the tips of the claws did that much damage, I’ll be dead if I get hit by anything else.

I managed to stand up, my right ankle was still broken and my right calf had a hole in it, I was in bad shape

“Garrrrr!” The Tassie Devilnoid turned around and and charged back at me, just seeing this monster run sent shivers up my spine

“Damn it!” I managed to jump out the way and slice a finger off of his right arm

“GARRRR!” It let out a roar of pain, it turned back to me with a more intense glare, damn it! I made it mad!

“Ha! Good hit! Try and slice another finger off!” Neptune was waving his hand up in the air.

“Shut up you piece of shit!” I shouted out to him, he just looked down at me with a stupid silly grin on his face

“Garrrr!” The Tassie Devilnoid’s claws grew again and those purple transparent claws appeared on both of his hands now, six claws in total.

“I’d dodge that if I was you” Neptune shouted out mocking me

“Take this you over grown mutt” I threw two grenade seeds towards the feet of the charging monster, the second it stood on the two seeds they exploded sending the monster flying into the wall, the ground where I had thrown the seeds was also chewed up, small holes scattered across the area

“Whoa! Yeah! Keep going, that was impressive!” Neptune shouted out enjoying himself

“Arrr” I fell back down, any weight on my right leg felt like I was being stabbed all over again

Why isn’t my Gradual Healing going up? It works during a battle right?

“I’d watch out if I were you, it looks pretty mad!” Neptune leaned over the side of the railing and pointed down to the Tassie Devilnoid, it had stood back up, huffing and puffing, in a blink of an eye the monster was right in front of me

“Argh!” It gave me a sharp swipe with it’s claws, I was sent across the arena and smashed into the wall, I felt my head smack right into the concrete wall, I couldn’t black out though! I need to stay awake!

“Is it power that you seek? The power of this monster? Do you seek its power?”

Thats dark voice was back, why now? Why now!?

“You are pathetic, weak and useless, you couldn’t even protect your own sister! You brought the one that harmed your sister in the very house she was supposed to feel safe! You are nothing but a waste of space! You harm everything you ever touch! Destroy everyone that has ever cared for you! Instead of owning that power, you cower and hide, you let those that deserve to be punished walk all over you!”

“Shut up! I know that! No one will walk over me ever again! I will make sure those who have ever laid a hand on me will feel my wrath! They will feel the pain they inflicted on me double back on them! I will make sure karma finds them! I will bring my own karma to them! I’ll kill all of them! All of them you hear me!” I manage to stand up and shout out

“Hmm, interesting” Neptune mumbled watching on

“I will kill everyone, even if I have to travel across worlds, everyone that hurt me, that looked at me weird, anyone that framed me! They will pay! They will endure the most insufferable pain imaginable!”

“Yes! Yes! Succumb to the wrath inside your black heart! I will grant you the power to stand toe to toe with this monster, but I will only give you one chance to use it”

“Another spell…Gargh” I looked down to see the Tassie Devilnoid had sunk all of his claws deep into my chest, I coughed up blood as it held my body up into the air, it’s yellow eyes had only one emotion in them, rage.

“Hear my words dungeon, I The Hero Weapon of the Dungeon ask to be surrounded, filled and illuminated with the dungeons Ghost Seed flowing energy, hear my plea ‘The Power of The Shadows’ Revival Reversal!”

“Did you just say Ghost Seed?” Neptune stood up in shock

The Tassie Devilnoid let go of me and fell to the ground, it withered in pain, no physical damaged appeared on him, the spell itself only inflicts the damage the user has taken back onto its enemy with double the pain, the user also suffers the damage of the original attack. I fell motionless on the ground, I could only watch as the Tassie Devilnoid started to move and make its way back to its feet, its fur was drenched in sweat and it looked exhausted.

A shining light surrounded me, I looked down at my chest to see the holes heal over, my leg also healed up so did my ankle, but that was it. I had still lost a lot of blood and my bruises didn’t heal, it must have been at it’s limit healing my other wounds

“Garrrr!” The Tassie Devilnoid let out another terrifying shriek, it raised both its arms into the air and was about to slice me up once again

Neptune jumped down from the seats and landed on the Tassie Devilnoid’s head, he looked me up and down

“You said Ghost Seed, show me it, show me it now!” Neptune raised his Golden Trident to me neck and spat his words at me

“Why would I show a fake God like you” I spat back.

“I will get that Ghost Seed from you, even if I have to keep you in a living state to acquire it’s power!” Neptune smacked me across the face with the hilt of his weapon, I was sent to the ground clenching at my broken jaw

“You will wish that you were dead….”

“Hear my words dungeon, I ask to be surrounded, filled and illuminated with the dungeons flowing energy, hear my plea ‘The Power of Fire’ Fire Ball!”

“Huh”

A fireball shot out through the stairs leading to the tenth floor

“Tsk” Neptune jumped out the way

“Master Udon!”

