《The Ninth Eeveelution》Deepened Shadows

After the battle, I blacked out, collapsing onto the arena.

When I come to, I was in the familiar black void I saw in my nightmares. I was lying in ankle deep liquid, the same color as the blackness that surrounded.

I stood, and instinctively shock the liquid off, even if it somehow didn't make me wet at all.

Then all of it came back to me. How I strangled the helpless Gogoat. How I didn't stop even as the others shouted at me. I even smiled!

Out of the shadows, the demon that always visited me in this void appeared out of thin air behind me. He chuckled as he creeped up.

"To think you didn't kill that pathetic vermin is extremely disappointing. My master will not be pleased to know of your resistance."

I turned swiftly and swiped at it with my claws. It simply phased through it.

"Why are you doing this? Who is this master of yours?" I shout. It's eyes seemed to glow a deeper red as he answered.

"You should stop asking so many questions. Master only needs your power for his plan, not your mind. He needs your help to break out of his pision, and I am the one to guide you there."

"I'm not helping you!"

They chuckle as the void seems to shimmer, as it began to darken further. The entity dashed forward with blinding speed, ending up beside my ear. My eyes only widened when he spoke.

"But you already are."

I woke suddenly, remembering the nightmare. As I calmed myself, I saw I was in a room of some sort, probably the room Ash and Serena were sleeping in for tonight.

As I collected myself, a few questions rolled into my head.

Who is the dark demon in my nightmares? Who is his master? What is his plan?

Before I could have thought about it more, a loud knock rang throughout the room. It made me jump a little as Ash sleepily walked past me and opened the door.

"Wait... officer Jenny?" He asked. The woman in the doorway nodded.

"You are Ash Ketchum, correct?" She asked, to which the black haired boy sluggishly nodded. She took out small price of paper and read it aloud.

"Giovanni has escaped captivity. An enormous pokemon has destroyed the call and set him free. Do you anything about this?"

Ash shrugged.

"No, sorry..."

The officer sighed as she clicked her pen and jotted something down on the paper.

"That will be all, have a good evening." She said.

"Yeah, sure." Ash mumbled as he closed the door.

He traveled back out of sight not paying any attention to me. As my thoughts wandered, my eyes slowly closed, andy vision turned to balck once more.
