《MY Life In The Multiverse》Chapter 170: Becoming Famous

The news of Yuki's feats spread quickly throughout the world, and the Strawhats weren't the only ones shocked by them, Dragon and his men were also surprised and delighted by them as well and Sabo was currently reading the news in Dragon's office with an intrigued look on his face "Ehh, This Strawhat newcomer actually defeated Crocodile on his own while Yuki dealt with another warlord, Doflamingo and ruined his plans of taking over Alabasta… It seems like Yuki isn't slacking off after he left us…"
"Indeed, Doflamingo isn't that easy to deal with… This shows just how strong Yuki truly is, but what's more surprising is the earth manipulation ability he showcased that allowed him to recover a whole city!… Did he eat some kind of devil fruit after he left, or was it an ability he always had?" Asked Dragon with confusion clear on his face, after all, he witnessed Yuki with his own eyes swimming freely in the water so him having a devil fruit before wasn't an option…
"Who knows? All I know is that it will be great to have him as a warlord rather than an evil pirate taking over that position…" Spoke Sabo with a grin but Dragon couldn't help but retort "Isn't he evil? Did you forget what he did just before he left?"
"Ahum… well let's not talk about that taboo subject" responded Sabo awkwardly as he recalled the fate of their crew after getting poisoned by Yuki… No, he could in fact still smell it to this day and his and Dragon's ass cheeks couldn't help but clench slightly…
….
In other parts of the world, the 4 emperors were each intrigued by the news of the emerging newcomer, especially Shanks who couldn't help but mutter with a grin "Don't let other newcomers surpass you, Luffy…"
Kaido simply stared at the news lazily before he snorted and muttered to his first commander King "That brat Doflamingo got his ass beat by an even younger brat huh…"
King coldly stared at the news before he replied "It doesn't matter, when they reach the new world, they will find out the hard reality of how weak they truly are…"
…
On cake island, Katakuri stared at his mother that was gulping food without a care in the world before he fixed his sight on Yuki's face in the newspaper and muttered "It seems like a troublesome figure has emerged..;"
Meanwhile, on a lonely medieval-style castle that was located on an abandoned island called Kuraigana, a man lived on his own and he only had wild and dangerous baboons roaming the outskirts of his castle as his companions.
This was the world's strongest swordsman, and he stared at the picture of Yuki with the two swords strapped on his waist and the countless slash marks covering the destroyed Alubarna in intrigue and he couldn't help but mutter "Another swordsman has entered the world… Roronoa is also starting to make a name for himself… I can't wait for the day you come to challenge me for my position… Don't disappoint me!"

A bloody light flashed through Mihawk's eyes appearing as if he could already see the future as he sipped his wine silently…
…
As the world's superpowers were discussing the new possible addition to the warlord system, the man in question was currently in the prison of the marine ship he was on board…
"I can't believe that senile old man would decide to throw me in prison under the pretense I was causing chaos tsk…" Muttered Bakorio in annoyance while eating crackers casually… In the end, he managed to trick Garp and steal his cracker box which he considered his biggest victory yet, but it caused him to end up in his current situation...
However, he suddenly felt someone staring at him creepily, something he was a master of so he wouldn't miss it if it happened to him, so he quickly found that the source of that creepiness was the prisoner on the cell in front of his, and different than his unchained appearance, this one was chained to the floor of the ship, and sea stones were clearly used to limit his abilities…
"Oh, Croco-chan, do I have something on my face?" Asked Yuki while tilting his head slightly and Crocodile immediately felt a vein about to burst in his head, but he still spoke calmly despite the rage he was feeling
"The marines can't be trusted, we will probably both end up thrown into impel down where we will rot forever if we don't escape right away, this is clearly a trap and they want to capture you as well without expending too much energy"
Hearing Crocodile's careful thought process, Yuki nodded in appreciation and said "You might be right, but there's one thing you are wrong about"
"What's that?" Asked Crocodile with a frown, but his eyes soon widened in shock as he watched Yuki move through the jail bars as if they didn't exist and entered his cell easily until he stood above him "Y-you, just what in the hell are you?"
"As you can see, they can't capture me in the first place…" Spoke Yuki with a grin prompting Crocodile to fall silent so Yuki decided to ask "Why did you seek to obtain the ancient weapon pluton?"
"That's none of your business" Replied Crocodile coldly which made Yuki's mouth twitch slightly 'This bitch really seems to not know his current position… Maybe I should teach him a lesson'
As Yuki was thinking this, Crocodile noticed an eerie air was suddenly surrounding him, but what he was even more crept by was where Yuki was staring… It was his precious desert jewels, and not wanting them to end up getting torn from him, his face instantly darkened and he hurriedly asked "What are you thinking?"