“Hero Udon!” Miko, Vnaa, Umi and Serena came running up the stairs and on the arena

“…Girls…” I said softly, I felt relieved, apart of me thought they would just up and ditch me, but they came to my rescue, thank you

“Stay out of this you vermin!” Neptune spat at the girls, his patience had seemed to run out and he was now once again infuriated

“Garrr!” The Tassie Devilnoid stood back out and let out a massive roar, everyone except Neptune covered their ears

“W-what is that!” Umi and Vnaa shouted out in unison pointing to the horrible, terrifying monster

“It’s the floor boss! Be carful of it’s claws” I ran towards the monster and sliced another one of its fingers off

“GARRRRR!” It let out another painful shriek, despite having almost no physical damage done to it, it was huffing and puffing, its fur was covered in sweat and it looked exhausted

“Give me that Ghost Seed!” Neptune lunged at me, his Golden Trident pointed at my hips

“Not this time!” Serena charged in a slashed the Golden Trident down

“I’ve got you!” Umi ran behind Serena and smashed Neptune with a hard kick, she followed it up by slashing his back with her Sea Trident

“Master Udon what’s happening to it now” Miko and Vnaa ran up along next to me, I turned to see the Tassie Devilnoid glow a light white, in a matter of seconds the glow was gone…damn it!

“It’s the moonlight, it’s triggered it’s power up” The shining moon glimmered through the open ceiling above the Coliseum, its speed was now tripled and everything else was doubled

“Watch out!” I shouted out, the Tassie Devilnoid lunged at Umi and Serena, it opened its jaw up and was about to take a bite out of Umi

“Umi!” Serena shouted out pushing her out of the way, Umi tumbled along the ground

“Serena!” Umi called out, Serena had taken the attack on, the Tassie Devilnoid had bit a massive chunk of flesh from Serena’s shoulder and rag dolled her in its mouth before flinging her into the wall

“I-I’m fine Hero Udon” Serena opened her eyes and gave me a faint smile

“Damn it! Just hang in there” I stood up and stared down the Tassie Devilnoid

“Don’t forget about me!” Neptune came charging at me from the side, his Golden Trident pierced my ribs and sent me falling over to my side

“Master Udon!” Miko came rushing over jumping in the air and stabbing the exact same spot she got him before hand, right in the shoulder

“Get off me you annoying little bee!” Neptune swang his weapon around making contact with Miko

“Miko!” I shouted out watching her pull her dagger out of his shoulder and land hard into the ground

“I-I’m ok” Miko got up staggering a little, I could see the blood run down her forehead and onto the ground, she had a deep gash on the top of her head.

“Garrr!” The Tassie Devilnoid charged towards Umi and swiped at her with his shadow claws

“ARRGHHH!” Umi jumped up but not fast enough, the claws made contact with her right leg, shredding the skin off until you could see the bone, her bone snapped in two once the shadow claw hit it

“Umi!” Miko shouted out, Umi fell hard into the ground gripping her broken leg

“Damn it!” This is looking horrible, Neptune and the Floor Boss is just too much!

“I’ll kill you for hurting my family!” Vnaa charged towards the Tassie Devilnoid in a fit of rage

“Vnaa don’t!” I shouted out trying to stop her, but I was too late, she was too far ahead of me.

“Hiyah!” She ran under the Tassie Devilnoid and managed to slice its leg

“Vnaa!” Miko shouted out, the Tassie Devilnoid swiped up with its shadow claw, the swipe made full contact with the front of Vnaa sending her straight into the wall with a loud thud

“VNAA!” I run as fast as I could over to her

“Vnaa! Please don’t be dead!” I threw the pieces of concrete wall off of her and saw she was knocked out cold, she still had a breath even if it was faint, her entire front had a deep gash, from her stomach up to the top of her head, three single claw marks ran deep through her entire front body

“You bastard! I’ll kill you! I’ll kill you for hurting her! YOU’LL PAY! YOU’LL PAY WITH YOUR LIFE! YOU UGLY, WORTHLESS, PIECE OF SHIT MONSTER!” I picked up my sword and charged towards the Tassie Devilnoid

“Master Udon don’t!” Miko shouted out,

“You’re forgetting about me worthless human” Neptune jumped in front of me

“Huh” I ducked under his Golden Trident and slashed the back off his leg as I passed him

“Arrr!” I heard him let out a painful grunt

“Garrr!” The Tassie Devilnoid let out another roar and ran towards me

“Take this!” I threw a grenade seed at the charging monster, it exploded the instant it made contact but the monster kept on charging, I threw two more

*Bang Bang

Just like last time it didn't even leave a scratch on him, but that’s not what I was going for

“ARRRRR!” I lunged into the ball of smoke with my sword pointed forward, it was a guess and I was going in blind, but so was the monster

“GARRRR!” The Tassie Devilnoid let out a loud painful shriek. I had managed to pierce it’s chest deep with my sword, its green blood seeped out of its wound and smothered onto my sword

*Short Bronze Sword Master-9/10

“YOU’LL PAY FOR WHAT YOU DID TO HER!” I spat at the Tassie Devilnoid and pushed my sword deeper into its chest

“ARRRR!” The monster swang its arms out in a fit of pain and rage, I couldn’t hold on. Damn it! I pulled my sword out and jumped off it to get some distance, the monster fell to a knee and looked up at me with more rage than I had seen before, I had injured it though

“You piece of shit!”

“Arrr” Neptune swung his Golden Trident into my chest sending me back and tumbling across the ground

“Neptune!” Another voice appeared from the top of the stand,

“You!” Neptune shouted back. A single male stood there, he was wearing a black cloak and held a double scimitar in his hand, he had ice blue eyes and a stare that could freeze water

“Now you’re in more trouble than before, ha! The number one player of the Mercury Faction, The Black Paladin!” I stared at the lone person in black, was this seriously happening, not only a Floor Boss, a God and now a high level player.
