"Don't kill me!!!!!" had shouted loudly inside the tent even though the tent was made of leather and cloth that could not block any sound from those walking or standing near the outside.

Laying in a cell, many Ma people had been kept hostage. Entering the prison, a few figures dressed in black had started to break down the locks and chains. They all shushed a signal to the hostages and had the guards all around unconscious on the ground. "Who are you, people?" The Ma people did not know what to think of those who were trying to take them out of prison.

"People who are not working for the Zhao emperor and empress." One of them replied. Taking the Ma people out of prison, Yi Changpu had appeared there in front of them.

"Y-you are-!"

"Surprised." Yi Changpu only held a smile to them; he then had his men prepare the carriages they would use to escape. "These carriages will let you all escape and return to your home."

"Why are you doing all of this?"

"Let's just say that I tend to change this state. Don't you think it would be better to have a different ruler than one who just takes from the poor?" Yi Changpu asked them.

They remained quiet for some time, but they had no other choice. "Do you happen to know where our crown prince is?" One of the Ma people figured that they could not ask for any additional help from anyone else but Yi Changpu. Everyone knew about Yi Changpu's birth and that he was the son of the previous empress from Sun State, their ally.

Yi Changpu lifted an eyebrow, glancing back at them since he thought they would know where the crown prince was. "Isn't he one of the children amongst you?"

She has been seeking him throughout each of us and planned to kill all the children here. We've managed to let a few children escape to confuse the empress, but we do not know how long it will last. The amulet was already on the ground, and only one person knew who the Crown Prince of Ma was since he picked out each child who would escape together."

"Where is that person?" Yi Changpu asked.

Shaking their heads, the man had been executed since he was the one who released all of the children. 'It seems as though the Crown Prince of Ma is missing. We have to find him now. "What do you want?" Cao Peizhi had let out a sigh, annoyed that there was more than one person who always loved to interrupt the two of them. 'I really need to hurry up and have a home built for just the two of us.'

"Ah, you know what I am here for. Good. I wanted to talk about a matter that involves the Crown Prince of Ma." Yi Changpu figured that they could just talk there.