Yuki darkly smiled at him before he said "Nothing, are you going to answer my question?"
Crocodile fell silent as he understood that Yuki was clearly threatening him, something he wouldn't bend to no matter what!
However, the evil look on Yuki's face was making him doubt if he should be hard-headed on this occasion as well 'Maybe I should just tell him…' He thought, but someone suddenly arrived and interrupted their talk, it was Bogard…
"Yuki-san, it's almost time for dinner, please follow me…"
Yuki stared at the man that was talking to him while clearly being alert and he couldn't help but frown slightly 'This guy has been observing me all this time… How? I didn't sense him?' As Yuki thought of this, he scanned the jail quickly with his eyes and noticed a faint presence behind a brick on one of the walls and he immediately understood
'They probably used a den den Mushi and overheard my conversation with Crocodile which is why he came right away huh? Why do people find it hard to trust me?' Wondered Yuki as he munched on a cracker he STOLE from Garp before he said "Sure let's go… we will finish our talk later Croco-chan…"
"It seems like not all I said was wrong after all…" Muttered Crocodile loudly with a smirk as Yuki was taking his leave which earned him a cold look from Bogard before they both left silently…
….
While he was having dinner, Yuki started to organize his future plans 'It seems like this world's people aren't that easy to deal with, I will need to be careful when I go to the marine headquarters… Now then, I wonder what I should do to trigger this world's chain quest, it has been a while now since I arrived but I still didn't find how to do it…'
Yuki might have said to Vivi that he didn't want to ruin the Strawhats fun which is why he decided to leave the crew, but in reality, he had so many other reasons for it… One of which was his lack of knowledge of this world as well as the weird vision he saw of Luffy when he established a link with him.
He can still remember it as if it was just today, in that dark space, a giant sun was shining behind Luffy, and inside that sun, an eerie silhouette appeared to be dancing and laughing around with a huge smile on its face, and Luffy had a similar smile on his face as well.
But what was even more shocking was the weird scene he saw, it was chaotic beyond any vision he saw so far… a forest with trees that appeared to have been stretched, rivers that moved in the air, jumping mountains…
Yuki remained shocked for a long time after he saw that vision, and he didn't understand how it was related to Luffy's rubbery abilities at all!
'Hopefully, I will trigger the mission soon, either way, I have many preparations to make first so it can come whenever it wants…' Thought Yuki silently as he drank and ate his fill with his hands moving automatically on their own, so he would make the mistake of biting people from time to time until he ended up eating on his own…
….
Meanwhile, in Garp's office, he was currently hearing Bogard's report regarding Yuki's talk with Crocodile
"Hmmm, you said he can move through obstacles huh? it's similar to that guy Yurei… this guy is truly mysterious" Muttered Garp seriously and Bogard replied with a nod and asked
"Should I interfere if he tries to talk with Crocodile again in the future?"
"Nah don't bother, our mission is simply to escort him to marine ford… The rest is up to Sengoku to handle" Spoke Garp with a yawn, clearly not that worried about Yuki, but Bogard didn't feel the same way and decided to keep an eye on Yuki just in case…
…
3 days later
Yuki stared silently at the giant Gate of Justice that was slowly opening for them as they approached and he couldn't help but wonder 'Who in the hell built this gate?'
However, he soon threw away that idea as the ship docked in Marine ford and he saw the famous Sengoku waiting for them with a few vice admirals and Admiral Kizaru, there were no signs of Akainu or Aokiji…
"Garp you bastard! How could you ignore my orders" Yelled Sengoku before he rushed to scold Garp who simply started picking his nose and said nonchalantly "Sorry sorry"
"At least mean it you idiot! Tsk…" then he turned his attention to Yuki and asked seriously "So you are Yuki huh? it seems like the reports were true…"
"Eh what reports?" Yuki couldn't help but ask but Sengoku's face simply darkened as he stared between Yuki's innocent face and the haggard appearance of the marines behind him…
'Just what in the hell did he do to them…'
